This is the third time we have stayed Monty is always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The home is very clean and fits our needs. We will certainly want to stay here when we visit the area.

We had a wonderful weekend at Deanna‘s place. It is a beautiful home on a peaceful and very private property. The fireplaces were perfect to cozy up the rooms ( we had a rainy/snowy weekend). I short drive to restaurants and wineries. Deanna was proactive in contact. I really appreciate everything. I’d definitely stay here again.

Beth and Grant’s home was the perfect getaway for our family! The home is beautiful and nestled perfectly on the property, surrounded by trees and plenty of outdoor area. The amenities are exactly as described and there are plenty of hiking trails and other outdoor activities just a short drive away. Beth and Grant were excellent communicators before, during, and after our trip, and we would definitely consider staying here again for any future trips to Southern Illinois!

We loved how the history of the house stayed with it. We loved the fact you left memories of the owner. When we pulled in we thought the house was going to be so tiny and that it wasn't going to work. once we walked in we were totally shocked. There was tons of room, upstairs and downstairs. It was so peaceful and homey.

Teresa's place was perfect for visiting our SIUC student, it is only 12 minutes away from campus but it feels like it is a different world. So much fun to be surrounded by trees and to hear the birds in the morning. (We are from Chicago and the spring is so much further ahead in Carbondale.) We love how close the place is to Cedar Lake. It is a great Airbnb for the 3 of us with everything we needed to cook and live life for a few days. We love that Teresa is so dog friendly, with 2 dogs of her own.

The house was great, very clean and a lot of character. Danah & Robert was great to work with. Always in contact with you making sure everything is going well.

We loved our relaxing stay here! The hot tub was by far the best part, the house was very clean, and Kim/Rebecca responded quickly with any questions we had. Plus the wineries are located close to this location which made for a fun day! Absolutely recommend this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Walnut Haven! Carla was courteous and proactive in her communication, making sure we had everything we needed prior to check in. The home was easy to access, and in an area close to many conveniences, and it was pristinely clean and beautiful inside. The second floor set up was so cool, and was perfect for our stay. I am not exaggerating when I tell you the king bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! We ended up ordering in dinner from Port Cape Girardeau...get the pork steak - you won't regret it! Carla was very nice, and checked in with us the next morning to make sure we had everything we needed and had all the check out information. We wish we would've been in town longer than one night. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay! This property is spotless with lots of nice added amenities. Close walking distance to places to eat and there's a Dollar General across the street for any last minute needs. We will stay here again!

The apartment was very spacious and cozy. Everything was very clean. It was in a small, but quaint town with a very scenic bridge and weir right next to it.

Tammy was fantastic and kind. The place was great for a weekend of turkey hunting and close enough to get to the city to shop and find other things to do as well. We would stay again.
