Mark was very good answering any questions or concerns we had with the condo. He put in a new wayer filter for us and told us a bit about the family history of the condo. It was a very fun and relaxing stay!

Can't say enough positive things about our stay! From the peaceful and quiet surroundings, beautiful pools, gorgeous property, ease of access to ocean, ability to walk to dinner and/or take trolley into village it exceeded our expectations. Jack was helpful, quick to reply and wonderful to work with. The condo was pristine clean, beds super comfortable (especially for a person with back issues- my husband had no problems). Thank you and recommend 110%. We would return.

Chris was absolutely amazing from the minute I booked. He has had the best, most positive responsiveness I’ve ever experienced with a host. Information was thorough and clear. He gave great recommendations, let us know about the best shopping and excursions, and provided every detail for an amazing trip. He kept me posted with weather threats and while I was not able to make my stay due to hurricanes Helene and Milton, he was nothing but wonderful. I hope to book with Chris again.

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

I don’t have anything negative to say. It was a great place and everything was what I expected. Would come again for sure.

We had a great stay! Clean accommodations, comfy bed, and helpful kitchen amenities made us feel right at home. We found lots of shark teeth on the shoreline!

Very comfortable. Nice pool. We walked to the local restaurants. Although there was still a lot of clean up being done after the hurricanes it was still an enjoyable stay and we found things to do in the area.

Great place with a great location. Close to the beach & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Dave & Tiz were very accommodating.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Attila’s. Beautiful and clean space, great location. Will definitely be back to the area and his property again. Our entire stay was lovely!

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. This is a great location to the beach and walkable to restaurants. The house was cozy, beds were comfortable. The kitchen is a bit outdated and could use some TLC, but clean and served its purpose. I would return, all in all we had a great week!

Perfect spot to stay in Venice! Short walk to the beach and downtown. Tons to do! Laura is a warm, friendly, and wonderful host. The condo was perfect and had everything you could need!

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

Loved the location of this property! It was removed from the chaos of the other side of the island but still close to so many things. The unit itself was stocked with everything you could possibly need while traveling. The kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and beach supplies added to the experience. Also loved that we could walk to Turtle Beach and avoid the Spring Break crowds of Siesta. Mary was very communicative and available throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place in Siesta Key!

We very much enjoyed staying in Carlos and Jackie’s condo. Very nice furnishings and well equipped. If we had a question about anything, response was immediate. There are many stairs to get up to the condo, but the beautiful, warm pool and beach are only steps away! It’s about a mile walk to the restaurants. We loved it there!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown Fort Myers, where everything happens. Next door to Pinchers. Beautiful water view. Conveniently located next to Publix supermarket and easy to get around. The only thing I would say is that it could use some de cluttering a bit. Aside from that no complaints and would love to have my parents come back for another 5 weeks next winter. Walking distance from where we live as well. Just the perfect location Thank yoj

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos. Patrick hat bereits im Vorfeld viele Empfehlungen zu Stränden und Restaurants geschickt die sehr hilfreich und super waren. der Empfang war auch sehr nett mit einer persönlichen Note und ein paar Snacks. Der Pool ist gleich gegenüber was für uns super war da wir eine kleine Tochter haben und somit das ganze Zeug nicht weit schleppen mussten.

Our first time staying at Jean's place and we fell in love! Being that We are Florida natives and came back home to Englewood to visit family, this was a treat! It was so sweet finally staying in an adorable Florida style air bnb when I used to clean them! Highly recommend for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing vacation. Condo had everything we needed! ONLY con was (pool is heated and stayed a little warmer than we'd preffered for the middle of summer)- should only be heated in winter months. Thank you Jean! 🩷Brittney, Alanna and Andrew

Extremely happy with our stay here. This place really is a perfect location for people that are familiar with this southern side of Siesta Key. The pool and outside lounging area really is right outside your door. The pool was great and be advised that it does have an 8 foot part and a roped off 4/5 foot section. Several floating toys were already available. If anyone has never stayed in this area, you must know that the beach here is amazing and during our stay during the first week of October we watched surf fishers catching very nice pompano. It’s also a perfect beach to watch the sun. We enjoyed the feeder fish jumping out of the water and giving quite a performance. Additionally the birds were diving vertically right in front of us. Great stay, and don’t forget to either drive or take the free shuttle up to the Sunday evening Drum Circle that everyone should enjoy. Having a fold up chair is a plus for this weekly event and it seems to start an hour before sunset.
