We spent a couple stormy winter days and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. We played games and watched the stormy waves. The beach access is unbeatable. We hope to return for a longer stay during the summer. The bonus of coming in winter was the feeling of privacy with hardly any people to be seen on the beach. The cleanliness of the entire home and well appointed kitchen made us feel right at home.

We love this Airbnb so much that this was our second time staying here! We loved being able to walk to the beach, we enjoyed the open layout kitchen/dining/living room which made it so fun to hangout and cook meals together, the beds are so comfy, the hot tub and sauna were used multiple times to warm up after a day of getting soaked at the beach and we enjoyed eating at Wanda’s for breakfast each morning. We hope to come back again next year, this is the best spot to stay in Rockaway Beach!

Excellent location with a peaceful surroundings. Easy walk to the beach and morning elk sightings were a delight. The house was fully stocked and allowed us to cook some great meals. Would love to come back again.

We’ve stayed at many AirBnB’s along the Oregon coast and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The guys loved having access to the kayaks and having the option to fish on the private lake or 5 minutes away on the beach. The little girls loved all the toys that were available on the loft and enjoyed the slide attached to the bunk beds. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. The Barview jetty was a 5 minute drive and perfect for the kids to play in the tide pools. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this space and do see ourselves coming back.

We felt so comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out for our group of 13! The neighborhood was very quiet, as we never heard any road noise from Hwy. 101 despite its close proximity. It was a short walk to the beach, but we still had a view of the ocean from the eating area and deck. Everyone in our group loved it, with plenty of things for the kids to do. We appreciated the active games and sand toys available for all. A very fun place to stay for everyone!

David and Bianca’s airbnb was amazing! It felt very private, and the beach was easily walkable and accessible. The photos of the listing don’t do this place justice, and we had more than enough room for our family! We would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend this place to big groups!

Bret provided friendly and helpful communication. We could not have been happier with our stay. Bret's place is thoughtfully designed and decorated. The bathroom was beautiful and the whole house was spotless. We also really appreciated the quiet location and the short walking distance to town.

The rental was very cozy and perfect for a quiet getaway with our dogs. We loved the entire space. The beach access was so close and very easy to use. Having a fenced yard for our dogs was such a great amenity. We will definitely keep this in our list of favorite places to stay.

Our stay was so relaxing and the view was exceptional. We saw 20+ blue heron feeding in the bay! There were lots of other birds too. Allison and Forrest met us when we arrived to meet our doggie and us. They were very respectful to give us our privacy while we stayed downstairs. They were also quick to respond if we needed anything. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We will come back for more visits! Thankyou.

My wife, our two-year-old daughter, our mini doodle, and I loved this cozy place for our nine-year anniversary. It was nice and quiet, and we appreciated the thoughtful decorations, such as fresh flowers and faux plants, since we have many plants at home. The space is furnished with great books and other decor, and it has walkable access to Tunnel Beach, which connects to another beach through a tunnel in a headland. Oceanside is a charming coastal city with many outdoor attractions to explore, and we look forward to returning to explore more of it.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was as noted and very clean. The bed was comfortable and beach access was close and easy to get to. We enjoyed the very private back yard and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Great place. Great views. Great stay overall. Stayed for a couple nights and had to extend an extra day because we did not want to leave! Very comfortable and clean. No tvs and no curtains! We loved out stay at the cabin!

Darius and Andra have put so much love and thoughtfulness in this little cabin. It was perfect for our family of 4, the cabin was open and airy and beautifully designed. There were no surprises, the listing and photos depict this home perfectly. We immediately felt at home with a handwritten note, snacks and local gifts. We made sure not leave Netarts Bay without stopping at Jacobsen Salt Co to stock up. The cabin was remarkably clean and kitchen stocked with the essentials for cooking. The location is great for traveling up and down the coast, and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after our busy days. We will be back for sure and will recommend this little gem to all our family and friends! Thank you Darius, Andra and Ocean! 💙

We had a lovely weekend at this cabin, the exterior of the house does not adequately reflect how nice it is inside. We took several walks on the property, saw lots of birds and small animals, found tracks of larger animals, and were visited by a family of deer at dusk of our second night. This was a wonderful place to unplug with our loved ones. There is not TV, which was what we wanted. There are puzzles and games. It felt like friends were letting us stay at their place, the hosts were super friendly.

My family has no complaints, only positive feedback about Bear Creek Retreat! The house is spotless, with fresh towels, and the bedding was clean and crisp! The host did a phenomenal job selecting furnishings that made this place very relaxing and appreciative of nature. We love the selection of artwork on the wall and are grateful that it is age-appropriate for the kids. This is the first Airbnb where our kids (ages 7 & 12) did not pay attention to their electronic devices and were outside the house and proactive! The kids loved the tranquil sounds of the waterfall and river. We especially enjoyed the campfire (already set) at night with the marshmallows, listening to the water flow, stargazing, and spending quality time as a family! On the side note: this place is conveniently located near the Tillamook Air Museum, Tillamook Dairy Factory, and the Werner Meat Snack. We highly recommend Bear Creek Retreat for your stay!

Super cute little house.. Enjoyed the back yard, the parking, and easy beach access. Would definitely stay again. Close to Cannon beach and great hikes. Cannon Beach was busy/packed and it was nice to come back to a quiet stay off the beaten path. Cute dog basket provided and Monks coffee that I was planning on getting during my stay. Growing up in a beach town I think the location was perfect for serenity and peace. Going from Cannon Beach to the Arch Cape beach felt like we had a private get away. As they say location location location!

My family had a very memorable experience. My grandkids loved being so close to the ocean, being able to walk the beach and see the seals. The view is absolutely breathtaking! One morning we were greeted with a rainbow over the ocean and rocks.

This was a beautiful home! If you are on the fence and not sure if you wanna book this location, book it! My husband and I find it really hard to relax when away from home, but being here just made us feel so at home! So many thoughtful touches to the home Fishing is literally right at your footsteps. The home was clean, we had everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, bed was comfortable, lounging in the living room was comfortable. We highly recommend this location. Karie was so accommodating and helpful in every way a guest would hope their host would be. We will return!
