This is a really cool house in a really beautiful neighborhood, and just a short walk to the beach. We immediately felt very welcome by Matthew’s correspondence and proactive communication. Then, once in the house, it was comfortably furnished, tall ceilings. And just very cozy. Our kids enjoyed playing in the park across the street, and of course the nearby beach. There were 7 of us total, and the house was just right. The drive down to Newport really isn’t that far, and is beautiful in itself. We appreciated the quality of the home, place and Matthew’s responsiveness. We would happily rebook, and recommend.

We had a wonderful time! The house is within short walking distance of the beach and you can hear the ocean from the front patio of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment to make meals. The house was just as pictured and a lovely place to stay. The only drawback was the mattresses are very very firm. Other than that it was an excellent rental and I would definitely visit again.

Miel’s place was a fantastic getaway complete with amenities for a cozy weekend in any weather. The interior is charming, comfortable, and has a nice fun factor with the loft. The jacuzzi on the outside is wonderful even in the cold weather and is tucked away enough to feel private. There is only a short walk to the beach which makes it convenient for getting out there when the weather is nice. Miel’s place had everything I wanted and more! Highly recommend!

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was perfect for a long weekend and well stocked. There was a cool little park right down the street that was perfect for our kids. Also an easy drive to the beach and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect inside and out. They reallly thought of everything. The checkout time was a little on the early side for us, but other than that we loved staying here. It was perfect for our family vacation ❤️

The house was cozy and perfectly situated in Seaside. Only a couple minute walk to the beach and promenade. If you’re a runner this is perfect location for a morning jog along the prom or beach. Two families stayed here, 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids had so much fun in the bunk rooms. The double beds were a little small for adults but there was plenty of space and other beds for us to sleep on. Some of the beds were a little squeaky but comfy. I highly recommend this space. Check in was a breeze.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

This is my third time staying (once with all adults and twice with families with varying ages of kids) and we plan to come back again. You can’t beat the views, beach access , large enough house for big group, and overall beautiful and clean home. The kids and adults have a blast in the game room and theatre. It’s close enough to town, but also far enough away to enjoy the privacy and quiet surroundings. The hot tub overlooks the ocean and was the crowd favorite. All in all a beautiful house, great hosts, and the making for a memorable trip every time we come! My kids always say this is their favorite trip of the year (even the year we went to Disney!).

Absolutely loved this location and being able to walk from the house to the Short Beach access point. It’s also a great central point for the locations we love to visit. Emily was a great host and very responsive.

We had an excellent and exciting week. The Oregon Coast definitely delivered winter weather. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed exploring the area on the better weather days and had everything we needed at the cottage for a good time for those other days. Really appreciate the communication, comfort and the amenities.

Loved this house it was super quiet area and peaceful. My kids loved it! fit all of us 4 super comfortable. House was super clean as well! I would definitely go back. I would like to say though the front does need some TLC bushes are all outgrown.

We love this Airbnb so much that this was our second time staying here! We loved being able to walk to the beach, we enjoyed the open layout kitchen/dining/living room which made it so fun to hangout and cook meals together, the beds are so comfy, the hot tub and sauna were used multiple times to warm up after a day of getting soaked at the beach and we enjoyed eating at Wanda’s for breakfast each morning. We hope to come back again next year, this is the best spot to stay in Rockaway Beach!

Great spot for family holiday, short stroll to town and beach but quiet and private. Nice and clean on arrival, well laid-out with large bedroom suite on second floor and two bedrooms (queen and twin) on first. Large kitchen, a bit dated but well-equipped. Loads of games and puzzles kept everyone busy!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

We had a great time at Vanessa’s house. The location is very walkable- only a block to the beach, a few minutes to Sea Level Bakery, and a few minutes more to the Fresh Foods grocery store. You have an unobstructed view of the ocean from the living room and front porch. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful place with easy walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to bring our fur family. The dog enjoyed the beach even more than the humans. Very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, host very responsive and helpful. We hope to visit here often.

The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit and the morning walks on the beach were amazing. The street is quiet and neightbors are all friendly. The home has everything we needed for comfort.
