We absolutely loved our stay. Andy and Susan were wonderful hosts and responsive and helpful. They saved us from a very unfortunate start to our vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. Loved the box of beach accessories. Would highly recommend their house and we will definitely be back again.

we came for spring break and met up with cousins (Philly and Indiana). Port St Joe was the perfect spot for relaxing days directly on the beach, a spacious and clean home to host our reunion and was even accommodating of our 1 year old. We have zero complaints and would definitely rent again.

Our first family vacation with 19 of us was amazing! 5 families under one roof sounds crazy, BUT everyone had their own space, the cousin teens were able to bunk together, having 2 kitchens to cook was great and so much more. The only down side was mother nature, with the Solar pool, we needed the weather above 60 degrees. but we were able to use the pool and Hot tub the last couple of nights. Loved having it all to ourselves! the private beach area was amazing! loved waking up to the Ocean sounds and seeing the dolphins swimming was over the top! We even talked to a couple locals on the beach who shared some of the great spots to visit/eat in the quiet town! Becky was very responsive to us! even before the trip! Definitely will love to vacation here again! next time we will rent a golf cart to do more exploring!

We had a wonderful time on our spring break trip with family and friends! Peaceful and directly on the beach. The heated pool was a perfect addition! Plenty of room and space!

What a great place for a getaway! You have your own walkway to the beach and plenty of recommendations for food. Kudos to being dog friendly as well! They even had dog treats, water bowls, and blankets. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Kate and the sand flee were amazing! Kate went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated during our stay! We had a snow storm in the south and she let us come a day early so we could safety make it to port st Joe! I will go stay at her place again just because of that reason alone!! Customer service is very important to me and she really went above and beyond in my opinion! Do I recommend? 10000%!! The sand flee? If you have a large group 10-12 it’s perfect!! Did I mention we got a new puppy at the last minute? Yes, she also accepted the new puppy!

I loved my time at Windmark and the relaxed, family and dog friendly vibe of this place. Beautiful views of sunsets across the bay from the windows and patio. And the natural marsh and dunes between the house and the beach is a bird sanctuary that nature lovers will enjoy. Peaceful neighborhood and private, white sand beach with plenty of safe, picturesque areas to explore. I loved the spacious design of the house and use of the garage. I can’t say enough about how great the hosts were- when I gave feedback that everything in the house was very nice as expected, except for the living room furniture they took action. Acrebook worked with me to pick out new furniture. A week later it arrived and a man set it up. They even got a power, heat/massage recliner since I was staying for 2 months after back surgery. The hots’s responsiveness and consideration was amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay here, perfect for our family vacation with private beach and pool. Quick easy drive to Port St Joe as well. The kids loved the bunk rooms and it was incredibly convenient to have 4 kind bedrooms. We were very pleased with Marissa and her responsiveness to questions/concerns. The pool alarm can be a bit annoying but we understood the safety aspect of it. Would definitely stay here again!!

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

Neil was an excellent host. This was a last-minute booking, and he was very responsive to our needs. The house was beautiful, just a short walk from the beach, with stunning views. I highly recommend this property, especially for large families, as it offers plenty of space. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time! The pool was wonderful, nice big rooms and two separate living rooms areas! Host was very responsive and helpful. The master bathroom is beautiful too! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Can’t recommend enough. Home was clean and cozy. We love the porch & pool (could use some lighting around pool at night) so close to beach access. We had a relaxing stay and would come back. Host was so nice and responsive.

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

The home was very spacious and was more than enough space for my family of 10. Everything looked as described and the surroundings were beautiful. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes and the view was amazing from both balconies. There was sort of a game room included but you have to choose between parking your car in the garage and having the game room set up so we had to move the car a few times to play pool. Also, it’s a bit of a drive to get to a grocery store and family activities but overall we loved it and would stay again if welcomed. The host was very quick to respond and gave us options of plenty things to do.

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

Great place! We loved the house and all it had to offer. The kitchen was great as well as the outdoor spaces! The golf carts were great and easy to use. Will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, next to the Marina for fishing and boating. Not far from Port St Joe for dining and shopping. Close to Tyndall for use of commissary if you are military. All around a great trip and place to stay. Thank you!

We had 7 adults and plenty of room. Didn’t even use the room with bunk beds. Layout is great for hanging out and cooking with an open kitchen, dining and living room. Mastercard bedroom and bathroom was amazing (bathroom is fantastic-very spacious). The bed was very comfortable . House was very clean, furnished with everything needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. The walk to the beach is very easy and leas than 5 minutes. Easy enough if you needed to run back to the house for something it was no problem. We had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful house away from the hustle and bustle but has lots of drivable restaurants. The top floor balcony and wall of windowed doors that can all be opened and pushed aside was a wonderful way to bring the outdoors in. The views are fantastic, and Jason is a wonderful host.

We really enjoyed our stay and the place was just as pictured, just perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the location can’t be beat at how close it is to the beach! It is close to many great restaurants and the grocery store in Port St Joe. Jacqueline was a wonderful host and her communication was very quick. We will definitely be back if available when we come back to Port St Joe beach.

The host was so quick to answer all my questions. She was very responsive. Great house with something to do for all the kiddos too. Loved having the golf cart for the beach and the park!

We loved staying here!! The beach was just a quick walk and they had great beach chairs with coolers for us! We love to stay on this end of the cape because the beach and water here is so amazing and we have stayed at lots of houses but this has been our favorite! Between the pool, the hot tub, the outdoor lounge area with the tv, the game table, the fabulous beds and the location- it just doesn’t get any better. We can’t wait to come back!

Tony’s place was an amazing retreat for my family. It was immensely CLEAN. Every single bed, even the top bunks, were so comfortable. It is a quick walk to a beautiful beach. The pool area was our favorite. There are no homes surrounding the property, so you can truly relax in this private setting. We look forward to visiting again!

We loved Ana’s place! We were originally booked to visit when Hurricane Helene was on the way. Ana was super accommodating with changing our dates. The house is very spacious, well stocked and super clean. The beds are comfortable and we loved the simple, clean decor which made everything flow. The use of the golf cart, beach gear and bikes are a big plus. We love that it’s close to Downtown Port St. Joe, shopping and restaurants, but also out in a quiet neighborhood. We did have a minor issue with the house door code upon check in, and also with the pool code, but Ana was very responsive and fixed it right away. We definitely recommend Ana’s place and would stay here again.
