This is a bright, beautiful home in the heart of Kalk Bay with great amenities. We booked this space for the last week of our trip through South Africa, and would book it again in a heartbeat. We felt at home from the first moment we walked through the door. Carol was responsive to our inquiries before and during our stay. I highly recommend this for the perfect seaside get-away.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard le premier jour et notre hôte nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison d'Emma Paola qui avait tous les équipements nécessaires ainsi qu'une diversité remarquable de livres sur l'Afrique du Sud que nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de consulter car nous avons beaucoup visité les environs. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison qui est très accueillante. Merci pour tout

Full of character and a great space. Walkable to all the great cafes and bars on Kloof St (if you don’t mind hills!) and an easy uber to the beach and the waterfront. We had an issue with the safe which was promptly resolved, even on a Sunday. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house and excellent location for pet lovers! We loved that place, as it was like time travelling back to good old times. The heritage home offers all you can wish for, and comes with four pets you have to look after. If you love pets and are used to share a home with them, it's not a problem at all. All other, prepare to share the pool with Fletcher, the Golden Retriever, dog and cat hairs everywhere in the kitchen, as this is their place for the night, and a warm welcome when they see you in the mornings or once you're back home.😉

This place was truly exceptional and afforded us the exquisite beach vacation we wanted. It had everything we needed for our stay. The views were stunning. The villa is aesthetically pleasing and functional. Juanita Ann was a terrific host. She personally gave me a tour of the house during check in and took into account our unique needs of our family. She was very responsive throughout the trip and helpful. Would love to come visit again!

Sea Spray is a great spot to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. Having the sea a few meters away, is therapy for the soul. It was a real treat to see the otters visit! We will definitely be back!

Chris is a great host -- very responsive, flexible when things come up, and very personable. The apartment was lovely and well-appointed ... the view of Lion's Head over coffee was a delight, the living room sofa was a great place to relax in the evenings, and the bed/linens very comfortable. The kitchen (and apt in general) are very well-stocked for longer stays ... we had no trouble cooking meals, and used a combination of the local Checkers and Woolworth's for groceries. The fans moved a lot of air on hot days. We will be returning!

Wir waren neun Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns von Beginn an, wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war eine schöne Atmosphäre, alles aufeinander abgestimmt. Netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin und den Nachbarn. Alles war super, wie beschrieben auch ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Tafelberg aus dem Fenster. Tolle Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir wurden mit einigen schönen Überraschungen im Kühlschrank und in der Küche begrüßt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

We had the most wonderful stay at Julia’s place. We have stayed in a few Airbnbs in the same area and this was by far our favorite. It was well decorated, clean, spacious and had all the things needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

My wife and I had the blessed fortune of finding this gem in Bantry Bay immediately overlooking the water. Wow! The photos do not do this place justice. It's much bigger than the pictures might lead on. We were greeted by Terblanche, an incredibly warm and friendly host who showed us around the place and even sent us local recommendations. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you might need even for longer stays. The unit was immaculate when we arrived and has a super comfortable queen bed. The water pressure and temperature were excellent and to our liking. The Wi-Fi signal was able to handle all of our steaming and Zoom meeting needs, as well. We can't say enough good things about this AirBnb. There's no doubt it's worth the higher price just for the view alone. Thanks again and we'll be back!

Natalie is a superb hostess! She is most gracious and lovely and very responsive, even if it's late at night and not asleep yet. The apartment was great value for money and the bed super comfortable! It has everything you need day to day and is so wonderfully sunny all day long! There is a beautiful pool and garden just outside your window ansd if you leave your door open her friendly and affectionate cat may come say hello! Its in a great and convenient location to anything you need which is wonderful! Thank you Natalie, it was an absolute pleasure! 🌸🌸🌸

Thomas was an exceptional host ensuring everything we needed was at hand, including a late checkout. The views are spectacular, the town, people and ‘the golden mile beach’ wonderful. You must get your self to Strand and to Ocean View condos. Thank you again Sir!

Ruth was a very helpful gracious host. She allowed us an early check in and late check out . Her helper Austin was extremely helpful and attention as well. The place was stunning and just as described in the listing. Comfortable bed and couch. Lots of free goodies and snacks . Will definitely stay at her place when we are in that area again.

We had the best weekend at Tuishuisie! Even though we are familiar with the town and the area, it was so nice to stay in the middle of Stellenbosch and act like tourists! The location made for a walkable weekend - we walked to our restaurant on Friday, and on Saturday we walked to the shops, visited a wine farm, and even had a braai on the big porch. The place itself had everything we needed and more—from extra towels and blankets to back-up electricity. It was also lovely and clean. I can highly recommend Tuishuisie as a place to stay!

Staying here was perfect especially for our longer two week stay working remotely - you have a nice big shopping mall a 5 min walk away for all your needs, good wifi in the apartment, a conference room downstairs plus an affordable coworking space called Ideas Cartel right down the street, a great kitchen in the apartment for cooking meals and a convenient clothes washing/drying-in-one machine right in the apartment. We highly recommend this place - it’s great value for money!

Apartment is in a safe location making it easy to explore the area. The Host added nice touches, like fresh flowers, which made the space feel welcoming. Little extras, such as coffee pods, were at thoughtful addition that made the stay enjoyable.

Es war traumhaft schön. Beim buchen habe ich nach dem Haken gesucht und dachte so schön kann doch kein Ort sein aber doch unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Es ist ein wirklich schönes, sauberer air Bnb mit tollen Gastgebern. Ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv
