Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Cape Winelands District Municipality

Deze ruime, zeer smaakvol ingerichte en meer dan compleet uitgeruste woning voelde als een thuis ver van huis. De instructies voor de check in waren duidelijk en we konden zonder enig probleem de woning betreden bij aankomst. De woning was brandschoon, er stond een leuk welkomstpakket klaar en er waren wat vaasjes gevuld met bloemen. Dat is nog eens een warm welkom. De bedden zijn comfortabel, de wifi werkt goed, er is geen last van loadshedding, vriendelijke en behulpzame tuinman en schoonmaakster. De woning is gelegen in een rustige buurt en op steenworp afstand afstand van het gezellige centrum van Stellenbosch. De communicatie met host Lize-Marie verliep vlekkeloos. Binnen enkele minuten reageerde ze op onze berichten. Kortom: Wij raden deze plek aan en mochten we terugkomen naar Stellenbosch dan hopen we dat we weer hier kunnen verblijven.

Communication on par. Great location. Aircons was amazing in this heat and works very well. The wrap around deck area was amazing for sunset drinks and pics. Crispy clean bedding. The complimentary bottle of wine was a thoughtfull touch. That couch though.....its like a sleep pill.....so comfy to watch a movie after a long day....if you can keep your eyes open 😅

A cosy one bedroom apartment with everything you need. Thoughtful touches by the host. Comfy and homely in a secure complex.

Absolutely phenomenal and the best location I would say in Franschhoek if you looking to do the wine tram close enough for a walk to the town. Definitely will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Koots listing! The place was spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with clear instructions. Overall, a fantastic spot—I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay. We found a home away from home. Mathilda also went out of her way to assist us with a local babysitter recommendation. A perfect spot.

Beautiful view of the mountains from a lovely terrace, an inviting swimming pool, and a clean apartment. It's basic but lovely, and served our needs for two weeks. Close proximity to town and on a secure street. Ben was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The twice weekly cleaning service was much appreciated.

Wir waren fast 8 Wochen in der Villa Stellendal und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt: Tommy hat uns herzlichst begrüßt, uns eingewiesen und täglich nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Auch unsere gute Fee Miriam hat stets für frische Wäsche, Blumen und Sauberkeit in unserem schönen Heim gesorgt. Die Villa ist gemütlich, es ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Smart TV mit Netflix und der Pool sorgt für regelmäßige Erfrischungen und ein Jacuzzi für Entspannung. Die Villa ist uneinsehbar und somit sehr privat. Die Lage ist zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Für alle Wünsche und Fragen ist auch die Rezeption mit Anneke, Cindy und Hannah täglich besetzt und für alle Wünsche und Fragen offen und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn es kleine Defizite oder Reparaturen gab, stand Tommy täglich zur Verfügung und hat schnell und unkompliziert die Mängel behoben. Es fiel uns sehr schwer good bye zu sagen, aber wir werden alle lieben Menschen im Oktobee 2025 wieder sehen.

We had a great stay here with our dogs. The place was bigger than expected, and just a short walk from the beach and a lot of restaurants, cafés and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it for a stay in Strand.

Can’t speak highly enough of our 4-night stay. Exceptional property, fully equipped with everything you’d need, wonderfully big outdoor garden with pool and loungers. 5 min walk to wine tram, 2 min walk to Franschhoek main road, yet extremely peaceful neighbourhood/st the house is located on, could hardly have picked a better location. Upstairs bedroom above kitchen/living area could certainly do with a fan, the only constructive feedback we have. The property manager/cleaners were extremely helpful throughout our stay and helped with flexible check-in/out which was greatly appreciated. Massive thanks for making our time in Franschhoek so special!

We had a wonderful time at Chelsea’s place! The house is beautifully renovated and well equipped. The location in Franschoek is perfect - the main road and restaurants are a short stroll away. We would love to visit again.

Top tijd gehad bij Tracey. Bijzonder vriendelijk, hielp ons met de was. Tal van tips wat te doen in de regio. Zeer centraal gelegen tov winelands, Kaapstad Hermanus en noem maar op. Absoluut aanbevelenswaardig. Daarnaast ook prima prijs / kwaliteitsverhouding. Ten slotte heerlijk zwembad.

We had a great time at Mia’s beautiful house. She was really kind showing us around and was always available when needed. It was awesome for our little daughter to play with all the toys of Mia’s kids. Maybe good to know: The house is not in a gated community, but we felt secure due to the nice neighborhood. We can highly recommend staying at Mia’s beautiful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s gorgeous place and will definitely stay again ..Sally and Jeans’ collection of vinyl records was just awesome ..wonderful memories and so much fun playing records again in this digital age!!

We hebben genoten van het verblijf van Walda. Luxe accomodatie. Lekker ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien In een prachtige , rustige omgeving. Heerlijk zwembad. Afstanden naar Stellenbosch en wijnlanden goed met de auto bereikbaar. Walda was een vriendelijke gastvrouw.

We had an incredible stay at Miriam’s house, from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by the attention to detail and warm welcome The location was perfect, offering both peace and quiet. Also sea view 👌 Our host was responsive, friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed.

Monika who checked us in and out was fantastic! Loved the place, beautiful and modern. Great communication from the property manager!

Ann’s place is very secure, with private parking. The location is great for anyone visiting Stellenbosch for a few days. Very comfortable and with a great working kitchen. We didn’t t have time to use the pool on the rooftop but the setting was lovely and if we had the time I’m sure we would have loved spending the day lounging there but we had so many wine farms to see! And so little time! Security were lovely and polite and always on hand. Would love to stay here again!

It was a beautiful airbnb. As a single women travelling for work, i felt safe, the area was quiet and peaceful. It was a lovely stay and I look forward to going back.

We received a warm welcome from Mark and immediately felt at home in his well equipped and comfortable apartment. He could not have been more accommodating during our stay with recommendations and suggestions to enhance our stay in Franschhoek.

We stayed two nights here and absolutely loved it. It's the perfect size for a family of four, or two couples travelling together. You're about a 10 min drive from the centre of Stellenbosch, so it felt very peaceful. The views are stunning too. We used the communal pool a couple of times too which was great. The house also has a fantastic decked area, leading down to a patio where you'll find the hot tub and braai area. A great property, would highly recommend if you want to be slightly out of town.
