We wanted a weekend away and this was perfect! It's in a great location to the beaches and shops and such a cosy beach house Couldn't recommend Josh's place more highly

The place is quiet and nice, looks exactly like pictures. It is close to the beach, easy to go everywhere. Will want to come back!

Our stay at David's place was wonderful. The house is so clean, modern, stylish with plenty of room for a larger family. So much nicer than the photos. Looking forward to staying again sometime.

The house was cute and comfy. Nick the host was so easy to deal with, super helpful and caring and very quick with his responses. It's a definite yes from us to stay again,next time we are at the island 😉

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

I recently stayed at this amazing accommodation in San Remo, and I can't recommend it enough! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning beach and local shops. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking views from our balcony. Julianne and Brian's place is stunning. Well appointed and great for a family or group of friends with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge open space lounge, dining and the biggest kitchen made it perfect for our large family group to hang out for a few days. The pool was a bonus. Flinders is also a stunning location to base yourself. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you again to Julianne and Brian for being wonderful hosts.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Adele was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. The house was so clean and very well equipped. As we had 3 children under 6, the floor plan wasn’t ideal. The split level flooring made it very tricky with toddlers and the stairs do not have a baby gate. The trampoline is broken so we did have one child fall and that should be addressed as a safety concern. The house is located on the main road which is also not ideal and the sea view is only accessible from the upstairs living area and bedroom.

We came in with our children and my mother, from the drive to Inverloch to check in and or stay at the house was a very pleasant experience, loved the house, very good setup. Thank you :):)

Our second stay here and it won’t be our last. Just the most amazing property and getaway, with a home that is an experience and has everything you could wish for. Wonderfully responsive, helpful and understanding hosts. Thank you, we’ll see you again soon.

We loved staying at Stace’s place in Cape Paterson. It’s literally a 4 min walk to the beach and you can hear the ways washing against the shore as you go to sleep of an evening. It’s not as busy as Inverloch and I think a real hidden gem. Stace’s house has got beautiful decor and is very practical. Classy and comfortable are the words I’d use to describe it. It has the amenities you need and it’s easy to park in driveway or on the street. Stace was very responsive and kind. Definitely a 5-star, easy, fun weekend with the family. :)

Lovely place in a great quiet location near the beach. The house feels more like a home with loads of extras which were much appreciated. Especially kitchen things, coffee beans, great coffee machine and loads of warm touches. We really enjoyed staying here.

Kim's place was wonderful and a delight for a one or two night stay when you're in Phillip Island. Our child loved the animals around the house and the location was close to the main shopping strip and other attractions.

Excellent communication with Michael the host both during booking and our3 night stay. Accepted our same day reservation within 10 minutes which saved our day after a booking with another site weirdly fell through at 5pm. The property is a brand new 3 bedroom detached single storey house. The owner appears to be building another two storey house at the back of the corner block, but the AirBnB is structurally completely separated and oriented differently so has full privacy and feels fully standalone. It shows that the owner made the effort to give the home good vibes - recycled timber beams over windows, outdoor landscaping etc... not a cookie cutter builder's home. HiFi gives great vibes too. Great location within ~20 minutes' drive from everything on Phillip Island, with a surfing beach at the end of the street, and 5 minutes from nice dining in Newhaven and San Remo. Loved how it's not in Cowes but at the same time had great amenity. The only real downside was that there is only one 6kW aircon for the whole house, positioned in the central large living-kitchen-dining room with vaulted ceilings and the satellite bedrooms can be chilly in the middle of winter (we came in July) and considering the blockwork construction. Would recommend to just install 3 more aircons and call it done & perfect. :)

Our two families had a fantastic holiday at the beautiful Riptide house. Nestled amongst beautiful native beach trees and scrub, the house is modern, well appointed, comfortable and felt like home for our 6 day stay. There is ample space inside and outside and the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are well appointed. The hosts were very responsive and did everything to ensure that we enjoyed our stay.
