A beautiful home in a lovely secluded village with easy access to Granada, the coast and Sierra Nevada. Great for hiking and then lazying by the pool in absoltute peace and contentment

La ubicación del Cortijo es ideal, en una zona tranquila del pueblo pero a la vez con la cercanía a Granada (unos 20 minutos en coche). La casa está decorada con mucho gusto, es muy espaciosa, tanto el salón, comedor, habitaciones y baños. Perfecta para ir a pasar unos días en familia o entre amigos. En nuestro caso, disfrutamos mucho de la chimenea (aunque la casa estaba caliente de por sí desde el momento de nuestra llegada) y de la barbacoa. También nos llamó la atención poder darle de comer a las gallinas por la mañana y recoger los huevos frescos. Sin duda recomendaríamos esta casa, ya no solo en invierno, sino también en verano, para quien quiera disfrutar de la amplia zona exterior que cuenta con piscina y sus hamacas, una cancha de baloncesto y un porche muy amplio, entre otras facilidades. Y gracias a Josué por su atención, es un gran afitrión!

Nice little development which would be even better in the summer, some private outside space, swimming pool, loungers Only issue for us was that there is only one bar and we couldn't take our small dog inside so had to sit outside and it was very cold. Charged 6 euros for a glass of red wine and small beer which felt excessive. Guy in bar told us we had been 'done' as we paid and left. We didn't go back. We live in a small town in Spain and spoke spanish.

Tämä paikka on kuin taivas maanpäällä. Uskomattoman idyllinen ja siulukas. Todella ensiluokkainen paikka ihmisille, jotka pitävät rauhasta, huikeista maisemista, kauniista kodista ja täydellisestä isäntä perheestä. Teresa ja Tony olivat laittaneet uskomattoman hienot tarjoilut oman puutarhan antimista. Tulemme uudelleen !

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for private accommodation for a family with a four year old child. So that our daughter could be free in the garden. The pool is clean and very nice. Nearby Orgiva is a charming town. If you want to spend time in peace with your family, this is the place. Breakfast in the shade of an olive tree. Relax by the pool overlooking the beautiful mountains. Barbecue in the evening. Beaches within driving distance. Lots to see nearby (Granada, Pampaneira and more). Antonio is a very communicative and friendly person. He helped us with everything we needed, nothing was a problem. Thank you for everything, we spent a wonderful time here.

We had a wonderful stay in Órgiva! Stéphane was the most responsive and helpful host we have ever had, he always tried to make sure we were okay and that we had everything we needed and more. The house was nice with the typical Spanish charm and had ample space for sleeping. The only downsides were the fact that there was no central heating (which seemed to be the case based on the pictures, but was not specifically mentioned so our mistake for assuming) and that the living area was a bit smaller than we are used to from our Belgian house (which I guess is typical for a Spanish house). We are a family of four with a toddler and a baby and we had some family to come stay with us during the month we were there and then it would get crowded in the living area, but luckily the weather was nice during our stay so we only noticed this during the evenings and then the wooden cabin was a good solution to sometimes split up. The garden more than made up for these things, it's really paradise!

10/10 - highly recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Ana Maria's villa! She was a superb host and super responsive to any questions / queries prior to and during our stay! The villa was perfect for what we wanted and was much larger than we expected - every couple had their own space for privacy whilst still being able to fully enjoy quality family time together! The views were spectacular, location was great, would recommend to have a car and there is plenty of free parking out front, lots of nice restaurants and amenities close by! Would happily return again!

This lovely old house is in the heart of the Albaicin with the most wonderful views of the Alhambra from the terrace. The weather was variable when we were there and so it was also great to have the very comfortable living area to gaze at the view from! The Albaicin is atmospheric and beautiful and it is possible to walk to all the sights of Granada from the house. To avoid congestion, the Albaicin district has restricted traffic. This is a good thing but does mean that access takes some planning. The hosts were always very helpful. The house itself is set over four floors and was great for staying with our grown-up family. We stayed for over a week and still didn't see all that we wanted to; we'd love to return one day!

We had a wonderful stay. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! Not much to do in the small village but exactly what we were looking for as of tranquility and peace & quiet. The church bells and neighbouring school sounds was something we got used to. Same as the heart pounding walks going up and down, not suitable for the disabled or heart fainted! Definitely recommend for people looking for a unusual and authentic stay enclosed by incredible surroundings.

Van de vijf woningen die we in Andalusië hebben gehad was die van Marie de absolute nummer één. Het huis is ruim, comfortabel (heerlijke bedden) en beschikt over vier terrassen met waanzinnige uitzichten. Ook het zwembad is geweldig. Het ligt in de bergen, maar er zijn genoeg dorpjes in de omgeving. De zee (die je kunt zien liggen) is op 20 minuten rijden. De communicatie met Marie, die even verderop woont, was perfect. Bij vragen of kleine problemen reageerde ze snel en oplossingsgericht.

Absolutely beautiful home in a stunning location. Our whole family, all nine of us had plenty space. Our holiday was everything we hoped and we plan to return. Thank you!

El apartamento realmente es cómodo y bonito, con zonas exteriores bien cuidadas y todos los básicos necesarios en baño y cocina, así como detalles de bienvenida. No es una zona turística ni especialmente bonita, pero es tranquila, y Granada es agradable para pasear, llegas la centro en unos 20-25 minutos. Además, el transporte público funciona muy bien y el apartamento está muy bien comunicado. Ideal si vienes por trabajo, pero también para conocer Granada. Alberto es muy atento, responde siempre enseguida, e intenta solucionarte cualquier problema o necesidad que tengas. Volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda.

We had a great week in October in this apartment and loved the view from the main living area and patio. The ca. 2km to the beach downhill is still in a walkable radius, the beach town La Herradura was mellow in the off-season. The apartment is well-designed and feels more like a house, with its three outside patios/garden corners, duplex and the beautiful view. We would like to come again!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa La Bodega. We are a family of 6. Kids aged 10 - 23, and everyone loved the house and pool. From the terraces/outside space, with various far reaching views of the mountains or sea, the garden/grounds with various flowers and fruit/veg plants, and of course the pool, which we pretty much used every day. Internally the house was very well presented, and offered everything you would need. A great, well equipped kitchen, and two lovely shower rooms, with the one upstairs offering great mountain/sea views. There was also plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The community pool was also a hit with us, and only a 5m walk. Such a great chilled out space where you can also grab a drink and snacks from the bar. Our host Adrian was excellent. He gave clear informative instructions before and during our stay. And when we had a minor issue with something, he responded and dealt with it within an hour of us contacting him. He very much enhanced our great stay. Thank you

Beautiful and quiet airbnb. The cozy fireplace, the interior and the wievs are so nice. Nadia was a very welcoming and I even got a tour in her spesial garden. The weather was mostly bad when we were staying but we enjoyed it anyway. Looking forward to coming back in bloom season.

Un lugar muy bonito y diría incluso que para repetir. Aunque en un principio parezca que está un poco elevado no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, la ubicación es perfecta, a unos 5 minutos de la playa. La piscina es muy tranquila y está muy bien mantenida.

Maison atypique et rustique ce qui fait le charme de cette dernière. Le logement est bien situé proche de toutes commodités. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse.

We had a brilliant stay here for one week, with four adults and three young children (and there was easily space for more as we unfortunately had one of our families of three cancel last minute). The villa was really clean and well equipped and the location was perfect. You can see the sea from the balcony, and hear it as you sit outside in the garden which is lovely. Comms from the host was great, Raquel was very easy to get in touch with. She had reached out beforehand to let us know to come to her with any questions & we had a problem with the air con, but she was super responsive and got it sorted quickly. Calahonda itself was perfect for a week’s stay with enough different places to eat for lunch / at night, including some lovely places on the beachfront. Plenty of shops for meals at night. Would recommend for anyone looking for a chilled week and Spanish experience - virtually no Brits and English speaking was very limited- in a good way! Thanks for a great stay!

Una estancia increíble, el alojamiento es fiel a las fotos y es un sitio tranquilo súper bonito e ideal para poder visitar todos los pueblos de La Alpujarra ya que se encuentra a pocos minutos en coche desde el alojamiento. Luis es un encanto de anfitrión, muy atento y disponible a cualquier hora y momento. Sin duda volveremos!

We had a great stay in Salobreña, and the location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere in the town but in a quiet location. The house was peaceful and cool despite the heat outside. I had no common language with the local agent but friendliness, waving hands, and a little Googling gets you through. Automatic translation on Android made arrangements for arriving and departing very easy. Parking was never inconvenient, and the house is well-equipped. Salobreña is a great jumping off point to visits up and down the coast and inland to Granada and the Sierra Nevada. Definitely recommended!
