Had an amazing stay! Everything was as stated and the host was super responsive when needed! Great for a weekend getaway!

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

Perfectly located in town and across the beach! Designated parking was a plus given popularity of location. Shops and restaurants were steps away. Check out Gayle’s for breakfast/lunch items and then bring take-out to munch while watching surfers do their thing! Evan was very responsive too. We will be back! Thanks for a great and convenient stay!

We had a fantastic stay here! Beautiful property in every way. Upscale fixtures, appliances, countertops, shower, tv, etc. Everything modern and up-to-date and mint condition. Super comfortable beds and lots of space. We loved it and would absolutely come back!

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

Such a lovely and peaceful retreat. Steps to the beach. Howard was excellent with communication. Highly recommended

John's place is a gem at Seascape! Beautifully decorated, clean, ocean views, host left wine+snacks, hot tub on site, and everything one would need. Went for a birthday/mom's getaway weekend. Came back happy and relaxed!

We had a wonderful stay at Ron’s home in Santa Cruz. It was in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe walking around and enjoying the neighborhood. It’s perfectly situated close to the beach and so close to the boardwalk. The home is very clean and free of clutter. It had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the coffee beans and grinder to make French press each morning. There were some snacks and teas left for us to enjoy as well. There were small room heaters and throw blankets to keep you extra warm if it needed. Beds were comfy. Thank you, Ron for your quick responses and suggested activities in the area, that was very helpful!! We will definitely return 😉

The Home was great, all amenities were perfect, had everything we needed, felt just like home & would happily book again!

It was a very pleasant experience for my family who travelled to attend a family memorial service. Everything was just perfect and the hosting was exceptionally accommodating.

We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this is now one of our favorite. So clean and neat! Not a lot of clutter so there was plenty of space for our things. Vic and Leanne obviously take great pride in their property and accommodating their guests. Everything you could want was waiting for us, including coffee and creamers. Much appreciated! And we never realized what a luxury heated bathroom floors were! You cannot go wrong choosing this property. Highly recommended!

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

The only word that sums up Mike and Jen’s house is “WOW”! In the 10 years that I’ve been renting on Airbnb theirs is the first house that looks exactly how they show it in the pictures! This is truly a gem! The house was sparkling clean and the backyard was very well maintained. What was really impressive is they decorated the house with a Christmas tree and stocking over the fireplace. They truly make you feel like you’re at home. This shows that they truly care about the rental and its potential renters. Jen was very proactive in reaching out to make sure that we were ok and if we needed anything. This place was a great launching point for either Monterey or Santa Cruz. I definitely plan on staying here again.

Came to the Bay Area for my sister surgery down at good Samaritan . Which was only five minutes away. This house was perfect for 3 adults. all bed are comfortable and the fact that they were king size beds all three was a plus. House was super clean and looked like the pictures. It's a corner house next to a main Street so I appreciate the fact that they had earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We will be back.

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

The place was beautiful and perfect for our family Christmas. The ocean views and sunsets on the balconies were epic! The kitchen and pantry were incredibly well stocked, so it was easy to cook big family meals. We walked one the beach every day, and there is a mini mart and a couple restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely come back!

Caylas place is a cozy little getaway. You overlook the shore/ocean from the balcony. We didnt have to reach out to her for anything. Everything was exactly as described! Residents in the area are welcoming, one even gave us new rocks she found on her morning walk. You can tell it is an older building, the floor creaks easily. so we had to remind the kids to walk softly. But other than that, its a beautiful place. Felt safe and cozy, and the view is stunning! Definitely would recommend again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tess’s place. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or hot tub because we went exploring, but the grounds were beautiful and the condo was just as pictured. It was perfect for a three day stay. Tess was very clear with instructions and responsive.

Soojin's place is warm, inviting and very comfortable. It was immaculate; the kitchen was spotless and well stocked, with lots of amenities throughout. All the furniture, including the king bed, is very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the apartment is fantastic. There is a quiet beach with lots of birds literally a few steps away. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there are ramps that make it easy getting luggage in and out. We would suggest bringing a lot of food and just settling in. Aptos and Capitola are about 20 minutes away. But why would you want to leave? Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive. We had a small problem when we arrived (entirely our fault!) and Soojin was able to respond instantly and help us out. Thank you!

Great place to stay! Everything was super clean and it was very easy to access. The king was super comfortable. We also really enjoyed going to the Red Apple Cafe for breakfast which was only a short drive from the resort. You also get access to the beach by only a short walk down the hill which was amazing. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again!

This is the perfect place to get away with your family especially with little ones. I originally booked a different place that was not on the first floor that was more expensive however I decided to change to this place and I’m so glad I did. You can’t beat the views and having a first floor stay at this gorgeous location still gives you amazing Oceanside views without the hassle of going up and down from an upstairs floor. Everything is close by so you can have a relaxing vacation. Will definitely be coming back here
