Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Anwesen. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das kleine Willkommensgeschenk in der Küche bei Ankunft und der kleine Geburtstagskuchen an meinem Geburtstag sind nur ein paar Beispiele, die die umfassende Gastfreundschaft beschreiben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gigi and Ludovica were first of all perfect hosts! Since the first communication, until the check out, the were kind, helpful, positive, gave fantastic recommendations, ask how are we, if we need anything, and if anything was missing they immediately took care of it, always with a smile. The villa is beautiful, private, well renovated, while keeping the Tuscan style. The rooms, shower rooms, kitchen, and living room looks great and fully equipped with all we needed, and more, including a generous welcome package in the kitchen. What can I say... the perfect place for a Tuscan vacation.

Alessandro’s house is a dream. Amazing location, surrounded by Tuscan countryside with 360 degrees views. Beautifully appointed, we had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, owner’s made wine, fresh fruit and gorgeous fresh flowers upon arrival. Swimming pool was enjoyed by the entire family,. Each bedroom with a stylish bathroom. We could not dream of a better week in Tuscany! We are very grateful for time spent in Castiglione D’0rcia and hope to come back one day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay at Riccardo & Kate's property was fantastic, the property is as described, the views were awesome. Riccardo was more than happy to help us with local recommendations & bookings when we needed help as we speak next to no Italian. The local town of Castell'Azzara is a beautiful place & the local people were very helpful at the Coop, bakery & restaurants.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.
