cosa dire, dire che siamo stati bene è poco. post a dir poco meraviglioso in mezz alla natura tra galline e asinelli, spettacolare. la stanza è molto carina curata nei minimi dettagli a parer mio. la piscina non ha prole per descriverla assolutamente bellissima, filo con il paesaggio e quando il sole tramonta la vista è fiabesca. e infine devo lasciare delle parole per i proprietari Luca, Anna e Michele...che dire di loro ti fanno sentire a casa in ogni senso, siamo stati a pranzo li e sembrava che ci fosse mia mamma a cucinare ma poi il livello di amicizia...che dire, di post del genere ce ne sono veramente pochi nel mondo e soprattutto d persone speciali e socievoli come loro ancora meno e siamo stati veramente contenti di essere venuti a conoscenza di quest posto. SIETE MERAVIGLIOSI! Tornerò senza ombra di dubbio

We had a very good time in the house (with pool and hottub). It is a 30 minutes drive by car from the city center, but because of that it is very quiet. Really enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean house! Thanks!!

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages médiévaux, accéder au Lac Bolsena, aux thermes et le centre de Viterbo est à 5 min en voiture. Il est également pratique d’aller à Rome et jusqu’à Ostia Antica. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, climatisé et la terrasse privée est bien exposée et de bonne taille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de notre hôte qui tous les matins nous portait des pâtisseries maison délicieuses. De plus, à notre arrivée le frigo avait été rempli de boissons et nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement, expérience très agréable !

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Matteo! Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, er und Andrada haben sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Das Außengeländer ist größer als erwartet und hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht! Es ist einfach wunderschön und abgesehen von den Nachbarhunden, auch sehr ruhig. 😊 Die Lage ist toll, man gelangt einfach nach Rom (Zug/Auto), aber auch in der fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir in einer Woche kaum fertig damit geworden sind. Die Natur ist traumhaft und Sutri ist jeden Besuch wert. In Sutri gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine tolle Pizzaria. Beide sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, von uns gibt es daher eine klare Empfehlung! Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch 😊

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Giordano. La vue de l'appartement est superbe, la piscine est surtout le jardin très bien entretenue, Giordano se donne beaucoup de mal afin que vous passiez un bon moment. On a même pu faire un BBQ. C'était très reposant, propre et spacieux.

De villa was nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Paola is een geweldige host, nog nooit heb ik me zo thuis gevoeld. Paola is super behulpzaam, ze heeft ons zelfs meerdere malen naar de supermarkt gebracht. Ook hielp ze met het reserveren van restaurants en leuke hotspots in de buurt. Zwembad is prachtig en schoon. Supermooie buiten ruimte, prachtige kamers, fijne airco en mooie patio waar je in de ochtend en in de avond lekker in de schaduw van de parasol kan zitten. In de keuken is alles aanwezig: keukengerei, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat en meer. Fijne douches en fijne bedden. Castelnuovo di Porto is een rustig dorpje, een auto is wel aan te raden. Zelf gingen we met de bus vanaf het dorp (4 minuten lopen) naar Saxa Ruba en vanaf daar met de trein naar Rome, super goed te doen! Al met al willen we Paola bedanken, we hebben nog nooit zo’n vriendelijke host meegemaakt. Zij, haar man, de prachtige villa en hun lieve paard hebben de vakantie onvergetelijk gemaakt!

Villa Valentina was a beautiful place to stay for me and my family. The backyard, pool, and kids play area was very special and made our stay wonderful. Marina was kind and went out of her way to let us check in early because we had small children with us. It was a lovely place to stay!

Alessandro è stato gentilissimo sempre disponibile per ogni cosa,ci ha suggerito un posto fantastico per le mie cagnoline e siamo stati benissimo 😊

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

The views and peace were breathtaking. We loved every moment and will definitely re visit. Lorenzo was an exceptional host, very welcoming and provided helpful suggestions for restaurants (Ristorante Acquarella) and recommending activities (Air Force Museum), additionally Bechara was helpful with suggestions and if we needed anything. During our stay we regularly swam in the lake using the private beach and ate out in Trevignano Romano which is a beautifully vibrant town and were fortunate to benefit from entertainment from local summer concerts and markets held during the weekend. We visited Bracciano castle and also rented an electric boat to explore the lake (highly recommended). We also took a train (circa 1hr) from Cesano to Rome to visit the Colloseum/ Roman Forum and Vatican. The only niggle we encountered was the the drop in WIFI at times which impacted my ability to work remotely and my teens' device time...perhaps a godsend.

Esperienza meravigliosa per gli amanti della tranquillità e della natura! Tantissimi luoghi naturalistici da visitare nelle vicinanze, alloggio grazioso, pulito, dotato di tutti i confort e a pochi minuti in macchina dal centro abitato e dai principali servizi. Abbiamo adorato il giardino e lo spazio verde circostante, anche il nostro cagnolone Hati ha apprezzato! Lorenza è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile! Torneremo sicuramente🍀

A beautiful Airbnb experience! The house is lovely, and has everything you need… the pool is an added bonus with lovely views . Alessandro and his family are wonderful, warm and welcoming - and happy to help and recommend restaurants and things to do. The house is in a beautiful area - rolling hills and olive groves. Close to montefiascone, and easily accessible to bagnoregio, Orvieto and everything that Lake Bolsena has to offer . A beautiful part of Italy, and one of our best Airbnb experiences. Thankyou, we will be back!

we had such a nice stay at this wonderful place. so much space, in the house, the garden and the pool. someone came early in the mornings and took care of the pool and the trash. we loved the kitchen the most, perfect for cooking together. filippo was a nice host and very friendly. we only had some noise around midday, maybe some field/ construction work. but all in all we had a magical time. thank you so much for this :)

Giovanni's place is perfect for a retreat in Umbria. The house is full of characters and Giovanni's most welcome and gracious host. He showed us around the local area. Our break would not be the same without him. We will surely recommend his place.

Es ist ein tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern, einem großen Pool und ganz viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr gut und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist schön und ruhig. Simona und Gigi sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden gern wiederkommen.

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Appartamento arredato e curato splendidamente. Abbiamo trovato tutto estremamente pulito e accogliente. Il letto è molto comodo, il bagno è davvero grande compreso uno spazio doccia molto ampio. Il posto perfetto per passare un weekend romantico in pace e in tranquillità a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal lago di Bolsena.

Posto fantastico a due passi da Roma .. tranquillità e relax abbiamo fatto cena con brace esterna enorme !! Appartamento appena ristrutturato bagni fantastici cucina rifornitissima..Lavinia molto reattiva per spiegazioni e consigli !! Abbiamo giocato a pallavolo e a calcio su campo in erba che pare wembley!!!! Toppp ! I bambini sono stati felicissimi con mille Cose da fare . Il signor Silvio (il guardiano ) è molto premuroso e pronto in ogni occasione per consigli ed aiuti ( ci ha aiutato ad accendere la brace esterna e ci ha portato le uova appena covate dalle galline !!! ). Ci torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie

We loved staying at David’s Place! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with great restaurants and the beautiful Bracciano Castle. Having private parking for our car made things easy, and for those using the train, the station is close by too. The apartment was perfect for us, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even water waiting in the fridge. The terrace was a nice spot to relax, and the laundry facilities were a big plus. Each room had air conditioning, which kept us comfortable, and there were plenty of beds for larger groups. The only small downside was the spotty internet, but with so much to see and do, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it!

A wonderful villa. We would not hesitate to go back. It is nicely furnished and very well equipped both inside and out, especially the kitchen. The main bedroom is spacious and the downstairs bedroom is good too. There is a big living area downstairs, another kitchen and shower and bathroom. Also, there is a little outside area for morning coffee and big barbeque. Outside there is a great covered terrace for eating out and relaxing. There is plenty of outside furniture and good lighting outside too. Beautiful views and a decent pool for swimming with no deep end. Be aware that the villa is about 2.6km from the village. It’s a good idea to look on Google earth before you go. Guardea has a small supermarket, a fine friendly local butcher and an excellent pizzeria. Orvieto is forty five minutes away. Todi under an hour. Rome is easily reached by train. We went from Orte. Amelia and Narni are nice hill towns and we really liked Lugnano in Teverina, just a fifteen minute drive.
