we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

Teresa was an amazing host for a wonderful property! She was responsive to all of our needs and even provided us with local recommendations late the evening we arrived. The house comes stocked with lots of needed essential items for your stay (shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) and was perfect for our large group. We can't wait to come back in the future!

Our family of 8 (adults/adult children) stayed at Chris' home. It was exactly as it was shown in the photos or even better. The lanai area with pool included ample sitting and lounging for all. Very comfy furniture. House is pristine inside with new appliances. House was immaculate upon arrival. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to the beach and many places to eat. Will stay here again.

The host was amazing always easy to get a hold of. They even called to check on me and my accommodations. Beautiful home and great neighborhood quite and relaxing . would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to feel welcomed.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It is very convenient to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and grocery shopping. We love the private pool area (very nice and clean). Very comfortable spot for a family vacation. We would definitely return again in the future.

We really enjoyed Lances place! Lots of room for our entire family. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed and then some! The pool was wonderful and nice to have the pool gate/cage around so the littles didn’t fall in. The 5th bedroom is really an office without a pull out couch, if you are needing the extra room. We missed not having the children’s bikes to ride around the quaint neighborhood. The master bedroom has a big whirlpool the kids loved after a day of swimming. No hot tub at the property, fire pit or ping pong table as advertised :(. The bedrooms were VERY warm compared to the rest of house. Thank goodness each bedroom had a ceiling fan. Lance did a great job trying to fix the issues we had during our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dara's house. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood not far from a major road that will lead you to all of the attractions in the Naples area. The house itself is spacious and well-laid out. The kitchen was perfect for those of us who like to cook. New appliances (everything worked) and lots of pots/pans and cooking utensils within easy reach. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a good size and there is an incredible amount of drawer and closet space. TVs everywhere, if you like that. But for us the hallmark was the heated pool and hot tub covered by a screen roof. So relaxing after a day of playing tourist. I hope I get the chance to return one day. This one's a real find!
