The apartment was great. Super clean, had everything you need. It's perfect if you're traveling on your own by car or as a couple. The distance to San Juan Pueblo was super short by car and to the beaches too. The only inconvenience we had was that you can hear a lot what other people are doing outside the apartment. We couldn't sleep pass 7AM. But the place is amazing, super pretty, super easy to get into and Abraham was super clear with the check in instruction, plus, has a team that keep everything nice! Would come back :)

Fue una experiencia muy buena. La habitación era todo lo descrito, estaba todo limpio y ordenado. Tanto Jeremy como Maynor fueron muy atentos. El lugar es increíble, nos quedamos muy contentos con el viaje.

fue una linda experiencia a pesar que están haciendo una carretera de 4 carriles cerca de la propiedad logramos entrar y salir en vehículo 4x2 en un futuro cercano el el acceso será inmejorable, la vista es espectacular 🤩🤩🤩10 de 10

Un gran espacio, Lenner y Mayling fueron muy atentos con los mensajes y eso se agradece muchísimo. Para estancias largas se aprovecha muchísimo, hay de todo. La TV tiene acceso a internet, por lo cual se puede utilizar cualquier servicio de streaming. La llegada es muy sencilla, en cualquier apps de mapas aparece y quien se encarga de la caseta de seguridad es muy amable. Sin duda un espacio al que volvería.

Ubicación céntrica, lugar seguro y fresco, apartamento muy limpio, grande y con todas las facilidades.

If you are looking for a private oceanfront accommodation, I recommend this place. It is quiet, spacious, and has a comfortable atmosphere. The ocean is within walking distance, and you can use the resort's facilities, such as restaurants! If you are looking for the most beautiful beach in Nicaragua, I recommend this place.

Great house for large family or groups. Nice ocean view ( not of playa Redonda) but other bay next door. I love the restaurant in Aqua Resort its a huge plus!! Make sure generator is working because of random power outages !!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning beach property in Masachapa/Montelimar. The home is beautifully decorated with elegant coastal touches throughout. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for restful nights after long days of sun by the pool and the beach. The highlight was definitely the fantastic pool area, where our family spent countless hours swimming and relaxing. The layout was perfect for our group, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. We created wonderful memories here and would absolutely book this gem again. A perfect 5-star experience!

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended, great location. Strong AC, Cable TV, and hot water. The building has a generator if the power goes out. Cheap laundry service available too.

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

Amazing location right on the sand. Communication was crystal clear. The hosts were very accommodating . I felt extremely safe. Hacienda Iguana is a lovely community and I can't wait to return! Thank you NSR!
