We stayed in the Melyn cottage, it was so lovely and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring different parts of Cornwall. Sue was a fantastic host and explained everything before we arrived, we were even greeted by a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely surprise! We all loved it and would definitely stay again! :)

Delightful, private location as listed. Met our needs with a hot tub and plenty of space for our party of 5 for a weekend catch up. Hope to return again and try out their pool :)

Just back from a mini break at Shell Cottage. So often you stay at places that are furnished with odds and ends but Shell Cottage was beautiful. Lovely furniture, accessories, bedding and everything you could need for a break. It also has Netflix for dark winter evenings. The parking is in front of the property. It’s a beautiful location, very quiet with just the sound of the owl hooting. It’s a great spot for visiting Falmouth and the surrounding area. Shelley was great to deal with, really prompt in her responses and allowed us to check in and out with flexibility. We will definitely be staying at Shell Cottage again! Many thanks.

We have stayed in Cornwall quite a few times and we always enjoy coming back. The house lovely and spacious ! It was very clean and tidy, there was more than enough kitchen utensils to facilitate more than 8 people, and the dishwasher was helpful along with the complimentary cleaning items. There was 7 of us staying in the house with some doggies and we never felt like we didn’t have our own space…. The dogs loved it too. It’s a walkable distance to Newquay town and Fistral beach. Lusty glaze beach is about 10 minutes walk and this has a beautiful beach restaurant /cafe which is beautiful and dog friendly all year round. Staying here is a good base to explore different areas of Cornwall. Only thing that would be good would be a few lights around the hot tub area. We certainly will be returning. The house was amazing,ample space for 2 families getting together-never seen such a massive tv in our lives so watching a film was like being in a cinema! Kitchen fully equipped and lots of kitchen towels provided which we had forgotten to bring! Bathrooms and toilets were spotless and lots of loo roll provided too (a bug bear of mine when you only have 1 for your entire stay so have to make a mad dash to a shop as your first outing)! Location wise it was perfect,sea views,plenty of parking,short walk to the train station 3 mins away from st Ives,games provided (tho we are in to monopoly at the Mo and brought our own for some epic games nights)! Tesco a short drive away too which was handy if needed! All in all a fantastic stay-both hosts were super responsive too and should we have had any issues im sure would have been able to help quickly!

We booked a 1 night stay as we are locals for a 16th birthday celebration which happened to be during the latest storm! I was offered to rearrange for another weekend which was lovely, we didn’t and we had the best time! The tent survived the storm, the hot tub was piping and the fire was cosy. Lovely extra touches of hot water bottles which came in handy! Beautiful peaceful surrounding despite the howling wind! Will recommend and be back. Thank you

Liz's place was exactly as described. spotless and spacious. Waking up viewing the Atlantic ocean brought peace and serenity. The property was perfect for the 8 of us. With two reception rooms some could enjoy the view while others could have some quiet space. The bedrooms were huge and well laid out with lovely king size beds. Hot overlooking the ocean was great. Liz was the perfect host and always on hand if needed. All amenities were available including travel coat and high chair etc. Would stay there again in a heart beat and have indeed booked it again for this summer. 5*

What a fantastic long weekend. Karen's place is lovely, the place had everything you needed for your stay, was clean & tidy. The location was fantastic easy access to many different locations to many beaches and lovely walks. Karen was fantastic host, very responsive, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, along with her resident animals it was perfect! Highly recommend and will be returning!

Amazing place to stay for one night. Will be back for sure. Even provided food for breakfast which was gratefully received as we had to rush off quite early.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds and piping hot water. All the kitchen facilities that we needed, except for dishwasher, but coped with a little elbow grease for 3 days! Would happily stay here again.

Robyn's place was warm, cosy and comfortable. She made us feel at home and had lit the wood burner for our arrival. Lovely cottage in the heart of Porthleven. Luckily we managed to park for free the entire stay , thanks to Robyns instructions. Excellent.

Had a lovely stay, the accommodation was everything we expected. Very good location which made exploring Falmouth and surrounding areas very easy. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back

Emily's place is in a very quiet location with parking available straight outside. Very pleased with the layout of the cottage. Downstairs is a spacious kitchen with everything we needed and a bathroom which has a lovely hot shower and heated towel rail. Upstairs is the bedroom as well as a separate lounge/dining area which is excellent. Small fenced in patio area at front of cottage made the stay safe for our little dog. Local spar shop, off licence, charity shop and pub within easy walking distance. Will certainly return again.

As a family of 8 & 3 generations celebrating Christmas & a special birthday, the farmhouse was simply magical. Will & Danni went above all our expectations with Christmas trees & selection boxes for the kids. The farm looked so beautiful with all the fairy lights & we found everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner for 12! Thank you so much for a simply amazing stay which allowed us to celebrate our first Christmas in six years as a family. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough & hope to be back in the future. A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

We have just arrived home after a fantastic stay. The lodge was beautiful with everything that we needed. There is lots to do locally as well as in the resort. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for another stay in Easter. Thank you once again.

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there and it’s really close to the town centre and all of the beaches. This is the second time we have stayed and we will hopefully return in 2023.

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten and Bens flat. Loved the view and the beach themed decor. Had everything we needed, spacious and perfect location. The hosts are absolutely lovely and very responsive. Really recommend this place and will be coming back!

As a family of three the apartment was ideal for us. The apartment was spacious, included the essentials, plus the view overlooking Newquay and the surrounding area was stunning! Added bonus to have parking included as we rarely used the car due to the location of the apartment making it easier for us to walk more. The gym and pool looked fantastic but on this occasion we didn’t have the time to use them. I’d highly recommend the apartment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at John and Karen’s house! The house was very spacious, with two large bedrooms and a large living / dining space plus kitchen which had absolutely everything you could need for cooking. And the outdoor areas were lovely, green and relaxing. I cannot recommend this place more. They also give very good directions, so even though the house doesn’t have a number we were able to find it in the dark when we arrived. You’re less than 10 minutes driving from supermarkets like Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s. And to shop local we went to the lovely stores in Newlyn, a town 5min away. Mousehole overall is a lovely little village and we loved the restaurants the owners recommend. It’s also quite easy to get around by car to visit the area. All in all a wonderful stay, would 100% come back if we’re ever in Cornwall again. Thank you for a lovely and memorable holiday!
