We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Lovely house, spacious, airy and cozy at the same time. Clean, Warm and well equipped property. Kitchen well equipped, lovely welcome gift from the local bakery, and milk, butter and eggs in the fridge. Huge garden, with beautiful sea view, private patio with table and outside seats. Picnic bench and chairs with sea view. Will definitely be returning, thank you for thinking of everything X

This was an ideal home base for a family trip to St Ives and the surrounding area. The house was well equipped for young children and dogs. It's a 5 minute walk to the train which takes you to the beach or the centre of St Ives. Overall ideal for a situation where you want space for children and dogs to roam wild while you get ready in the morning and again to unwind at the end of the day with convient access to numerous beaches and other sites in the area.

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Lovely property in a quiet area, conveniently situated for the shops and town. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Sunny conservatory was ideal for breakfast. Gill was very friendly and gave me plenty of info about check in, heating etc

We enjoyed a lovely few days in St Mawes. The house was very comfortable, clean and lived up to expectations. It was lovely and quiet and the views were wonderful. 2 minutes walk to everything St Mawes has to offer. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and return.

We really loved our stay at Treetops. Such a peaceful location with beautiful views over Mounts Bay and beyond. The cream tea and being able to look out over Tom and Gail's lush, almost tropical garden were a real bonus! Although we used the car very little during our 4 night stay, being able to leave it outside made everything very easy. And if you don't mind walking back up a steep hill at the end of each day, there are sooo many things you can do in this area by walking and/or using the local bus service. Tom was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Allowed us to be as independent as we wanted to be, but also available to offer advice when we needed it. The apartment was cosy as well as spacious, with everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen/sitting room and a super comfy bed. Thank you so much Tom and Gail for a fab holiday. We would definitely love to return someday soon :)

An excellent place to stay in Mousehole, highly recommended. Lis was extremely helpful and friendly, the flat was very comfortable and clean, and the views spectacular. Looking forward to returning!

We stayed at Vanessa’s to walk the St. Michael’s Way from Lelant to Marazion. The property was perfect for our needs, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen/living area was perfect for an evening cuppa and very well equipped. It was peaceful and had great views. St. Ives is a fabulous place, with amazing beaches (great for cold water swimming in Feb!). We loved the Thai restaurant (recommended by Vanessa - thank you!) and The Sloop Inn (c1312) was a lovely ‘real’ pub with a great atmosphere. The view is just incredible. Made us feel very relaxed. There is everything in the studio for your comfort. The bathroom and kitchen were immaculate. The balcony is such a massive bonus. Even though the weather was very variable we never got fed up the view. There are plenty of places to eat close by. The Indian restaurant next door was really good. Lots of takeaways and the Great western a few doors down offer a basic menu including breakfast. The beaches are gorgeous. So glad we found this little gem of a place to stay. I had a very cosy, comfortable, restful stay on a stormy, winter weekend in St Ives! Barbara's place was a welcome retreat indeed - especially as it's up the hill away from the main hustle and bustle, in a courtyard set back from the road.

We had a lovely time. The flat is spacious, very well equipped and two good sized bedrooms. Easy access to the coastal path, train station and the beach. And of course, the views... just stunning.

I really enjoyed staying at Jacob's studio. It was as pristine as the listing showed and was in a great, walkable location to the beach, town, and station I would really recommend staying there not only for the listing itself but Jacob's great recommendations and responsiveness

A great apartment/maisonette in a good location - near enough to town but away from the busy centre. Inside is even better than in the photos! Very peaceful with a sea view. Clean and had everything we needed - good hot shower. Very easy check in and private parking which was great. A lovely bakery and fish and chips within a few hundred yards. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! 🌟 **Location:** The apartment is perfectly situated in a great location. **Cleanliness:** Immaculately clean and well-maintained, it felt like staying in a brand new place. **Amenities:** The smart TV was a wonderful addition, allowing us to log into our Netflix account and relax with our favorite shows. The strong WiFi was also a huge plus—super reliable and fast. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!
