Our family has stayed at Toby's place multiple times over the years..... never disappoints, and overall good value.

Sherri was quick to respond whenever we had a question and her recommendations for activities and stores were perfect. We loved the condo; very clean and comfortable. Also enjoyed being right by a nice beach and pool with restaurants we could go to for breakfast and dinner. It made it feel like a resort. Great location close to the ferry to go to St. John. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was clean and matched the pictures. The area is pretty quiet, beach is walkable and groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Allison and Yaneira were responsive to any questions I had! Will definitely rent from them again and recommend to anyone traveling to Rincon.

Very Comfortable! Six of us mature travelers stayed in this 3 bedroom unit and all loved the comfy beds, pillows and room to spread out. This condo was very well equipped with everything we could need from a well stocked kitchen to ample beach amenities. This is my 6th Airbnb experience in PR and this unit has the best water pressure as well as hot water, updated kitchen and baths and washer and dryer!!. We loved being able to open the sliders bringing the outdoors in. My favorite place for breakfast was Simple food only a 5 min walk, great food and mimosas. Security and gated property made us all feel super safe. Frank was very accessible and helpful. We loved being able to walk the beach to the left with a really cool nature pathway that leads to the beach in town with coves to enjoy the ocean views. Walking to the right on the beach was super private as there is nothing built on that side leaving pure ocean and nature to enjoy. Highly recommend this unit.

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

The condo and location are lovely - the balcony has a heavenly view of the ocean and palm trees. The kitchen is well-appointed, and everything seemed to be in great shape. We saw little of any other guests, but all were friendly and helpful. Deborah was quickly responsive to the few questions we had. Would definitely consider this for a repeat rental.

Great place to stay! The grounds were beautiful, pool was great, great beach access and great views of the sea. Everything was supplied and then some. Earl went above and beyond with supplying everything we needed. We honestly wouldn’t have to bring anything but our clothes. Check-in/out instructions and local information provided was easy to follow and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

The condo was beautiful and had amazing views, as expected. Secure and private gated community—everything was easy! We enjoyed the private beach club, giant pool, and killer bar/restaurant. W/D was nice to have, along with all of the top-notch amenities. Great central location and close to everything. Chris was very proactive, responsive, and provided excellent recommendations. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. We had the pleasure of spending time with Paul, Nacho, and Mynx upon checking in which made our visit feel even more special. Paul's space is immaculate and incredibly thoughtful - from the beautiful plants to the lighting to the eco-conscious products, we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing stay before an early flight. We would absolutely stay again!

Great Place. Casa Del Sol is a safe, secure, clean, with excellent pool and private complex right off the beach. Nestled in a true Costa Rican quiet community. The Hosts were quick to respond to everything and they had all the beach gear with a wagon to haul it to the beach. Howler Monkeys visiting behind the complex was a treat.

This condo is just as described. Steps from one of the pools. We also explored the walking paths that wander around the complex this visit, which we didn't last time. As a family with two young kids, we love this location because it isn't right in town, but it's still an easy drive to everything you need.

Our family of 3 loved this condo. It was so clean and well equipped for our 5 day stay. Great location with a beautiful park across the street, cafes and restaurants. Very quiet building. We will definitely return. Thanks again!

Hallo Edmonde und Philippe, vielen Dank das wir ihr wunderchönes Appartement nutzen durften. Das Apartment enthält alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Blick auf den Petit Anse zum Sonnenuntergang ist traumhaft. Der private Parkplätze für den notwendigen Mietwagen ist perfekt. Die Lage am Hang ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Moskitos waren zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes kein Problem. Der Internet Zugang ist sehr schnell, streamen und Videotelefonie sind kein Problem, auch Arbeiten sollte deshalb problemlos möglich sein. Nous avons adoré le logement ! Tout est très bien pensé pour y passer un bon séjour. Il est grand, les lits sont confortables et la terrasse avec la vue sur la piscine est superbe (attention aux noix de coco), on peut y observer les oiseaux et les iguanes ! Il est également très bien situé pour profiter de Cancun et des alentours (voiture obligatoire mais deux places de parking). Les personnes assurant la sécurité sont très gentilles et Margot est très prévenante, elle a beaucoup facilité notre arrivée et à toujours été présente en cas de besoin. Merci beaucoup Margot de nous avoir confié votre logement, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

This stay was great! The place looked like the pictures and it was clean. It's a prime location and everything was so walkable! Building staff were also friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Me encantó el lugar, nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La atención fue increíble, el ambiente acogedor y cada detalle bien cuidado. Definitivamente un lugar al que quiero volver.

El apartamento es fiel a las fotos. Espacios amplios y bien decorados. Lo mejor es poder disfrutar de tu propia piscina. Las respuestas de Raúl el propietario y de Jorge el administrador son inmediatas. Todo funcionó a la perfección. Aíres acondicionados, estufa , refrigerador etc Sin duda quiero regresar.

Muy bien todo, el apartamento es comodo, limpio, las amenidades buenas, el parqueo y las personas de mantenimiento excelentes.

We booked almost 6 months ahead of time for our first time vacation to Puerto Rico. The place was absolutely exact to what was described and in the photos. I never give five star reviews. but I feel that this small place met all of our needs 100%

3 words to describe Lily's place - cozy, quaint and convenient. Lily was a wonderful host, and provided excellent communication via What's * App - a benefit for travelers without lots of cellular data. And the location is right on 5th Avenue in Playa - with lots of restaurants within 2 blocks, and honestly, not too crazy & loud music The 2 bedrooms are excellent for two couples, the decor is warm and welcoming, and the patio is a great place to sit and watch the action of 5th Avenue. We will DEFINITELY stay here again when we're in Playa. 👍
