Our stay was wonderful, particularly regarding the location. It’s a well known rental and the view is spectacular. Great location if you rent a boat to go off venturing the cay’s.

A quiet paradise over the water. The only sounds were birds and waves, and the occasional boat passing by. Connect to the ocean and nature day and night by watching birds and fish and bats right from your dinner table. If you're looking for some peace and quiet - this is the place for you!

Nice little rustic cabins on the water. Read the description as it's in a local area and as such, it's a little rough around the edges. The neighbours were all very friendly and we always felt safe during our stay. The cabins themselves were very clean and well maintained. Most importantly, you get to meet Bella. She's the friendliest lil pup you'll ever meet. Would we return? YES.

We had such a lovely time staying at Ingrid’s house. The bungalow on the water was really cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid was a wonderful host. We snorkeled every day and went to town a couple of times for lunch and to purchase some groceries. We cooked every day so stock up on supplies. There are staples in the cabin like basic spices and oil. Such a peaceful and picturesque spot. We hope to be back soon.

We were 3 adults and we were all so excited with the house. So warm and beautiful with a very friendly host!clean and very lovely. It was a bit far from the town (25min walk) so we had the privacy we needed.Totally recommend it for an affordable option on such a fancy place!!

Exemplary hosts in every way. This place is beautiful and has everything you’d need. Right on the water front for excellent relaxation while also a short stroll into town - just perfect. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night and plan to go back again soon. Highly recommend :)

Incredible location, we loved snorkeling right under the house. We did get lots of bug bites at sunset so definitely pack bug spray The twin bedroom is much cooler and breezier than the other bedroom, but all beds were comfortable. Very helpful to have boat taxi service every day into town (it’s a hot walk from the dock to the restaurant area but totally worth it and fun to walk thru the local neighborhood). Great restaurants available in the town!

Wir hatten die beste Zeit in Casa Encanto. Das Haus mit dem direkten Zugang zur Lagune war einfach nur perfekt. Alles war super sauber und wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende willkommen gefühlt. Lupita, Alfredo (und natürlich Bilbo 😉) haben dafür gesorgt, dass unser Aufenthalt perfekt war. Und das leckere Frühstück hat für einen wunderbaren Start in den Tag gesorgt. Wir können Casa Encanto uneingeschränkt empfehlen, vor allem auch wegen Lupita und Alfredo.

John and Naomi were so welcoming they felt like old friends! They gave us great local recommendations and the location was perfect!! The unit was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We can hardly wait to come back!

Overall, a great one of a kind experience. It’s not exactly luxury but where else can you rock yourself to sleep on a nice comfortable queen bed on the Lagoon of 7 Colors? Sebastian was very proactive and was available at all times. Mariana, his assistant, was very sweet and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. The boat does need a few upgrades (a new shower head is a must) but overall it was well appointed and very comfortable. The A/C was appreciated, as was the overhead bed fan. And the ability to get up out of bed, open the door and jump into a gorgeous lake was a godsend for my bedhead.

Las cabañas estaban a 1 minuto en lancha de Isla Colon (Isla principal de Bocas) ellos muy amables cada vez que ocupabamos lancha la llamaban de inmediato, nuestras solicitudes las solucionaron en el momento y en general La dueña y su hijo excelentes personas. El plus que tiene es la piscina y su propio bar. Iríamos de nuevo

Wow....what an amazing place! First off, Katie, the host is incredibly nice :) And the house is amazing! We had such a blast. Beautiful sunsets, loads of fish everywhere (and a giant turtle came to say hi) - easily one of our favorite AirBnBs. We love Golfito and this will be our new hangout. 5 stars all the way! Thanks so much for this memorable experience! 

The place is beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Marigot bay the whole time. There’s not a lot of great food options, all with the same, fairly limited menu. The local food is the best option - jerk chicken, stews, etc, but even those are not as good as the rest of the island. This place is only accessible by boat - you need what’s app to get on and off the cabin to get food. The beach is walking distance and there’s some food and beverages served when you get chairs during the day. The hike along the property (Billy goat trail) is stunning. It’s really very very beautiful, but it’s not a great place to see the island. Also being a sound machine - sound travels across the water and it can be fairly loud.

Loved staying at this place! Would come back again. In fact, just booked for two more days at the other cabin on the water because the experience was so peaceful and beautiful! Thank you to the entire team!

Una joya de alojamiento. Está super cerca de playa forum y playa caracol (menos de 5 minutos caminando), a unos metros del chedraui, y de la zona de bares. Y aún así, es un lugar muy privado y alejado del ruido y caos de Cancún. Tiene una vista espectacular de la laguna, cenar en su terraza fue algo mágico, y más aún, poder ver caimanes tan cerca! Lo único que le faltó fue una estufa o parrilla (a mi punto de vista necesario), pero fuera de eso, es un lugar hermoso. Sin duda volveré algún día! 😍😍

Where to begin! Shelley and Dave were very friendly, easy to reach and it was a very memorable moment at their floating house. We took a tour with them on their boat. They showed us many places (nice birds, beach, snorkeling, even dolphins!), it was really worth the additional charges! We could see a sloth and monkeys right near their house, do kayak and snorkeling around the floating house, look at the stars and ear the forest wake up in the morning from the bed (which were really comfortable). What a wonderful moment we had there. We would recommend 100%!

The entire place was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of space to accommodate all 5 of us. Our hosts, Naomi and Jason are wonderful and extremely responsive to anything we asked. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful and smooth. We would totally recommend it and would stay here again.💙
