Lovely home, very close to the main strip in Esperanza. You can easily walk to the restaurants and meeting areas for a variety of excursions. Off-street, gated parking and a quiet neighborhood with a backyard. Great setup for kids with bunk beds, toys, pack n play, and beach gear. Kitchen is functionally stocked and we had 1-2 meals there daily. Highly recommend, would return.

Pamela and her family were super welcoming to us. We really appreciated the ride to the airport and letting us have a safe space to spend the night before heading to the airport for a group of girls, thank you!

It's my second time staying at Nordia's Comfort Cottage it was a good stay.

alle voorzieningen waren perfect en het huis was schoon, de gastvrouw Jacqueline reageerde altijd vriendelijk en adequaat op onze vragen/verzoeken, het huis ligt zeer gunstig voor allerlei uitstapjes en het zwembadje was heerlijk en goed schoon gehouden. kortom, wij hebben volop kunnen genieten!

Our family enjoyed our time at Damaris’s place. She was quick to respond and everything was easily accessible. We had to call maintenance for the front door and she immediately responded and got the door knob replaced with friendly maintenance staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Primera vez que me quedé en este lugar y lo volvería a elegir el sitio tranquilo y cerca de playas y de otros pueblos turísticos. Lo recomiendo para tener un buen lugar donde pasar un fin de semana tranquilo y a la vez divertido.

Un buen lugar para conocer Cancún, el condominio es muy lindo, buena ubicación, el dpto limpio, ofrece todo lo que indica en la descripción, Antonio y Teresa son muy amables, te ayudan con todas las dudas, solo para tener en cuenta queda en el tercer piso y no hay ascensor por si va un adulto mayor o presentan alguna condición, el baño de la habitación es chico pero el principal es muy cómodo, volvería a alquilarlo sin duda alguna

This place is amazing! A few minutes from the beach and a lot of restaurants around. It is also a 10 minute cab ride to the walled city and you will a lot to do.

The apartment was so comfortable! Even though our trip was during a really hot and humid part of the year, the a/c cooled the place down quickly. We were able to access several spots with ease. They also had a lot of helpful resources that we didn’t think to bring! Like aloe, handheld fans, makeup remover, and a hairdryer. They even had a book of local recommendations. We were so grateful to be able to have everything we needed, even if we didn’t think to bring it ourselves! It was a little difficult to figure out how to get into the building at first, but we realized we had accidentally missed the check in instructions that Juan and Nilda had sent to us! Once we read those, everything was COMPLETELY clear. Make sure to give those a read *before* you get there. Other than that, it was a smooth trip! Fantastic food within walking distance, easy access to Old San Juan, and a really comfortable place to stay!

Great place to stay on the south side of the island. It’s a bit father to the main spots, but a quick 10 min bike ride (with provided bikes) gets you anywhere you want to go. The property is quiet and the greenery makes it even more peaceful. The pool is great way to cool off. The apartment has all the essentials. We had a few issues/questions during our stay, but the host was very responsive and the on-site groundskeeper was quick to help with anything we needed. Would stay here again!

Shanah communicated with me often - before I arrived and during my stay. Her welcome was very warm and friendly. Shanah went above & beyond on my first night, driving me on a mini tour of the area, and to the supermarket. So appreciated! Her apartment is spacious, clean, and welll equipped. The only minor challenges were unstable internet requiring me to often switch off and restart, a toilet that wouldn't flush - on my final day, and mosquitoes/ sand flies - as there are no screens on the patio doors. All fixable. The gardens were lush, the view was interesting, and the location was walkable (25 mins to Rodney Bay Village and Reduit beach.) Well equipped for long stays as well.

Our stay at Irma and Danella’s Airbnb in Mexico was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable experience . The property itself was absolutely immaculate — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that elevated our stay. The serene and stylish decor provided the perfect retreat after days spent exploring. The location was fantastic, offering convenient access to all the attractions we wanted to visit, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing environment to unwind. Staying at Irma and Danella’s place truly enhanced our time in Mexico, making an already great trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for more gracious hosts or a more wonderful place to stay. This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Beach very much! The condo is right on the beach and steps from the water! Proximity to the Marina is a plus! We took the Sunset cruise one night. We also took a sailboat ride with Deb and Rob who run the Cosmos sailing adventures. Sea Salt restaurant provides fine dining while breakfast food, pizzas and burgers are available within the resort. Daryl and Deb are Super Hosts in the true sense of the word! We recommend H2Oh What a Beach.

El lugar es súper cómodo. Se notaba la limpieza desde el momento que entrabas y sentías el aroma. Todo estaba ordenado. La cocina estaba completamente abastecida. La ubicación es súper conveniente. ¡Recomiendo esta estancia!

other than it was hard to find everything else was just Priceless speechless helpful from the hostess given us directions to the house because we got lost my husband is from Jamaica but he haven't been there for a while so we had got lost a little bit but our host called us back and directed us right to the door the place was priceless beautiful so beautiful I will stay again

Didnt disappoint. Sometimes you are unsure about what you are walking into, but the descriptions n quality were spot on. Feels like your are right at home and vacation all in one. Nice to have so many extras available when going to the beach, from chairs to umbrella to coolers n towels. Thanx again, my family will definitely use your home again
