We loved our stay at Queens Tower. The house was perfect and we made great use of the wonderful outdoor bar, pool and dining area. The beach was a short walk down a pretty street. The sunsets were unreal. The host was fantastic as was Debrae the housekeeper. We will certainly be back!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

What an amazing spot! We had 4 couples staying for a wedding at the nearby Hotel El Convento. The location truly could not have been better. We were walkable to everything we wanted to do in Viejo San Juan and near many shops and restaurants. The street itself is charming and quieter than many other streets in the area. This home worked perfectly for the 8 of us but may not be as comfortable for large groups without couples or with folks uncomfortable sharing smaller rooms. The rooms all had AC units, but the central living area did not (it was never uncomfortably hot). Note that only 1 of the bedrooms has a window with natural light. As another reviewer pointed out, both bathrooms can only be accessed via bedrooms, but there are privacy curtains so we did not find this to be an issue. The downstairs shower fixture broke during our stay and the hosts were very responsive in helping to get someone to come fix it!

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Les lieux sont dans un bon état en général. Les rideaux de certaines chambres laissaient passer beaucoup trop de lumière mais notre hôte a été très réceptif et a installer de nouveau rideaux des que nous lui en avons fait mention. Certains éléments vue sur les photos étaient par contre manquant comme la table de ping pong ou la table de air hockey ainsi que la machine à eau. Par contre ils ont acheté une nouvelle machine à eau rapidement et sont venus l’installer. Notre hôte était très gentil et réceptif.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was gorgeous, the staff made delicious home cooked meals every day, and continuously cleaned up after us! Patricia and Yessi checked in and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. This was such a special stay and experience and I would highly recommend it! Thank you Patricia for making the experience incredible!

Das Haus liegt in La valeta, also ca 15 min mit dem auto vom Strand entfernt. taxis sind immer um die Ecke leicht zu bekommen. Um die Ecke des Hauses ist eine strasse mit Cafés und Restaurants, so dass man auch in der Umgebung essen gehen kann, wenn man nicht zum Strand möchte. Das Haus selber ist schön und gut von der Aufteilung, wir haben 3 Schlafzimmer benötigt. Ein paar mehr liegen am Pool wären gut gewesen. Die Küche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles da und wir haben nicht gekocht, so dass das für uns ausreichend war. Ana selber ubd ebenso der Hausmeister waren super hilfsbereit und schnell in der Kommunikation.

I had an amazing stay! The location is perfect and the apartment is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

I visited San Juan for a spring break trip with three other girls! We loved Adrienne's place due to the proximity to restaurants, the beach, nightlife, and the grocery store! The area was also very safe. The apartment was clean and spacious, and Adrienne quickly resolved any minor issues we had! One thing I would note is that the apartment is located on the second floor via a narrow staircase, so if you have heavy luggage, it may be difficult to get it up and down.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! Everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this home. The host went above and beyond our expectations. The welcome basket along with drinks and all the needed staples were wonderful after a long day of travel with no time for groceries. The home was perfectly located within 2 minute golf card ride to the beach club, 10 minutes to the marina and in close proximity to world class golf and horse back riding. The staff was spectacular. Dominga and Fannie were wonderful and made the best breakfast and kept the house immaculate. Julio the groundskeeper did a great job. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful balcony and pools, well equipped kitchen. We were spoiled and it will be hard to stay anywhere else.

The place was just as described, well equiped. The hosts were more than responsive, they volunteered to drive us to the stores to get started. Any minor issue and they were on it, and there were only minor issues not worth mentioning. We in turn broke a glass and they haven't mentioned anything (hi, sorry). As scheduled, cleaners came after a few days, pool guy and gardener too. Pool was nice but too small to do laps, good to practice turns. Our issues were a barking dog who enjoyed the night too much, but that happens everywhere. Other was the neighbour's water system broke and we were treated to jack hammers, just our bad luck and nothing to do with the hosts, we visited the friendly workers most days to see their progress and chat.

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

I highly recommend Naga! It is a unique and magical spot, with lovely hosts and staff. the breakfast was fantastic, the room comfortable, and unexpected touches like sitting around a fire in the evening, really made our stay special and memorable!

This place was amazing! I first just want to thank Oscar. He was amazing and so helpful with everything that we needed. Stephanie was always available if we ever needed to reach out to her and was just so warm and friendly. The house was magnificent and it was perfectly located, not too far from everything that we planned to enjoy. There was even an amazing restaurant right at the foot of the hill! This house offered cleaning services. They even offered a cooking service. The views were breathtaking from every angle! I would rent this place over and over if I could. Thank you again Stephanie for absolutely EVERYTHING and thank you again Oscar you were pure perfection of kindness.

The house has a unique decoration, a beautiful art. The neighborhood is peaceful surrounded by nature. Miguel was very helpful and shared a lot of things to do in the town.

Naga is a little slice of tropical heaven. Ever since I left I've been missing falling asleep to the sound of the wind in the palm fronds, and the ocean waves in the distance. The private cenotes are so special. I spent hours on the deck of the large cenote reading, swimming and meditating all by myself. Do know that this is at the very end of the road before Si'an Kaan so if you dont have a car you'll need to rent a bike to explore restaurants and shops further north. But there are lots of great places in walking distance (I recommend WILD). I would come back to Tulum just for the peace and tranquility of this property.
