Renta de casas vacacionales en la playa en Caribe

Totalmente recomendado. Es un sitio hermoso, con parqueo seguro, acceso a la playa, una piscina disponible. Pero una de las cosas de mayor valor fue la amabilidad y atención de Ma. Teresa. Ella claramente entiendo que la atención al usuario (en este caso a los huépedes) es la razón de ser en el rubro de hospedaje en general.

Our stay was wonderful!! House was perfect and had everything needed for a stay at the beach!! Walkable to lots of restaurants, shops and things to do. Short drive to even more. Host was very friendly and very responsive! Would book a stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a good beach rental!!!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s place — the house was spacious and clean and matched the pictures, but the best thing about this place is that it’s only a 2 minute walk from a beautiful, fairly quiet beach. We also really enjoyed the patio space of this airbnb, and used the space and the outdoor grill to have a cookout one of the nights we stayed here. Ricardo is very friendly, responsive, and quick to help out whenever we had any questions or needed something at the house. We all had a great time here and would definitely stay here again!

ARBNB bien situé dans une ruelle de Brasilito. La terrasse était impeccable avec beaucoup de commodités. La piscine privé était un atout pour tous. Proche des restaurants, le Déli Café et la plage. Il ya juste une bémol c’est qu’il y a un coq qui chante le matin de bonheur. Merci Murielle !

This was our 3rd time staying at this home. Location and property are outstanding! Rick is very attentive and responds to questions very quickly. Wonderful restaurants within a couple miles of the home. Everything is clean and very user friendly. Love the fact that it's not in a touristy area as we have done all that before. If you're looking for a place to relax and just enjoy vacation without the hustle and bustle, this is the place! We love it so much, our 4th week is already booked. Cannot recommend better! The beach is not a great swimming beach but that doesn't bother us. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to stay

We had a great week long stay here. Quick taxi ride from the airport meant we were swimming shortly after landing. The private and direct access to Ocean Park beach was very convenient to come and go with kids. Soft sands, clear water, and fun waves. Even when we weren’t on the beach we felt like we were with ocean views from every room. The property was spacious and comfortable for the whole family. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance in both Ocean Park and Condado. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

LOCATION! You will not find a better value than this home. It’s in a safe gated neighborhood with all the amenities. Great for walking, SO close to the beach and a pristine pool within the community - one block from the house. The covered patio is amazing on a rainy morning with coffee or on a sunny day for cooling in the shade with outdoor fans. Mom, sis and I felt right at home and rented a car to explore the rest of the island for 4 days.

Fui con mi familia a celebrar el 4 de julio todo fue muy bien ,la casa super buena con todo lo que puedas necesitar desde toallas de playa a todo en cocina y la senora muy amable y atenta a nosotros .La limpieza estaba perfecta todo muy limpio es exactamente como vez en las descripciones de la casa se las recomiendo para unas vacaciones familiares gracias Sarah

We had a couple of issues arise while we were there and those were solved so quickly! Laura and Paul are extremely attentive.

We booked with Aly last minute after our original Air bnb cancelled on our group last minute. We lucked out with finding this incredible place for our long weekend girl’s getaway. Aly was easy to communicate with, check in was seamless and the house was exactly as described. We also appreciated the beach supplies and quick and easy drive to Deerfield Beach. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great house. Back yard and pool are amazing. Our kids loved the hot tub, heated pool, ping pong table , and corn toss. Lots of place to lie down and sit. Comfy beds, lots of room in kitchen , nice appliances etc. Great house for a family vacation with kids - top notch foosball game in living room - kids couldn't get enough of it.

We were 2 couples with 2 small children. Place was perfect. Bedrooms on separate ends was perfect. Pool & hot tub were a huge plus for both adults & children. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Paul’s home was perfect for our family’s stay! My daughter loved the pool! She jumped right in upon arrival! The house was clean and orderly and very comfortable! Easy to find and a short drive to the lovely Marco Island beach! Very lovely for a nice disconnect from the everyday routine!

This was a great place to stay with the fenced in yard with pool and hot tub being worth the money alone! It is in a great location from the beach and local restaurants. Kathleen was very friendly and responded to messages in a prompt manner! Place was clean and dog friendly! We will be coming back for sure!

My family enjoyed 11 nights at John’s place. The house was more spacious than expected. All amenities needed were available. We felt safe at the house and surrounding area. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it daily. There is a grocery store and 5 restaurants very close by. Tamarindo is about a 15 min walk. We did not have a car. You can rent golf carts if needed. Beaches - Playa Langosta is a very short walk 5 min and you can walk to Tamarindo beach in about 15 min. Tamarindo is busier, it was nice to stay in a quieter area. Howler monkeys were seen morning and night right on the roof of the house and trees in the yard. We also saw iguanas and variegated squirrels in the yards along with a number of birds. Cleaning service was included in the stay the lovely lady came a number of times while we were there. John was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my many questions prior and during our stay. We would stay again at John’s villa.

La casa es muy cómoda, muy espaciosa, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Tiene una linda playa, la piscina buenísima, amplio patio para las mascotas que estaban felices. En general la casa tiene muchas cosas muy buenas, algo que nos ayudó mucho, fue que uno de los días por cosas de la naturaleza habían medusas en el mar y no nos pudimos meter, pero como la casa tiene piscina estuvimos todo el día felices en la piscina, veíamos a las casas cercanas sin piscina los vecinos no podían meterse al mar y no tenían piscina, por lo que eso es un plus importante de la casa y lo otro excelente que tiene es Sugey y Alejandro, los cuidadores de la casa, no solo mantenían la casa limpia sino que se salieron de su camino para ayudarnos con mi hermana que tuvo una llanta flat a varios minutos de la casa, estuvieron siempre muy pendiente de nosotros. Fue el fin de semana de mi cumpleaños y fue perfecto! Sin duda alguna volveremos!!!

Central location with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Favorite part was the large screened-in back porch that is steps away from the beach but with vegetation that provides privacy. Loved relaxing there in the morning to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and there is a table to have meals. Appreciate having washer and dryer to keep stuff clean. Beach and turquoise waters are beautiful.

The location was fantastic, very private and perfect for families with kids. When we arrived, I was initially a bit disappointed to discover a second rental space upstairs, I must have missed that upon booking but fortunately, it remained unoccupied throughout our stay. The views were stunning, and the convenience of being within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants was a major plus. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Hoping to return soon!

Angel siempre estuvo atento y disponible para responder dudas y preguntas. Todo estaba súper limpio y organizado. La casa es hermosa. Excelente anfitrión. Nos volveríamos a quedar.

The four of us really enjoyed our stay at Chadwick's place. It had great views of the nearby ocean and sunsets from the expansive upstairs balcony which was a great place to have a drink or eat a meal. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. It was very much appreciated that there was air conditioning (although we used just the ceiling fan when sleeping since it was quieter), and a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals there. The location was well-situated between Manuel Antonio and Carara National Parks, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants on the beach. There were several dozen species of birds in the nearby trees as an added treat. The beach was very close. My only complaint was that there was a surfing contest going on right in front of the rental, which was interesting, but they started early at 6:15 a.m. on the weekend, with very loud speakers. I doubt if this happens very often though. I would highly recommend this rental. Bill

Monkey Beach is so private, you feel like you are on your own island. The cottage is beautiful inside but the view is just unreal. Everything is so comfortable—sofas, bed, sun beds. Kitchen is great with modern appliances, quartz countertops and everything you need. We loved our week and can’t wait to return! The hostess and property manager were great, communicative and helpful. Don’t read this because I want the place to myself.
