La estadía fue agradable y tranquila por el buen espacio y distribucion del inmueble, la cercanía al mar y playas tranquilas, y en especial el servicio amable, cortés y la excelente preparacion de los alimentos al gusto del usuario por parte de la señora María Teresa, a quien agradecemos mucho. El desplazamiento al centro principal de supermercados y cajeros queda un poco retirado, aunque hay transporte y se cuenta con una tienda y expendio de pescado al frente del conjunto.

My friends and I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. When we first pulled into the neighborhood we were a little uneasy as it looks a little rough in some areas but once we got settled in we walked to many different restaurants in the area and enjoyed the place a lot. Finding the place was a little tough and I wouldn’t want to do it at night. Loved having our own parking space. We appreciated the snacks left by the host and the cleanliness of the place. Beach was perfect! Things we didn’t love: - No top sheets on the bed and just one very light cover. It wasn’t very comfortable. - there is an dilapidated abandoned house right next to the air bnb. It appeared there was a squatter living in it and we saw him kind of mulling around during the day on the beach and could hear him chanting, singing, talking loudly from the house and running some type of loud tool late at night. The houses are very close to each other and there are just screens on windows so you can

Ricardo's place was great! We had 7 adults staying here, and there was plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. The mattresses were very comfortable. And everything was very clean! The house itself could use some modernizing but overall everything was great. Ubers were easy to call, and the location is super close to the San Juan airport. Ricardo was also very responsive and was also willing to let us keep our luggage on the premise after check out. I will flag that there is a washer/dryer, but it requires quarters. Also, this is Puerto Rico and so mosquitoes are everywhere - just be aware that they can get into the house if you keep the door open for too long. There is a 24-hour supermarket in the neighborhood, and the beach is right there. Great place if you plan to hang in San Juan, if you are wanting to spend more time in El Yunque, then this airbnb is far.

The host was very responsive even at 1 am when we had trouble getting in . The place was peaceful -quiet ,steps from the beach ! Very safe area , police patrolling every hour , walking path and basketball court - playground nearby for kids. Cons -lack of hot water ,stove was not the best and beds were not that comfortable. However great value for the price, being right on the beach!

Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay! The house itself was very nice (white noise might be needed because of the roosters). The easy accessibility to the beach when we wanted to go there while also having an amazing pool and covered patio to relax throughout the day was perfect for what we were looking for. We enjoyed the quiet and local feel of Brasilito Beach. The campground is right there, like others have mentioned, but it was never an issue at all. We walked to Playa Conchal (liked our beach better) and checked out Playa Flamingo for a sunset one night. Vidal lives on property and was always a friendly face. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Rick is a superior host, kind and communicative! The house was everything we could wish for. Steps to a beautiful beach, and a private pool, gorgeous views! Just perfect!

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

Sehr schönes Haus , unsere Jungs liebten den Pool , Pool beheizt mit Handy App regelbar , jacuzzi mit Sprudel war auch super , sehr nahe zum Strand , ruhige Umgebung , Laura war immer erreichbar , Duschgel , Toiletten Papier , Müllsäcke , tabs für die Spülmaschine war alles verfügbar , Räder waren auch super mal kurz zum Strand zu fahren , der Grill hat auch funktioniert , wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können das Haus empfehlen , danke für alles , vielleicht wäre noch ein größerer Sonnenschirm für den Pool eine Bereicherung , Grüße Max mit Familie

Ammey & Ammey’s place was simply awesome. A hidden gem—calm & peaceful. Clean place with a great pool in a beautiful setting, steps from the sand. We loved having coffee in the screened in porch looking at the pool and beautiful landscape. Thank you, Ammey for sharing your place with us when we needed a break from the world. Would stay there over and over!

Great place to stay for a chill weekend with family! Specially because of the downstairs area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aly’s place. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The house is comfortable and easily accommodated our three generation (five adults) family in town for a wedding. Everyone enjoyed the backyard, which had ample seating for all. Would absolutely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

We had an amazing vacation! Perfect location and great amenities. Our daughter had a blast in the pool. Sunsets were perfect. Waking up to the view of the water every morning was beautiful

Everything was great! Russell gave us suggestions on things to do around the island prior to our visit and most importantly booking an uber early for our return trip. The house has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and a cooler. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was so clean and felt just like home!

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

La casa, es tal cual las fotos. Con mucha comodidad. Lo que más disfrutamos fue el portal con los sillones. Me encantó que cada habitación tuviera su independencia, cada una con su baño. En la cocina no falta de nada, muy equipada. La playa caminando tres pasos. Había mucha tranquilidad en el barrio. Sin duda repetiremos

Robert’s place was better than the pictures! It was a perfect set up for a small group (4 adults and 2 kids). Had all the amenities of home plus a beautiful ocean to wake up to every day, kayaks, life jackets, volleyball net, etc. the island itself is still rebuilding, but it was so peaceful and the restaurant at Bahama Beach Club had great food for a night out. Also was an easy drive to the ferry over to green turtle where the kids were ecstatic to swim with the turtles. Would highly recommend!!

Our stay was amazing, the outside space was as nice as the inside. Lots of extra amenities to go to the beach, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs etc. Stocked with extras. It was a private area and neighbors were nice. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Janet recommend grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Responded quickly with our questions and very helpful. We would rent this lovely space again! THANKS!

A Home Away from Home in Paradise 💫🏝️ We recently stayed at the Jericho Beach House in Exuma, and it was an extraordinary family trip! The moment we arrived, Exuma and the Jericho house felt like home. A special thank you to Karin, who was incredibly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, boat rentals, and anything else we needed, responding almost instantly to our requests. We didn’t meet Karin, but we left feeling like we made a new friend. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. We enjoyed local fish and lobster from vendors nearby. The huge grill outside, made cooking and dinning el fresco so enjoyable. The beach, right outside the door, is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The location is perfect, being close to Georgetown and the airport. We highly recommend this gem, we will be back so

The accommodation is detached house and is a great place to stay if you are looking for a clean, private atmosphere. The facilities are top notch, they hardly show any wear. The beach (Playa Honda) is 3 mins walk. It is very calm, has black sand and beautiful palm trees surrounding. Apart from local fiahermen occassionally, it is not visited often. Enjoy the sunset of your life! Tidal waves can be very high and strong, but you can find the right time to swim there. The estuary of a clean river is nearby, offering a nice short hike (south from the house on the beach). The next beach tonthe North is Playa Junquillal is more frequented by people, and there are some facilities. Ideal vacation for a family with kids to enjoy the sea and plan a trip to other areas of Guanacaste. Mark, the host is available promptly, should there be any questions.
