The house is much better in person than in photos. Centrally located and comfortable. Everything is clean and fresh. But the best part is that Rosi and Marilyn are always attentive to everything, very helpful and attentive to any needs. Highly recommended for any family looking to spend time together.

I had a wonderful stay at Pineapple House. I stayed in Hibiscus for a week and despite travelling solo felt right at home very quickly. The cabin had everything I needed. It was extremely well maintained and so very charming with spectacular views over the harbour. Open to the elements just added to its charm. A special mention about the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in .... and don't worry the mosquito net did its job perfectly. Staff were on hand if I needed anything. They were really attentive but non intrusive. Libby is a fantastic host and even though she was away during my stay she checked in with me daily making sure i had everything I needed. Pineapple House to me was magical and made my holiday a truly authentic experience .... Ok it can be a little noisy at night but for me the location made up for it as everything you needed in nightlife and cafes was right below you .... I loved listening to yachting life going on around me. Truly amazing thanks team X

We were so grateful to finish out our time in Costa Rica at Jeff’s place! Having a host who lives on site makes a huge difference and Jeff was always ready to help with every need, offering an umbrella when it rained, lending us what we needed to prep our rental car for return, outdoor kitchen suggestions… The home is located on a gorgeous black sand beach and we had fun playing in the waves alongside the surfers. The room is quiet, simple and tidy, updated bath with a warm shower, working fridge and a/c. It was a welcome change to be able to cook some of our own meals, but there are at least 2 good restaurants and 2 small grocery stores within walking distance. We enjoyed watching wildlife in the garden from the balcony, including a pair of scarlet macaws who visited regularly. It was hard to leave and we would definitely make Jeff’s place a priority on a return trip. Pura vida!!!

You start as guest at Olga and Marcellos paradise and end feeling like family! They have worked very hard to create a totally relaxing sancturary. The staff is super friendly and accomodating, their entire menu is totally fresh and delicious, the rooms are super clean and relaxing and their beach is beautiful with both sun and shade among their trees for fair complection travelers such as us. Their property is super safe and isolated to put families minds at ease , not a care in the world!Beautiful wildlife wanders around along with their beautiful pets to create a perfect harmony..These are wonderful people and their special place will surely create beautiful spiritual memories for you and your family. We will surely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Vieques at Amapola (Eva’s place). Location worked well for us as we explored the island. Eva was great about providing tips and suggestions ahead of our trip to help us plan. Recommend!

Cannot say enough about our stay! Lovely property and hosts! The peaceful location was close to everything, but not smack in the middle so a quick walk to restaurants and the beach, though honestly the pools and onsite restaurant were just as amazing. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Luis’ Airbnb! The room is clean and comfortable and was perfect for our trip. The space is as advertised and was accurate to the photos. Luis was helpful and prompt in responses. The pool and jacuzzi were spotless and refreshing. Our only notes would be that the walls are a bit thin and because you are on the first floor it is not very private. So if you are concerned about privacy you may want to select the other room in the suite. But we would highly recommend!

To be honest, I usually don't take the time to write reviews (I'm sorry to admit), but in this case I couldn't resist. La Casona at Lejos is simply amazing. My expectations were (optimistically) high and this exceeded them in every way. The setting is idyllic, way up on a crest with a 360-degree view of Vieques, including the PR mainland in the distance. It's super quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful pool, a nice deck to have coffee or cocktail and enjoy the view with other guests, and beautifully manicured grounds that are tastefully illuminated at night. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and every small detail seemed to be accounted for. The shower even had great water pressure, something we did not find in San Juan. Despite the fact that there are maybe a dozen lodgings on the property, when you are in your room or sitting outside it, you feel as if you are at your own private get-away. We have traveled a lot, but this is one place we will never forget. Fantastic!

Everything at casa del rio was fabulous! The hotel is beautiful. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect for a family of 5. And the staff helped us coordinate everything we wanted to do while in la fortuna. I can’t wait to return

Nice place to stay if flying out to somewhere else the next day. Easy to find. Its a big house split into apartments. Beds are kind of small but it’s nice for an overnight stay.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Jose sehr genossen. Magin hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alle wichtigen Dinge erklärt. Jose war immer bei Fragen erreichbar und die Unterkunft ist wirklich super schön! Die Terasse mit dem Blick über die Stadt ist auch ein Traum!

El acceso al lugar depende mucho de seguir al pie de la letra las intrucciones del anfitrion... Una vez que se llega al lugar, puedo decir que es maravilloso ese lugar... muy tranquilo, con comodidades, si tuve un problema de energia en el sector pero al dia siguiente se supero y pude conectarme con internet... Hay mucho extranjero hospedandose... El Anfitrion es muy cordial y atento a cualquier consulta, el personal es amable. Y tiene un gimnasio de CrossFit que lo aproveche al maximo! Gracias volvere!

My stay with Salvador and his family was absolutely fantastic. The space was exactly as pictured, perfectly clean, and well maintained. Salvador was such a gracious host and guide. He helped, as a solo female traveler, navigate Havana with everything from food recommendations to guiding me with money exchange. He went above and beyond. My trip would not have been the same without him. I cannot recommend staying here enough. Bonus: the wifi connection was great and the room had cable tv.

Our first time in Havana and we couldn’t have chosen a better base! Jose’s mini hotel is a true gem, ‘hidden’ in one of the center’s typical streets. Just around the corner, but out of earshot, begins the charming bustle of restaurants and bars. Very walkable, and safe, even at night. We would like to remark here, that we have felt safer at night in Havana than we have felt in the many cities in the world that we have visited. We found the locals to be utterly charming, kind, helpful, and never pushy when trying to convince us to visit their restaurant or use their business. Our room at Jose’s was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean-clean-clean! All staff are amazing, and the three hosts, Jorge, Frank, and Sandy felt like personal friends by the time we left (we stayed five nights).Except for the typical highlights we discovered a few more, such as going to the opera at the Teatro Nacional de Cuba for the equivalent of 26 US cents. We intend to visit Havana soon again. Thanks Jose!

Adrian à été un hôte très agréable. D'excellents conseils sur les activités et bonnes adresses de La Havane. Il s'est à chaque fois rendu disponible pour nous aider : change de la monnaie, réservation des taxis collectifs, ... La chambre était très propre et agréable, et il y a tout le nécessaire dans la salle de bain (savons, ...)

Amé este lugar demasiadooooo, por eso teníamos que volver... Todo muy limpio, está muy central, muy cerca de la bahía, las personas son muy amables, el lugar es hermoso. Súper recomendado 👌 👍

Very clean apartment just few steps away from the beach. Otto was the best at organizing our programs and giving nice tips about Cuba. They even considered my affection for mangos by the breakfast and always managed to get some. Very recommended!

Increíble estancia. La comunicación fue buenísima en todo momento. Cuando nos alojamos nos atendió Mandy, que es muy muy amable. Nos ayudó con todo. Taxis, recomendaciones de lugares, el sitio de desayuno que nos recomendó estaba increíble. Nos lo pusieron todo muy fácil. Solo puedo recomendarlo. Y la vivienda es increible, una casa preciosa con unos techos altísimos, un patio precioso y un balcón en la habitación. Recomiendan llevar tapones por el ruido de la calle, nosotros llevamos y muy bien, yo dormí sin tapones. No tienen artículos de higiene, pero es que están las cosas complicadas y para nosotros no supone nada llevarlos. Nos gestionaron el servicio de taxi para recogernos en el aeropuerto. Teníamos un chofer con un coche clásico para recogernos, que es como la llegada soñada. Así que solo puedo recomendarlo. Muchas gracias!
