The host was very flexible regarding arrival time. The accommodation is similar to the description. It’s very well equipped; kitchen with everything, dryer, washing machine, shower, towels, climatisation and very good wifi. There is also a private place to park the car just in front of the door of the appartement. It’s very well located, especially by car; near the center as well as all the most beautiful beaches of the island of Sant'Antioco. The host is very responsive and did not hesitate to help us with a problem with the rental car. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. La stanza era pulitissima, ordinata e si presentava esattamente come veniva descritta. La Sig.a Giuliana è stata gentilissima consigliandoci luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. Consigliatissimo

Silvia, která se o nás starala byla velmi pozorná a ochotná. Okamžitě reagovala na veškeré dotazy a byla velmi nápomocná s radami ohledně stravování a možností výletů po okolí. Navštívili jsme Porto Paglia v květnu, tedy mimo hlavní sezonu a byli jsme nadmíru spokojeni. Celé okolí je plné kouzelných cest na procházky, rozkvetlá a provoněná příroda, krásné západy slunce a naprosto prázdné pláže. Pokud někdo hledá klidné a příjemné prostředí přímo u moře, pak v květnu je toto místo naprosto skvělé. Ubytování je výborně vybavené a čisté. Soukromé parkovací místo je příjemným bonusem. Nous sommes ravi de cette location. La clim avec les températures reccords a été plus qu'appréciable. Tout comme le garage (meme s'il faut savoir manoeuvrer en marche arrière pour y rentrer). Logement parfait pour la decouverte du sud-ouest de la Sardaigne (pour nous arc de Cagliari, à la Spiagga Cala Di Domestica en passant par San Gavino Monreal) - La ville de Carbonia offre tout ce qu'il faut, bars, restaurants, supermarchés, marché couvert quotidien en plus du marché le samedi matin, ne pas louper le musée de la mine de charbon (visite en francais sur réservation) . La "boulangerie" conseillée par Annalisa à 50 mètres de l'appartement propose une focaccia de dingue, des beignets delicieux, et de la tres bonne charcuterie. Seul bémol, il manque une essoreuse à salade... Nous pourrions revenir dans cet appartement sans aucuns soucis. Merci Annalisa.

Mrs. Maddalena and mr. Franco were very friendly and hospitable. Their grapes tasted delicious! The house was clean and well arranged. We were amazed by the La Dune beach 10 km away from the house - we rented a scooter for transport (Mrs. Maddalena took us to the rental place). Not only that - our last day was Sunday and since the bus timetables were not optimal Mrs. Maddalena got us a driver that drove us to a train station 26 km away (from where the train took us directly to the airport). Would recommend!

Host gentili e molto disponibili, casa dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Consigliato a chi vuole passare qualche giorno staccando completamente dalla propria quotidianità. Francesco e Giulia

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dai genitori di Giovanni. La proprietà è un paradiso. Tartarughe, pappagalli, galline e gatti addolcivano la nostra giornata. La casa è molto ben attrezzata e pulita. Franca e Beniamino danno buoni consigli e sono presenti ogni mattina, cosa che ci ha fatto molto piacere. La posizione è eccellente, puoi raggiungere i supermercati e l'acqua molto rapidamente. Portoscuso offre più di quanto sembri a prima vista. Nel complesso, altamente raccomandato, ci piacerebbe tornare e non vediamo l'ora di iniziare il nostro soggiorno.

We (a family of five) spent a wonderful week in Alessandro’s lovely house in Calasetta. The house is well equipped, nicely decorated, and big. Most of all we enjoyed the outside kitchen where we could prepare our meals. The communication with Alessandro worked very well, he reacted immediately. We highly recommend Alessandro’s hospitality and his house. There are some beautiful beaches in the area, but a car is needed to discover them.

Super ausgestattetes frisch renoniertes Haus in schöner Lage in einem Pinienhain und umgeben von angelegtem Garten. Voll ausgestattet.Ausstattung vollständig für bis zu 6 Personen! Es gibt einen großen gemauerten Grill und einen Holzbackofen auf dem Grundstück. in der Küche selbst ist kein Backofen vorhanden. Dafür ein großer Kühlschrank mit großem separaten Gefrierschrank. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad sind Maladroxia, Coaquaddus und Cala Sapone, Turri sowie die anderen Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Veronica für ihre zuvorkommende Art und schnelle Reaktion auf alles, was Probleme bereiten könnte. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, bis auf die lästigen Stechmücken und Bremsen. Aber man ist ja in der freien Natur. Da ist das manchmal so. Kann man sich drauf einstellen. Cordali saluti Thomas

L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso con un terrazzo vista saline spazioso e comodo. Estremamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona centrale ma tranquilla, una posizione dalla quale è possibile visitare il centro a piedi ma anche spostarsi agilmente verso le spiagge etutto il resto dell'isola sia in macchina che motorino. Federico è stato cortese e disponibile sia in termini di flessibilità degli orari che nel fornirci indicazioni sui posti e ristoranti che vale la pena visitare. Un soggiorno durato una settimana nella quale siamo stati come a casa. Consigliatissimo

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

Elisabetta hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, alles gezeigt und auch zwischendurch gefragt ob alles ok ist. Das Haus verfügt über alles was benötigt wird um hier ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Die Lage ermöglicht es viele schöne Strände und auch Cagliari relativ schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft (gerade für Familien) vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

L'alloggio è esattamente come da annuncio e foto, fin più spazioso di quello che sembrava. Marco è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito anche lettino e alzatina per la nostra bimba. Giardino bellissimo. Facile raggiungere le spiagge della zona. Assolutamente consigliato

Wir waren Mitte September für eine Woche Gast in Mauros Appartement. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Anliegerstrasse ganz oben am Hügel was eine grossartige Aussicht auf die Bucht von Chia ermöglicht. Diese haben wir von der wunderschönen Terrasse auch ausgiebig genossen. Nach einem kurzen, unaufdringlichem und sehr sympathischen Kontakt mit Mauro, duften wir uns gleich wie Zuhause fühlen. Bei einer Nachfrage war Mauro sofort erreichbar, weiter war aber auch nichts, weil einfach alles funktionierte. Ich möchte keine Liste machen aber von Küchenutensilien über Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Gartengrill etc. pp. einfach alles da. Gut ein großes TV Gerät ist auch da, aber das haben wir jetzt nicht gebraucht. Besonders bemerkenswert wie penibel sauber die Wohnung war. Wir waren schon an vielen verschiedenen Orten in Sardinien, dieser war für uns einer der schönsten. In der Nähe wunderschönste Strände. Zum Spazieren den traumhaften Küstenweg Strada romana. Unser Aufenthalt großartig!

Franca istveine super Gastgeberin und die Unterkunft war richtig toll. Es gabbsogarvin jedem Schlafraum eine Klimaanlage, was bei sehr hohen Temperaturen ein Segen war. Unterm Strich absolut empfehlenswert.
