Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. It is a great house in an outstanding loction in Mission Beach. It is a comfortable space with a great floor plan for a family of five. The house is walkable to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment venues, not to mention its immediate proximity to both the ocean and the bay.

The place is so beautiful and it’s very close walk to the beach and there are lots of places to go not near the beach, the host was very attentive and made sure we were doing great!

This rental was amazing. Easy to get places and great walking too. Did not use the shuttle service but sounded really convenient. The view is breathtaking and everything was clean and well cared for. We will come back!!! Great, responsive hosts as well. Oceanside is a great city and we had a fabulous rental!

Listing is as advertised. Very quiet, cozy, and 10 minutes from a ton of stuff. Street parking is generally available within a block of residence and Lyfts are plentiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Max was a great host!! Very helpful and responsive. Loved the area of the home. Close to the bay. The house was perfect!!

Lisa’s place was the perfect home base to stay in Encinitas, the backyard was a beautiful oasis and the cottage is surprisingly spacious inside. We used the space as a live/ work remote space for a week and loved our stay. Specifically the king bed was extremely comfortable for sleeping and this place is also a quick drive to everything you want to visit in Cardiff or Encinitas! Thank you!

Our stay was fantastic! We had a great time and really enjoyed the ocean views, hot tub, and the family-friendly space. It was such a nice touch that they provided so many beach essentials — sand toys, a wagon, towels, and beach chairs — which made our beach days so much easier. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We hope to come back in the future!

Stay here if you are visiting SD! The house is comfortable, clean, and kid friendly! Wendy/co-host was super responsive, when we had any questions. You are in a quiet neighborhood, so it was easy to just fall asleep. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful peaceful location with a great Mexican restaurant right around the corner! The outdoor spaces are especially nice and we really loved that it was pet friendly. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. It was our second visit and we will certainly look to book their place again in the future.

Karin was extremely helpful and responsive - I had a few questions on my first night and she responded right away to everything. The parking was a little harder than I expected after reading the description, but after a few tries I finally got it -- if you drive a bigger vehicle just know it will take you a minute, but it's possible! Overall, I enjoyed the house and the area was great if you're looking if you're looking to spend time in Mission Beach!

Wonderful home to stay in on our family vacation. So much room and fantastic host. So much to do in the neighbourhood and the lots of space in the accommodation. Anything and everything you can think of in the kitchen as well. Thanks Karin for an awesome stay

We had an incredible stay at Dawn's home in Mission Beach. She was extremely responsive before and during our stay when we had a question or needed help. The location of her home was perfectly situated for our family- closer to the bay side but only a block or so away from the ocean side. The included toys, games, and books were amazing for our seven year old. We all enjoyed a great bike ride around the bay, too! The kitchen had lots of extra small appliances and amenities that made it easy to cook many meals during our stay. The outdoor firepit and patio made for relaxing evenings with a view of the Sea World fireworks. In the listing, Dawn mentions that the garage is a tight fit for larger vehicles. Parking our minivan was very tight so we appreciated Dawn's heads up that we could keep the garage door open so that we didn't need to use street parking.
