Best Airbnb Experience! We had the pleasure of staying at Shawn’s property, and it was extraordinary! Every detail of this home was thoughtfully curated for the perfect guest experience. The spacious, beautifully designed house felt like a dream, with Christmas-themed touches adding a magical, cozy vibe. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing and soaking in stunning sunset views, and the hot tub was pure luxury. Shawn’s attention to detail stood out, from plentiful towels and a stocked laundry room to a super comfortable game room for the family. The BBQ smoker and fully equipped chef’s kitchen made cooking a delight. The property offered plenty of storage, privacy, and a serene pond that added to its charm. Shawn’s thoughtful touches, like popcorn, cookies, and coffee, made us feel incredibly welcome. Her communication and care were unmatched, ensuring a 5-star experience. We can’t recommend this property enough—thank you, Shawn, for an unforgettable stay!

Responsive…great location beautiful home

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

This home is beautiful and well appointed. We had several family members visit during our stay, and most had young children who all just LOVED the pool and waterslide. The host was simply outstanding to communicate with and she was extremely responsive. The kitchen has everything a group needs to be comfortable and to prepare and cook meals. The master bedroom is gigantic and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Couldn't recommend the property or the host with any higher encouragement.

This place was so lovely abs restful. The Internet was great for working from home and the yard was perfect for our pups. Walking distance to the beach and lots of fun restaurants. We would highly recommend this place in Oceanside!

Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for a large group! We had a total of 14 in our group for a joint Bach weekend. Josh was a very responsive and helpful host. We loved all of the community space (large kitchen, living room space, and private outdoor patio area) to all hang out. The kitchen was SO nice for cooking for our large group; truly don't think I've ever been in airbnb with as many kitchen utensils available as this one, we had everything we could possibly need and more. There are only 3 bathrooms, so at times it was a fight for the bathrooms and showers with our group, but we made it through lol. The location isn't necessarily walkable to anything (as mentioned in the listing), but very conveniently located to be a quick drive to just about anything in San Diego. Also really appreciated that the checkout duties were quick and minimal.

Jamal's home is beautiful with a 360 view, comfortable and spacious. Great location! Would recommend anyone staying in SD to visit this home! The neighbors were friendly. I especially appreciated the parking and safety!

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Close to some great restaurants, stores, and shops. About 20 minutes or so from downtown, zoo and the beaches. Lan was very proactive and friendly and accommodating as a host! Our group was 15 in total, which I would say is probably the max this house should accommodate. Overall, we enjoyed our week-long stay here.

Dejourne was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The space was perfect for our family, with a fantastic play area full of toys and activities for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious, ideal for hosting a large group. The front yard was expansive and offered a stunning view from the top of the hill, giving a sense of seclusion and escape from the city. Highly recommend!

Place was nice. Great for a large group. Didn’t realize how far secluded it was and the drive would be so sketchy. Wouldn’t choose to do the drive again unless it was a bachelor party type stay. Good experience, host was great and place was clean.

We were very happy with the place! Bigger than expected and very comfortable! We loved the location because we could pretty much be anywhere in 15 min. The kids loved the game closet (so many!!!) and the treehouse. We enjoyed the Viking stove and spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. Grill wasn't working but we let the management company know. Parking was easy. Washer/Dryer was new and easy to use. Single cup coffee machine was a little tedious. Neighborhood is very quiet and calm. There is a great view of the bay from the house. Liberty station is notorious for airplane noise so be ready for plane noise starting at 6:30am sharp as they are creating their new runway at SAN. The planes stop at around 10pm so its very quiet for sleeping. Most days the planes were taking off right overhead. One day they were landing instead because of the fog and that was a little quieter. It was exciting watching them take off from the upper balcony. We all got used to it.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The hosts truly thought of everything, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hosts went out of their way to be accommodating and hospitable. The pool was a huge hit with our kids, and every detail-from the amenities to the little thoughtful touches-made our stay extra special. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it! We can't wait to come back.

Our family had a blast at this home. Big couches, stairs and pool…It was toddler heaven. The owners made sure we were well taken care of. We especially appreciated the late check out option!

11 of my closest friends and I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was MAGICAL! The space was absolutely stunning and we were all very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were a highlight and we spent many hours soaking throughout the weekend. The outdoor space was great overall! Sunset was especially epic outside in the pool and on the swing. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. They had great recommendations and were very thorough and clear in their directions. We couldn’t get over how peaceful and therapeutic the space felt! From the comfortable furniture to the rich colors that matched the outdoor nature, to the curated luxuries (movie theatre and outdoor areas were our favorite)… it was nirvana. We will 100% come back someday to relive this special weekend. 10/10 recommend!!

This place was super cool and much bigger than expected (when judging by the pictures). The downstairs "apartment" was a big hit with the teens. Its fairly secluded, which we like, but you will need a car to get to anywhere. Also, its on a private road which is closed in one end (the "left" or west end) but both ends still shows up when using GPS directions. So, when looking at a map make sure you come at the house from the right side (east), not the left (west).

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's Air BNB! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved that we could give Alexa commands for the lights, TV, and music. The backyard was amazing with a nice pool, jacuzzi, and sitting area. Paul was very accommodating and worked with our needs. He always responded promptly when we reached out to him. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was welcoming and calm with a park near by. We highly recommend you staying here! It felt like home to us!

Overall, the space is amazing and the views are some of the best in San Diego County. I've stayed at this property twice. At the price point we paid, it is definitely worth the price for the privacy and views. The house and grounds need a lot of work. The pictures are outdated - like at least 15 or more years in some cases. There are stones/tiles missing, broken, water features are rusted/dirty and not always working. The pool robot doesn't function, despite not being allowed to move it from the pool (in the rules) and it takes up the whole pool space - pool isn't the cleanest because the robot doesn't function. The cleaning staff is very inefficient. It smelled like they sprayed fabuloso and left - but not before the cleaners' dogs (3) left behind poo in the yard during our stay. Our feet were black from the floors, so we had to clean ourselves. The maintenance guy (Beto) is very friendly, helpful and is a local. The people co-hosting seem to not know about the property state.

This home is beautiful and is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. We felt very safe always. The views from this home are incredible, we didn’t feel the need or want to leave the property. We traveled with 4 children and they enjoyed all the amenities at the home. They really particularly appreciated the warm jacuzzi and arcade games. Cam was a great host and very proactive making sure our trip was a great one from start to finish. We hope to be back to this beautiful home in a near future and highly recommend it!

Beautiful view and surroundings. Huge restroom which is always great with rainfall shower head 🤗. Do expect a deposit to be charged at time of check in and the resort will try to get you to buy a time share with them.
