Small but very nice place for two! The place was just as expected and very clean. Ruth was also very responsive and sweet!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! Was the perfect size for my husband and I and our 3 teenagers. We stayed here after camping at Guadelupe and it was a very nice relaxing place to recover from all the hiking! Carlsbad Caverns was only abt 30 minutes away. The house was near some great restaurants. Felt very safe and slept well. Would highly recommend this home!

Clean and spacious home, fast response from host. We had a great time! The only thing to caution other guests (not the host’s fault because their listing is accurate) is that they don’t have shower gel or shampoo at the house, so you’ll need to bring or get your own.

Randy and Mary Kay’s place was just as described. We felt right at home. The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated all the extra “touches” around the house. Randy and Mary Kay were also very sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. They checked in with us periodically and provided excellent recommendations. It felt more like we were staying with family rather than an Airbnb host. Would definitely recommend this place, and we will be sure to book again if we’re ever visiting Carlsbad again!

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, and the decor was very homey, "together," and relaxing. It was within walking distance of a neighborhood park where my son had a lot of fun, and it was only a few driving minutes away from some of Carlsbad's highest-rated restaurants. It was a great place to stay overall, and very close to both the Living Zoo and Carlsbad Caverns. Jacoda was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions.

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Katherine's place with our three children as a base to explore Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park! The property was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and had lots of space for us to spread out. Well stocked with things to do in the evening (excercise equipment, games and puzzles) and near a nice park by the water. Katherine was super responsive and welcoming. If we ever come back to Carlsbad, we would definitely stay here again!

I was looking for a unique place to stay, and this room definitely lived up to my expectations!! All of the decor was perfectly placed, I loved the fireplace, and I enjoyed reading how the room got its name. After a long day of driving, soaking in the hottube was the highlight of the night!! It helped us relax and unwind at the end of a long day. I recommend going to the Blue House Cafe & Bakery across the street for breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and nice. The food, and coffee was a great way to start our day. They are open Monday-Saturday. If you stay the night on a Saturday a tray of breakfast foods and fruit will be put in your room on Saturday, so you'll have breakfast for Sunday morning. Every detail was thought out to maximize your stay experience. It was truly an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this place! I also recommend eating dinner at the Yellow Brix Restaurant. There was a little bit of a wait time, but totally worth it!

Second time staying at this Airbnb. Very clean and cozy have felt very comfortable both times. Is also centrally located within Carlsbad restaurant and stores close by.

Had an awesome stay at West of the Pecos! Very clear instructions. My mom and I came for a mother/daughter weekend of hiking the Guadalupe mountains and seeing the caverns and this was the perfect resting place. Cozy living room for winding down and watching tv with a glass of wine! Shower is small but certainly manageable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone going to Carlsbad!

This place was easy to find, only about 20-30 minutes to Carlsbad caverns. It was close to food and gas. If you’re sound sensitive there was a dog barking all night one night so be aware. The place was clean and comfortable and Sandrine responded quickly with any questions.

I was so happy to be able to include this location on my Spring Break trip! I fell in love with the decor in the pictures and knew I needed to stay here. The location is easy to find, yet tucked away. I enjoyed my morning coffee with the courtyard cats; what a bonus! I visited friends and also the Caverns during my stay.
