I won't lie, we did select this place based on price and occupancy and you can't beat it! Brandy and team were helpful when I reached out to ask questions. Overall, we needed a place to rest after visiting the caverns and the national park and the beds were comfy, showers ran good, the kitchen had a few things to use. The house has plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. One thing we did struggle w was the front door key pad, locking it is a lil tricky on the way out.

I am an avid Airbnb user and Andrea’s place is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. About Andrea herself - she’s a very friendly and responsive host! She made us feel right at home! She answered all our questions and also gave us helpful tips and recommendations! The Airbnb is excellent and exactly as advertised in the pictures and description! As soon as we entered the house, we loved it! It smelt fresh and welcoming! It’s equipped with everything you need. We were three friends who spent two nights and found it to have more amenities than a four star hotel would have, all in the comfort of a house! It was also sparkling clean! I really appreciate that Andrea also put in some snacks for us! Overall, we loved every minute of our stay. If you are headed to Carsbad, this is the best place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! Was the perfect size for my husband and I and our 3 teenagers. We stayed here after camping at Guadelupe and it was a very nice relaxing place to recover from all the hiking! Carlsbad Caverns was only abt 30 minutes away. The house was near some great restaurants. Felt very safe and slept well. Would highly recommend this home!

Mike’s guesthouse was a fantastic place to stay. It felt very private, thanks to a tall fence that separates the guesthouse from the main house and street. The yard was one of my favorite parts. It was beautifully landscaped and made the whole place feel extra relaxing. If I had stayed longer, I definitely would have tried out the grill because the outdoor space really was amazing. Inside, the house was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. It had everything I could have needed, including toiletry items and ice already in the freezer. You can tell that Mike put thought into making it welcoming for guests. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it easy to unwind, and parking was simple with both a designated spot and plenty of street parking available. Getting around was no problem at all. It was just a quick five to ten minute drive to the main strip in Carlsbad, so dinner and other essentials were always close by. Definitely recommend this stay for a trip to Carlsbad!

The home was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lots of space in closets to unpack your things into. Host was responsive and friendly. Location was close to Carlsbad Caverns and 15 minutes drive for stores and restaurants. Location felt safe. Would recommend!

Beautiful home with everything we needed. It was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location on the south side of town made it easy to get to both the town and the caverns. Check in was easy, we had no issues. Jacoda was very friendly, and the house was clean and exactly like the pictures. It was the perfect place for us!

Gabriel is always a great host and the house is always extremely clean upon arrival. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
