This was our 2nd stay in the last two months and will be staying here again in the future. Great location, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. It’s perfectly sized for me, my wife and 1 yr old son and reasonably priced. Richard is a very accommodating host and is on top of it. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Richard.

This was definitely a nice place to stay close to the beach and walking distance to Carlsbad. It's great to be able to walk back & forth to the beach, coffee shops & restaurants, and be in a beautiful and safe place. The outdoor firepit is an extra that we enjoyed.

We LOVED this condo! The views are amazing! The place is clean and so cozy. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that we've had in a rental. I especially loved the griddle and large pots! The owners are kind and responsive. The neighbors are also very nice. We did not want to leave. I hope we get the chance to come back!

My stay here was great! It was very suitable for our needs and it was just as described. Instructions were very clear I would recommend booking here. The amenities were just as described and communication was great! The instructions were very clear and easy to find the lockbox/parking spot/room. We treated it like it was our home. The white noise and air purifier were a nice touch (I have allergies and trouble sleeping)

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

We enjoyed staying at Robyn's place for the weekend. It was exactly like the photos and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was very easy to check-in and Robyn was great at responding to us.

Great spot steps away from the beach! The property is exactly as listed and was very easy to access. Its location was the biggest plus for us during our week in SD. It is on the corner of a somewhat busy street so if you are a light sleeper, pack ear plugs! We did not mind and it was a quieter road during the weeknights. Also, if you have a larger car the parking spot will be too small. We had an SUV and ended up parking on the street. However, the street parking was always very available and easy, so we did not mind.

Cozy little place! Just across the street from the ocean and seen some beautiful sunsets.

Really enjoyed our stay. Home had everything we needed. Walkable to town (love Thurs night market). Beach is close. Perfect for 2 people. Nice residential neighborhood. Felt safe.

Very quaint and quiet place. Simplicity at its finest the beach being less than a mile away was amazing and the serenity and feeling we got why we were there was amazing.

this spot was perfect for my family and i. dave greeted us immediately upon pulling in, showed us around and brought us down some beers to welcome us. they also had snacks for us to enjoy and supplied us with absolutely everything we needed for our time spent there to include tea and coffee. the outside of the property is gorgeous with it’s foliage and the amazing view. would stay here again!

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

Thank Angel and Luis were very helpful, my best friend and I had an amazing time it’s such a cute little place for two people the beach is a 5 min walk less than that it’s in a perfect area plenty of options to eat or to do I highly recommend this place definitely going back we loved it 🥰

Had a fantastic stay! Apartment was exactly as described and fit our needs for a short trip perfectly. Great kitchen and living space for hanging out after days of exploring the area. Very large bedrooms which were great! Apartment is in a wonderful location and a short walk to handful of delicious restaurants, and not too far from the beach. Would definitely stay again when back in San Diego!

I stayed here for a long work trip from the UK - almost three months. It's a lovely place and perfect for a long stay for one person. I also had my wife and daughter visit for a week and even with all of us there it didn't seem too small. Carlsbad is lovely, lots of good restaurants and a nice local vibe. It really is only a few yards to the beach and it's great for a walk or to watch the sun go down. It's the place to be if you're into water sports! All the amenities in the apartment were great, parking is easy and everyone involved with the place is absolutely lovely. I was there early in the year and didn't really use it, but I think the back yard would probably be great in mid-Summer. The location is great for getting everywhere in North San Diego county (I was working in La Jolla) and anywhere about. It's close to the 5 but you can also drive along the 101 which is stunning. I really highly recommend this - what a great place.

This place was great. Amazing location right off the 5, clean and quiet! Dave was a wonderful host, communicative, kind, and made check-in and out a breeze. The Cardiff Seaside Market is perfect for grabbing lunch for the beach. Thank you so much! See you next time!

We've been staying in this complex many times and in different units. Steven's condo is clean, modern and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Steven communicated his favourite restaurants and stores with us and even though we've been to Oceanside many times, we discovered some new spots (especially the churro's were delicious!).

This is a stellar unit at the La Costa resort. Very nicely remodeled and as advertised. Great pool and hot tub area with amazing views. Easy walk to the Omni La Costa and the shops and restaurants on the grounds. Definitely recommend this spot!

Very beautiful and safe area! The hot tub was a greta bonus which we utilized every day. We had the pleasure of meeting Debbie and Hercules during our stay. This airbnb is walkable to attractions and restaurants in La Jolla and easy to get around to other parts of San Diego using Uber. We would definitely stay here again!

This is such a gem. The cottage like vibe is so peaceful as well as the nature surrounding this Airbnb. Super clean and cozy, quiet where I had the best naps with the windows open and the fresh breeze entering. If you’re looking for a getaway from the busy city life, this is it. My girlfriend fell in love with its tranquility and beauty. Highly recommend and we are certainly booking again. Thank you Linda for this opportunity.

Tim’s place was the perfect spot for myself and my girlfriend to enjoy our first proper holiday away together! Location was beautiful, and was incredibly easy to wonder across to the pier nearby to grab food out. Only thing that stood out was that the maps didn’t take you to the correct place but Tim provided clear instructions to find the correct destination. Apartment was spotless and was in a prime destination to allow us to explore both LA and San Diego! Couldn’t recommend it anymore to those looking at visiting either LA or San Diego.
