This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. You cannot go wrong al Alieh's lovely place, thank you

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

My mum had a great stay at Justin’s place in Fitzroy. Ideal location, and Justin was extremely helpful with everything.

Our stay here was great from the beginning to end. Kali was an excellent host; she was responsive to any questions we had and flexible with check in and check out options. We felt right at home in this beautiful space. The area is within walking distance to markets, restaurants, bars. 10/10 stay!

Glenys was an excellent host, very helpful and assisted when we left a bag at the airport. The house is in a quiet location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops and hire cars (Sixt). We would recommend the host and house for a stay in that location.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Seamless experience from start to finish. Magda was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to check in, during the stay when I had a query, and when it was time to check out. Key collection was extremely easy and the apartment was immaculate when I arrived. Overall this apartment was ideal for my needs and exactly as advertised; a great place for one or two people. We had a great time staying at Rebecca's lovely home in Williamstown. It's in a great location and right by the seafront! Will definitely look to stay here again when we next return

A nice place for a summer family getaway!

Our stay here was excellent! The view of the city is unbeatable! The space is cozy and is perfect if you're in Melbourne for a few days alone or as a duo. It's also SUPER well connected to public transport and located in the perfect spot to explore the city walking. I'd definitely book this location again!

This is such a lovely space to stay in Melbourne if you traveling with friends or family. We were impressed how clean the floor was, we mopped the floor after our arrival as usual(my mom has ocd) and there's no dirt at all! They also put some great books on the bookshelf Which was definitely a bonus for us. Overall really happy we choice this place and will recommend it to friends for sure! Thank you John and Jeane!

Was a great place to stay for a full week in Southbank! My family had a fantastic time and the place was conveniently located to get around Melbourne and Southbank. Moomba festival was on during our stay so we had nightly views of the fireworks which the kids loved! We wished there was air-conditioning in the bedrooms as it did get a bit stuffy at night time however it was a very hot weekend!

Great apartment in a good location for sightseeing, restaurants & shopping

I had an incredible time staying at Donna’s AirBnB. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. Donna was the best Host, so friendly, had a genuine invested interest in making sure I had a comfortable stay. The property was immaculate and had everything I needed. I just loved staying there. We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Excellent location, pleasant and comfortable..

Vincent is a low key person whose there for you when you need. Thank you for that. The place is amazing, has the vibes of quiet luxury while managed to make ones feel comfortable and cozy as a home, a wonderful way to see one's unique sense of aesthetics and artistic creativity are well articulated in every corner of the property. We had a very relaxing time there. An elegant serenity amidst the bustling city.

We had a wonderful stay at Bryan's place. We can't fault it. Bryan was friendly and prompt with his communications. The instructions were very clear - there was even a video showing us how to find the parking space. The apartment is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for us. A Coles supermarket is literally right across the road from the apartment complex, plus shops in the mall to cater for your every need. There's even a KMart right across the road. There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. This is now our favourite place to stay in Melbourne. We'll be back!
