Amazing warm and homely! Helen was so very kind and lovely to chat with, super host! Her kitchen was a dream to cook in, too sitting on the deck too being cozy with the fireplace was magic! You will be very impressed and won’t want to leave! I’ll be back for sure!

Great stay at Rhys and Linda's. great views, got plenty of use from the BBQ and had everything we needed. Plenty to explore in the area and great to come back to a nice, peaceful accommodation at the end of a day.

We loved our few days at Lucy’s! We were lucky to score some hot weather which had us swimming at beautiful Carlton beach (between the flags) each day! It was so nice coming home to Lucy’s and relaxing in the comfort of the air con and ceiling fans, after beautiful hot showers. Our kids just loved the space, the house feels very spacious and cosy at the same time! Many spots to retreat to, read, movie, play and a very decent yard space too! The kitchen was amazing to prepare meals in! Bonus was the breville coffee machine. We would so love to come back and stay longer next time! Such a great base to many hotspots!

We went away for a girls retreat and it was the most perfect spot. Walking distance to the beach, cafes and pub we didn't have to drive once we arrived. The house was well set up, we hand plenty of room to spread out and instantly felt comfortable. Debbie was an excellent host. Very responsive to our messages and requests. Making us feel special with a treats to share. Overall a wonder stay and would definitely book again.

We loved staying in this beautiful cottage (situated below the main house but completely private). Everything was perfectly inviting. We arrived late and the cottage was ready for us with wine, bread, cheese and berries. The linens were top notch and the setting is private, quiet, and very beautiful. We easily could have stayed for a week. Our host Nicholas was very helpful when a small issue arose. We loved driving down to the Hastings Cave area and even all the way down to the beautiful beach at South Cape. The drive along the river when you come and go from this location is very lovely with black swans swimming and adorable local animals hopping along the road (although one must drive carefully as to not drive into them!). There is nothing that could have made this stay better. We love forward to coming back again one day to take a river cruise.

My friend and I had the most beautiful stay — the space was peaceful, thoughtfully styled, and incredibly relaxing. The highlight was definitely the bathtub on the balcony — such a treat to soak while listening to the sounds of nature. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony was pure magic. We would absolutely stay again — such a calming and memorable experience.

Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

It is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay, with a big balcony which give you an incredible view of the sea and sunset. The kitchen is well equipped. The whole house was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in there.

Tricia’s place was fantastic. Great base from which to explore the Southern Edge region of Tassie. Ready to go open fire place, comfy bed, modern, well stocked kitchen, spacious rooms, amazing views, lots of hot water pressure in the shower, large parking area. Tricia is very accommodating. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

Such a great place with amazing ocean views. House is very modern, spacious, clean, and tidy. It's just a few steps away from the beach and theres a nice beach side walk heading to a little play ground . Joanna was very responsive and very helpful and allowed a late check out. We will definitely come back on our trip to Tasmania next time.

The most relaxing down time. Dream location , beach is so private only the local neighbours utilise it. even though the weather wasn't amazing we had a great time captivated by the ever changing view that is so close you can you literally touch it . The property set up makes it so easy to just walk in and feel right at home . This was our fourth stay since selling our own holiday home and is the perfect Airbnb for us each year.

Beyond amazing. Beautiful location and siting of the building. Wonderful framed views. Beautiful sunlight. Lots of seating. Comfortable beds. We saw an echidna, pademelon and quoll on the property. We took lovely walks and watched the changing weather from the windows. Our stay was an unforgettable experience.

We stayed for two nights and it wasn’t long enough!! Such a beautiful home to use for our holiday, we thoroughly loved every minute! Worth every dollar!!

Ben’s place in Deep Bay is wonderful, the location is truly stunning. We stayed there for three nights for a family reunion and loved it. Some of the elder family members did have a few issues, such as Ben lives on site and came into his office at 10:30pm, shining a light into the bedroom. There are a few little quirks such as no coffee, sugar, or oil, and an oven that doesn’t fit a lot of the dishes available, but it was still a wonderful stay.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

I can't thank Paquita enough for allowing us to host our very intimate wedding at The Pearl. It is an incredible, special, beautiful place. The Pearl is somehow even more beautiful in person, and the pristine beach at our doorstep was a ln incredible bonus. Hosting our immediate family for dinner on the back verandah as the sun was setting, listening to the ocean and watching the sun set over the water, is now one of my most treaured memories. We are already talking about staying again. Paquita went above and beyond as a host - providing recommendations for local florists, celebrants, hair stylists etc - and even left us a beautiful congratulations card and gift. Thank you very much for making our wedding day so perfect! Taylah and Kate

Great house with amazing view. Well appointed in a peacefull area. Short drive to shops and cafe/ restraunts. Will be back again for sure.

A beautiful property with stellar Harbour views. A short Uber to the airport and Salamanca, so a great option for large groups and short stays.
