We had a great stay at The Fern with our two dogs. The secure garden with hot tub was very private and the fields on the site were perfect for our dogs to run around. We loved the puzzle box! Having an EV charger on site was a great feature too, that we made good use of. The space downstairs was very generous and well equipped. The bed upstairs was huge and the view from the window across the site was fantastic, especially at sunrise. Nigel was very friendly and responsive, providing lots of local info for things to do. Thank you for a fab stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Peacock Lake. Everything is as described, with all the facilities that you need for a relaxing break. I would highly recommend! I hope to be back in the near future.

Absolutely amazing place. Private, spacious and homely with the most stunning view. This was by far our favourite stay and hope to visit again one day. We enjoyed a lovely bbq and sitting in the hot tub under the stars. The music outside was a great touch, and nice to be able to log into our Netflix. It had everything we needed and had an amazing time playing games.

we had an amazing time, we feel so relaxed and refreshed. I actually cant believe others have had the cheek to give a 4 star or less!! they could not have been better if they tried!! on our 1st full day we met Andrew, rocky and Bella! plus the spaniels they have! there was so many leaflets and a review book in the cottage so all guests can easily find other things to do! yes it is isolated so if youre not looking for that space and quiet time this isn't for you! alton towers is only 1.5 hours away in the car, plus Skegness too! the local village is a 5 minute drive! everyone was welcoming aswell.. the way Sarah cleans this cottage is IMMACULATE! clean sheets clean towels supplied!! a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh eggs too!! Google maps doesn't like the post code so it is literally one of the first properties on the left hand side as you come off of the main road!! we are booking again! with the children. thankyou so much for all your hard work Sarah and of course andrew xxxx

A beautiful location and cottage! Had everything that we needed. The views from the hot tub were gorgeous. The host was friendly and very quick to respond. Right in the middle of a working farm with some friendly cats and dogs that liked to come and say hello! Would highly recommend and would definitely consider staying again.

A great little place hidden away right in the middle of Nottingham. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and secure. Jade gave clear instructions for checking in/out . Would not hesitate in booking again .

Very relaxing stay in this lovely cosy place in Belper. The cottage is well equipped, very clean, tastefully decorated, quite spacious for a weekend for 2 people. Really liked that you can walk to pubs/restaurants /local shops. Belper itself is a pleasant place with great walking from the door. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at clematis cottage it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is a great place to unwind after a day of muddy walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The cottage was well-equipped and maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I couldn't fault anything during my time there it was simply delightful! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape into nature and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

lovely stay jackie is very friendly! the cottage is sweet, and full of original historic character fitting the village... which is worth exploring then you can snuggle up by the log fire in the cosy living room! the place has all modern appliances & is great for dogs with beautiful enclosed back garden, just watch out for the main road... We'll be back soon. Bonnie loved it :) xXx

The coffin makers cottage was beautifully presented, super clean and just what we were looking for. Warm and cosy with all required amenities. We felt right at home. Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Stoop Cottage. Really appreciated Rachel's thoughtful extra touches. Location was excellent - great local shop, lots of places to eat and drink nearby and fantastic walks for the dog. A very relaxing stay and hope to be back.

We stayed for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house is warm , comfortable and in a lovely setting. Our dog had a great time too. The house and garden are very dog friendly and there are good dog walks from the doorstep. The bakery in village and Crich Stand Tea Rooms ,open Fri - Sun , are highly recommended as is the walk up the canal from Whatstandwell to Cromford . Thank you Annick for good communication, the well equipped kitchen and lovely warm house.

We only stayed here to break the journey when travelling north with two small children but it really exceeded our expectations! We went for a lovely evening walk along the river to stretch our legs and the place was so cute and cosy, we all had a great nights sleep and really appreciated all the thoughtful provisions - milk, cereal, bread, coffee, bathroom supplies etc. would definitely stay for longer!

Loved everything about the house. Even though you’re on a road it is quiet inside. Clear instructions for check in. Few little points, the wood on the back of the kitchen door is loose, the bathroom was freezing, even with the heating on. No tv in the bedroom, we like to lay in and watch tv in bed at night so this was missed. Apart from these niggles I would recommend it

Robin Cottage is a great find. Peaceful location but within reach of major routes. The cottage is pristine and so cosy. Great shower and the log burner adds a touch of homeliness. The kitchen has everything required. Overall one of the nicest places I’ve rented.

We enjoyed a really lovely stay at Stag cottage. Paula made us feel very welcome and our 18 month old loved seeing all the animals! The welcome breakfast hamper was very generous and the property is the perfect place to relax. We were visiting family in the area and the cottage was a great base for us and had everything we needed, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday! Thanks!

Absolutely, without doubt one of the most beautiful cottages we’ve ever stayed in, so cosy, clean and warm and the facilities were exceptional. The fire was splendid and the bath an absolute treat. Jez and Sue have gone above and beyond to create a luxurious but homely cottage. We had the most relaxed time. Superb and we’ll be back. 🤩✨

11 of us were on a 3 day stag in Nottingham and was the perfect accommodation for us. Picked the Coach Houses because of the high review score and we were really pleased that we did - the other reviews are bang on. Very clean and well presented accommodation and worth the money. Great host and would 100% stay again if in Nottingham with a group. One thing to mention for those that don’t know Nottingham appears to be one big hill - it’s all downhill on the 20 minute walk from the Coach Houses into town and Uphill on the way back. If you don’t fancy the walk thee are plenty of taxis available from town. Stay here and enjoy!

Really nice, modern cottage, very clean, was spacious but also had a cosy feel with welcome message and treats so we were made to feel very welcome. All the facilities at the cottage too, well equipped with what you need. We would definitely visit again.
