The studio by the sea is wonderful, serene and beautiful. It's steps from the beach, surrounded by lush nature and very comfortable. The space has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay, well appointed kitchen, bath, linens, beach towel. It's clean and tranquil. Heike and Hans are super friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area & Costa Rica in general. They were so kind to accomdate our dogs, give them treats, water and lots of love. When we return to Coyote, we will definitley visit with them again.

My friends and I had a great time! Carlie was extremely responsive and quick with keeping us updating on things like the water or WiFi going out (city problem). I would recommend staying here but would warn it is a little tricky if you do not pay for a vehicle as it’s a little bit of a far walk if you want to go to the other side of town. Overall we had the best time and worked perfectly for our needs!

Joseph’s property is a serene, peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and just a five-minute walk to the ocean. The tranquil setting and nature’s beauty made it the perfect escape for New Year's Eve. One highlight was meeting Macho, the friendly “guardian” dog, who quickly became a cherished part of our stay. Joseph’s hospitality was exceptional—he was kind, responsive, and even made us delicious homemade pizza one evening. We had a small misunderstanding about bringing two dogs instead of one, but Joseph was incredibly understanding and welcomed both with open arms. The property itself was well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with inviting outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy nature. Our only minor issue was a missed cleaning service, but Joseph apologized and offered to reschedule, though it was too close to our departure to be worthwhile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d love to return!

Nadine was very helpful and responsive. And her local contact person was supportive and knowledgeable as well. The villa worked well for two couples. It was well supplied and we had everything that we needed, although nothing fancy. Los Delfines is a unique community, with many people who live there volunteering their time and skills to provide lots of activities. There was pickleball lessons, pickleball, birding, yoga, volleyball, euchre, hiking and more. The beach is perfect for walking. Lots of great restaurants and villages to explore in the area. Got to love those beautiful scarlet mackaws!! Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed staying in this Airbnb. The nice pool was perfect during the hot afternoons and we were able to see a lot of animals. The beach is super close and therefore ideal for early morning surf sessions. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Natalia and Scott are very kind and helpful hosts - we could event rent a surfboard with them. We highly recommend staying in their Airbnb!

AMAZING! This place is beyond beautiful. The property is truly one of a kind. The level of service we received was absolutely above expectations. Felicitas greeted us when we arrived at the property, created a group chat, was always available for questions, and made sure we were accommodated in every way. There was a cleaning lady and maintenance man who kindly greeted us every morning. Felicitas facilitated all of our activities and excursions. Santa Teresa is a cute little town full of restaurants and bars to enjoy your time at. We shared the property with a family of monkeys, a raccoon, and some iguanas. Overall, our week was amazing and we can't wait to book again!

From start to finish, our stay at Casas Soleil was amazing. Our host, Soraya was very helpful in providing recommendations for surf rentals and excursions. She was prompt and responsive to any questions that arose. She even helped my husband arrange for the delivery of a delicious cake for my birthday which was on the day of our arrival! The home has everything promised in the description and was perfect for our family getaway. There was ample space in the home, plenty of towels for showering and for the beach, and the kitchen had all the essentials to cook meals when we didn't want to dine out. The location was even closer than we anticipated to the Beach which allowed us to have the best of both worlds - mornings spent walking to the beach after breakfast and many afternoons lounging by the pool before walking back to enjoy the sunset. We rented a car and drove to dinner most nights but there are ample restaurants nearby within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental!

Rick and Karen's place was the perfect home for the two of us and and our two daughters. The layout is ideal, with two floors separating the living and sleeping spaces. The home is warm, clean, and tastefully furnished and decorated. We loved how safe and comfortable we felt within the secured community. It has a friendly, neighbourhood feel. The beach was clean and huge. The beautiful parrots, monkeys and deer made our experience all the more magical. We would love to return again!

Our stay was fantastic, the villa is stunning and it was clean, we will come back for sure. Great communication, the only thing was that there was a poweroutage, from 8am to 4pm on our checkout day, which we got to know at 8.10am, would have been nice to know that in advance, because it appeared it was planned. Otherwise everything was great and thanks a lot for the nice stay! 🤩

Anna’s home is a beautiful, quiet getaway. It has everything you need. We loved having cocktails near the water at golden hour and there’s a few great restaurants/basic stores are a short drive away. The pool is perfect with lots of comfortable seating. Having a car is essential. We hired a local chef and would highly recommended that! Freddy is so helpful and accommodating. We also loved seeing his dog and Kevin the heron. Anna was responsive and helped with local recommendations. The nearby bakery in Cabuya is worth a visit! Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Such a beautiful stay, perfect location close to restaurants, cafes and steps away from the beach. We stayed with a 7 month old and 5 year old and they had the best time!

A localização da casa é excelente tanto pra praia quanto para a vila. Adoramos! Ficamos na casa dos fundos, conforme explicado pelo Richard, porém nessa casa a internet não funciona. Ou usávamos os dados do nosso celular, ou tínhamos que ir na região da piscina para acessar a internet disponível.

My boyfriend and I stayed at April’s for 5 nights and our trip was nothing short of amazing! This was our first time in Costa Rica and we were so thankful to have April as our host. She became like our Costa Rica mom and was very caring towards us. She was always there to help, give us recommendations, make sure we were safe, and even gave me a ride to my workout class! April is probably one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Her dogs are also very adorable and sweet. We felt very safe knowing that they were trained to keep the property safe. This Airbnb is truly one of a kind and incredible. I wasn’t very experienced with the open-air concept before this trip but I was so happy we chose this type of experience. The view is breathtaking and we felt very relaxed waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning. I’m usually not a morning person but I think being in this peaceful atmosphere made me want to get up early everyday and just lay on the hammock and take it all in :)

Our second time to Bayside on the Los Delphines golfing complex. We do not play golf, but the setting being so close to the beach is nothing short of paradise on earth! Susan’s villa was as described….a beautiful home with a reasonably stocked kitchen and 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite. But the attraction of these villas has to be the setting and the location….with a pool and the Pacific Ocean just a few steps away it does make for a perfect and peaceful location. The walks around the golf course are great for birders, with Scarlett Macaws seen daily. The howler monkeys made an appearance too. Our 4 nights were really not enough, and in spite of a couple of housekeeping issues, (responded to by Susan) the four of us had a fabulous time. Thank you 💕

We loved the location, directly across from a beautiful lagoon. Birds singing all morning long, howlers in the distance, even saw some iguanas and caiman in the water. They were not a threat, but really nice to see. Great neighborhood, scarlet macaws squawking constantly. The rental house itself was as advertised and everything we needed. Very happy with our decision to stay there. Finally, Lisa is the manager and a delightful lady. We got tips on restaurants, places to go sight see, and the farmers market on the weekend. Stayed in many places, many destinations, Lisa is invaluable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Enjoy. Pura Vida

This spot was so cute! Super close to the beach/center of town/park, all easily walkable. Having access to the pool at NYA Hotel was a huge plus, since the very "in the middle of it all" location made it so that keeping the windows open at the house was too noisy/not safe. The photos of the pool don't do it justice and we saw a troupe of monkeys in the trees right from our lounge chairs.
