This is my second time staying at Evelyn’s house and it was just as nice as the first time. My sisters and I felt right at home, the house is very clean and well stocked. The house sits back off the road in a beautiful private location. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

Natasa is great host. Responsive and succinct. The home is well located to much of what Saratoga has to offer. From outdoor activities, to the shopping and dining on Broadway, to walking trails, to a short 1.3 mile walk to the track, and so much more, this home in the art district is fairly centrally located, particularly if you are up for strolling just a bit. Great backyard for your pet, for grilling as well as sitting by the "fire pit," the house is both spacious and cozy, all at the same time, and has all the amenities you would want in a short term stay. Would certainly stay again, next time we are up in Saratoga.

Melanie is a wonderful host. She was responsive and made sure we had correct directions as this is a secluded home. She stopped by with a welcoming gift and was genuinely friendly. The home has been recently renovated and was quite honestly nicer than I expected knowing the area. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Katya’s place was perfect for our large group. We relaxed on the deck, prepared meals in the kitchen, and were able to eat them together at the large dining table. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the SPAC was beautiful and manageable. Katya is a great communicator and helped us navigate several changes to our plans from the time of booking to our arrival; something we really appreciate.

This house was amazing. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s wedding and had friends and family stay with us. It was plenty big enough for 7 adults, 2 teen agers and my 12 yr old son. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the basement was nice to hang out and unwind after a day of shopping. Great hosts. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. Price is very reasonable for families traveling together or couples. 5 Stars!

Brianna is a wonderful host, very friendly, always available and ready to help in anything we may need. The house is like a Dream House. Lovely living room with a fireplace, TV and a big and comfy sofa. Every room in the house was excellently decorated with a high test and good sense of space making you feel warm and welcome, like your own home. The surroundings are so beautiful that you even have a river running in the backyard. Like fairytale stories. The most amazing thing is the Kitchen fully equipped with seasonings, coffee, tea and beautiful crockery and pot sets. Everything you may need for a memorable vacation is here! We loved this place and definitely we're going to come back. Thank you very much Brianna, you're amazing!

I keep coming back to the Baseball Bungalow when I work in Cooperstown. The place is a two bedroom house with two bathrooms, lots of space and a complete kitchen. I find it clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient.

Great place has everything you need (loved the decor was so cute and cozy). Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Was visiting family in the area and this was right around the corner.

We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

Barbara was a very responsive host. The place was just like the pictures and very close to downtown Cooperstown. She greeted us at check in and was very friendly. I would stay with Barbara again.

This was our second stay here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable! It is a great location to be able to walk downtown. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! Natale’s place was close to everything. We visited the baseball hall of fame and some breweries. The bed was comfortable, and the place was very clean.

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

Juliann is an incredible host! We have stayed at her place before and will be staying again. We had a last minute change to our plans and Juliann really went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would highly recommend!

Very quiet neighborhood, nice local stay. We had an event at the Hilton on Broadway which was easily walkable. The back gate was broken and path was icy but we were able to park in front to drop off bags before parking in back. Massage chair was a nice bonus and family hit. My husband was looking for chairs to buy at home while using. Host was very responsive and helpful. All in all comfortable.

We stayed a month at Nisha’s place. We loved how peaceful it was and beautiful. Being able to access the pond right down the hill was a plus! The pond was wonderful for paddleboard and kayaking! We were there thru the tornado and Nisha was responsive and concerned about our well being. We had to stay in a hotel two nights but it all worked out! Overall a great stay and incredibly relaxing. Wonderful neighbors was a plus! 😊

Dan was a great host! Everything was just as the listing stated and all the touches in the home gave us an “at home” feel.
