Lovely place and good location. Easily walkable to beach and nearby restaurants. The unit is well stocked in terms of cooking supplies, as well as a fair amount of spices, oils, etc! Tons of beach gear to keep kids occupied including chairs, toys, and towels. Building is secure, double edged sword as it makes it a little hard to get into the first time with parking, etc but nothing unreasonable. Would stay again.

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

We will definitely book again! Great location, host were very responsive and attentive, apartment was very roomie and clean!

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

Allison’s place was a perfect spot to spend our few nights in San Juan. The location is great, easy to walk to restaurants, grocery store, beach. The apartment was just as described, very clean and had all that we needed. Beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! Definitely recommend!

I gave this a 5* review because it matched the description and is in a great location but there’s a few things to note. The living room is beautiful and comfortable, but the rest of the apartment is pretty dated. The kitchen and bathroom are getting ready for an update. This isn’t the Airbnb’s fault at all, but the gate to the beach closes at 7pm, and even with the key fab you can’t get in after that and have to walk around (about .5km). Probably the most frustrating part is a loud AC unit compressor that sits on the balcony. The view is so beautiful and we wanted to spend mornings on the balcony, but it’s so loud it’s honestly hard to talk to each other while it’s running. Overall the house is as described and the location is great!! Just some small nuances to the place that detracted I wanted to highlight.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Isla Verte! The place was perfect; spacious, clean, and located in a great complex with a beautiful pool. The best part was being right in front of the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The only downside was that during our last night, we experienced an 8-hour power outage, which meant no A/C, making it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again :)

Many great things to do and walkable distance to such as restaurants, casinos, and very beautiful beaches. Very nice responsive host that kept in touch with us thanks once again

Marta's place was great. Very close to do many things. She had beach chairs and towels available for use. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary amenities. Marta's was also very responsive. I would hear back from her fairly quickly with a response to any question. I would definitely stay here again. thank you

We had a good experience at Sandra’s airbnb. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family with two little kids. The only issue we faced were the number of steps while dragging our luggage to the lobby (wish the building had a ramp) and the aircraft noise. Other than that this was an awesome airbnb!

Cynthia’s place was just as described and provided a perfect getaway from the Ohio winter. I felt safe as a solo female traveler and there were many easily walkable spots to enjoy (some of my favorites: Cafe Mam for lunch, Kumi Rooftop for dinner, The Fairmount for cocktails, Torres’ Place for beachside drinks and tacos). Cynthia’s check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy, the apartment was spotless, and she was very responsive during a power outage (which you can’t go to PR without knowing and accepting could happen!). With lots of pricey hotels nearby, you get a good alternative value here. Being on the beach with a nice pool was really all I wanted, and I got it! Would recommend and stay again! ❤️🇵🇷

Andrea’s place was pretty nice, comfortable, and cleaned. It was a little confusing to find because the entrance is located in the back of a 2 story house. Getting inside was a little difficult too but Andrea answered quickly. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, although, they only have fitted sheets and a comforter (not sheets to cover) on the beds. I suggested to have sheets and comforters on the beds, especially that sometimes nights could be cool enough that there’s no need for the AC. Andrea’s place is 2 miles from La Placita, a mile walk from Ocean Park beach, about a 10 min drive to El Condado, and about 17 min drive right to Old San Juan. About 45 min from Luquillo and El Yunque. All are great options for things to do in the area.

I will definitely be staying with Milly again. The apartment was clean and beautiful, just as described with a beautiful view of the ocean. Milly was very responsive and so sweet. I would recommend very highly!

excelente sitio para hospedarse para mí mi familia fue perfecto la ubicación ya que nos gusta estar cerca del aeropuerto del área de Isla Verde piñones el viejo San Juan Luquillo , el apartamento como tal es perfecto y cómodo cuenta con todo lo necesario la ubicación es genial el edificio como tal Es muy normal para la edad pero el apartamento es moderno limpio acogedor y lo mejor es su precio el área es tranquila segura encuentras rápido supermercados sitios para comer algo para beber algo lo recomiendo al 100%

The host was super accessible. The place is beautiful and a minute walk to the beach. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Our children loved our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Great little place on the beach and exactly as described. The location couldn't be better. A few steps to the beach, less than 10 minute walk to the grocery store, and all the restaurants you need within walking distance. Friendly and safe neighborhood. There is a constant police presence. We walked all over the place in the evenings and felt completely safe. Check-in and check-out can be a bit overwhelming because you are probably coming from or to the airport and that in itself is overwhelming but the host does provide very clear instructions multiple times. Admittedly, we failed miserably on following the checkout instructions and I didn't realize it until we were in the air. Sorry!!!! Super friendly host who checked in with us several times. We didn't have a need to reach out for anything but I'm confident if we had, it would have been taken care of immediately. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

We absolutely loved staying at Janet's place. Location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful Isla Verde beach. Easy 15 min uber drive to Old San Juan for nightlife activities. The apt is small (suitable for 2 people), but well appointed, clean, great ac and peaceful. Janet was super helpful, responsive and checked in often to ensure everything was going well. She provided clear instructions for access and was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again!

nice place convenient cozy . ac worked great . only thing that bothered me was a guy staying above me constantly smoking cigars on his balcony and the smell would come in when I opened my balcony to get fresh air . but everything was great thank u for having me

Felt in love with Sheila's place! Looks just like the pictures but even better. Very helpful and accommodating. Will be staying again in the future for sure.

Marla and Orlando were excellent hosts! Both were very responsive and readily accessible. Their home was very clean with alot of at home amenities available. The location was great! I would recommend staying here!

I loved staying at Pedro’s Airbnb! Great host and very clean space! The only downside was the pool was out of service, but that was the building’s issue, not Pedro’s! I highly recommend!

Ivelisse is so warm, welcoming and incredibly responsive. She gave us helpful restaurant recommendations and even provided transportation to and from the airport. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and included beach chairs, towels and a cooler. The building itself was immaculate and well maintained. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time with an adjacent shaded area with tables and chairs for snacking. We look forward to returning.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed to step off the plane and head straight to the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs towels and umbrella. Peace of mind having a gated key fob entrance as well! Hope this available next year when we come back!
