This has been an amazing experience!! the place is very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect, the beach is downstairs, grocery walking distance, bars and restaurants walking distance and everyone is super friendly. The host, Laura and her son Luis are unbelievably kind and welcoming. They get way out of their way to help with anything you need. Communication is first class. I will be back to this place FOR SURE!!

Completed another stay at the nautical dream house (lower floor). For anyone looking for lagoon access and amazing food (just down the street from multiple food options in Los Pinones), then this is the place to stay. Zulma was super communicative, and responded quickly to every question we had. The kayak at the location made nice morning and evening paddles around the lagoon a regular occurrence during our stay. It is a much more authentic Puerto Rico feel than staying in other places like Condado or Isla Verde, and the food is by far superior to those locations. Plus, you avoid the traffic in San Juan when headed to destinations like Fajardo or El Yunque. Will be back to stay again for sure!

We had an amazing stay at Javier’s villa! He was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even on such short notice. The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a luxury getaway. Thank you, Javier, for your warm hospitality and for making our last-minute trip so smooth and memorable. We’d love to come back again!

Iris mini apartment was a great stay for my partner and I! We went on a 4 day trip to Puerto Rico and were going to be out exploring most of the days so this was perfect for us to come back and sleep. Everything was clean upon our arrival and we saw no bugs at all. I loved the sound of the coqui’s singing and appreciated the beach towels to use. The location was away from the city noise and in a quiet neighborhood but because of this, Ubers can be expensive to go into the more touristy areas so renting a car would be best and there’s a spot you can park it at this stay. Overall , I recommend Iris apartment for future stays and I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you!

I loved Lourdes place and will definitely come back. The beach is around the corner and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Lourdes was an amazing host!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful airbnb for my 30th birthday and the host was super thoughtful and nice!! definitely would book again. Very close to a lot of places too.

Pedro’s place was a great spot to end our long vacation! Traveling around the island and we wanted to be close to the airport for our last weekend. We were able to book Pedro’s place last minute for the exact days we needed and it was perfect! Easy entry access, great location and was very neat and as pictured. Would book again!
