Amazing stay, everything was as described. Felt right at home, quiet and private. The jacuzzi was definitely a big plus specially with our own private terrace. Overall the stay was good vibe. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend 10/10, and will for sure be coming back!!

Giancarlo’s place matched the description fully! He was very responsive, and left clear instructions for us which we appreciated. This is a great space to make your home base on your trip. We enjoyed having the ability to do laundry and a private place to sit outside as well. The bathroom was a great size with a nice shower. The linens were clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was clean and had all necessary utensils to cook a meal and clean up. Looking forward to staying here again soon on our next trip down! 😊

The place is excellent, very clean and exactly as seen in the photos, it has everything you need for a great stay, the check-out time was very flexible, I highly recommend it, we had a great time.

The Black House is a beautiful place. Very clean, and confortable i absolutely will recommend this place to my friends and family. Great for big groups and host was super responsive! She was happy to accommodate early check in / late check out which I appreciated so much. She even had beach chairs and umbrella we could borrow. Just a heads up for anyone who likes to spend a lot of time in the Airbnb, the living room, kitchen and the pool are very small so not a lot of room for the whole group to hang out together. It was small in the pictures so I wasn’t too surprised but definitely better for groups who only use the Airbnb for sleep and shower. Overall was a great 1st Airbnb experience!

No complaints about this place at all. Space was just like the pictures, had a beautiful outdoor area with pool and the host was very nice and responsive. Only problem we had was finding the location but Andrew sent us the correct address and we were able to get there quickly! 100% recommended.

I love the house my family loved the house plenty of room. The post was super nice. Internet went down. He got right back with us. It was clean just like you described. I couldn't ask for a better place nice and relaxing. My granddaughter loved the hot tub just a super place. He was a super host. Thank you very much.

Francesca was a great hostess. She responded almost immediately to all my questions. Provided great tips about the local cuisine. She was very easy to work with and very very patient. She made our whole stay very comfortable and stressless.

Great location—close to lots of great restaurants and more importantly, the beach! The bed was big and the apartment has the bare minimum. It could use a few more cooking tools. I had to purchase food that either required minimum cooking or just to heat up. I was working remotely, and the internet was strong during most of my meetings. If you don’t need much, this apartment is perfect!

Ray was great! Due to a power outage, our AC went out and Ray was on it within minutes! Very helpful and responsive!

My children and I had a wonderful time in San Juan. The apartment was very nice the backyard was the beach which they loved. Magda is wonderful she provided recommendations to the local children attractions. The apartment is gated with security at the front. Although it was a first floor apartment I didn’t hear the neighbors or no one above us. The airport is across the street but not walkable because it’s gated. A Uber back was $10 the grocery store Uber was $6. I would stay here again next time I travel back to San Juan if it’s available.

really good place!! well-kept, convenient amendities, and also just a really convenient location. we could walk to practically anything in condado and got to try so many good restaurants because of that. like other reviews, this is right outside of clubs so the music can be a bit loud. i didn’t think it was bad though and it dies down around 2 am!

My stay was fantastic. Tony's places never disappoint. This place was very clean, spacious, near everything, plenty of towels and linen, kitchen had everything we needed . I mean what was there not to love. I will definitely love to book again in the near future.
