Read this review: I booked this stay to spend new year eve and day. The check in and check out times were a plus. My family and I were ready to receive the new year relax by the beach until... a major blackout left the whole island without electricity. Luckily, the host had provided what we needed: flashlights, solar lights, solar fans, big cooler for the refrigerated items, gas stove. Next to that, games for entertainment and a fantastic ocean view to enjoy.

The condo was perfect. The beach was a stones throw from the patio and the pool was quiet and peaceful. We loved the constant beach breeze and you can hear the white noise of the ocean waves while sleeping. We felt safe, the condo was clean and they have a tankless water heater! Perfect for a fam of 5 with 3 teens!

This is our 3rd time staying with Isabel and we’re already looking forward to next time. We travel with our 3 young kids and this apartment is the perfect setup. We always feel so safe and at home here. Literally steps from the beach, a rooftop pool, an apartment with beautiful balconies and so much natural lighting, it couldn’t be more perfect. So much to do and with such ease. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful (security/night guards, Ana, Ivelisse, and Isabel!). We can’t wait to come back!

The Host was the best and nicest family you will ever meet. They knew all the great spots and the beach was incredible. What made the place even more great was the host and her family made us feel as we were family and treated us that way. My wife and I recommend this place 100% :)

Prime location right next to everything!!

Wonderful! We had a fantastic stay during our spring break trip. Our family of four stayed for a couple of nights so there was more than enough space for us to unwind. As birders, we specifically chose this location for its proximity to nature; it did not disappoint. We didn’t have time to explore the nearby trail but appreciated having it close by - we wandered around the area instead. The house is 40 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest as well as Old San Juan making it a great base away from the city. The home was clean and comfy. We played cards and cooked together, though we did note that there was no oven. Not a big deal, we made our cookies in the air fryer instead! The amenities were plentiful, and Carmen was lovely. Finding the property was a bit tricky only bc the address led us past the house but the response was quick and we found our way. Be prepared for narrow mountain roads that can be for tricky for two way traffic. The natural sounds make it a unique experience.

Beautiful out look over parts of San Juan along with gated security for the comfort of safety. Great location for restaurants and other activities in San Juan!

Excellent remote work spot. Couldn’t have a better location in PR. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Looks just like the pictures.

Maria was a great host and super responsive. Accommodation was absolutely perfect from top to bottom. Home looked just like the photos. Great place to relax in the back yard area. Plenty of air flow and the AC is perfect. !!!!!This home is in the neighborhood of Puerto Rico and not a tourist destination!!!!!!!!, which was absolutely perfect for me and exactly what I wanted. If you’re anything like me and want to be in the actual neighborhood and culture then this is what you’re looking for. I felt safe and secure the entire time. Great backyard area with two comfy lawn chairs and a little “office space” with and outside shower. Having all the amenities was a huge plus. Home is about a 10-15 minute uber to the old San Juan/Condoda area and we’re about 7-11 Dollars every trip and all day. It’s about a 45-hour commute to the rainforest. If the above sounds like what you’re looking for, book with confidence.

Naty was always friendly and helpful! She offered us food and drinks the night we got there because it was so late when we got in. A few days she offered lunch when she cooked for her friends. Location is off the beaten path, authentic in all the best ways, in my opinion. I felt like I was with family. Prima ❤️ perfecto

Gabriel was very welcoming and made sure things were in order prior to arriving and before departing. It is a great location, and the apartment is very clean and peaceful.

OUTSTANDING! My favorite bnb we stayed at this trip. We had all 3 of his rooms to fit my family and couldn't have asked for a better or more beautiful experience!

Jason, was amazing even well before my stay. I had a ton of questions and he always responded super fast. He was kind, considerate and super friendly. Once I was there he checked in via text to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. The apartment was super cute and well appointed and the neighborhood had really nice energy. I would be excited to return. Thank you for everything Jason!

We had a comfortable stay, and the host was very nice and responsive. Just a small suggestion — the guest bathroom door lock could use fixing, and it would be helpful to have some mugs and plates. Not a big deal since we managed with disposables. I’m confident the host will address it, as they were very receptive to feedback. Overall, it was a great stay, and the terrace deserves a special mention — it was a lovely spot to hang out. We didn’t use the grill, but we really enjoyed spending time on the terrace. Great location! Easy walking to many restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Had a great time watching the kite surfers there - there is a rental place just a short way down the beach so lots of activity. We also really liked relaxing in the evening on the rooftop patio and people watching. Do not that on the weekend nights there is quite a bit of traffic, music and folks having fun on the street. If you’re a light sleeper, pick one of the back bedrooms or bring a noise machine. The multi-apartment layout worked well for our group. Two of them (2-bedroom and one of the 3-bedrooms) are connected without going outside. Lots of space to spread out. The extras like sources and staples was great too. Loved the art and the light filled spaces in the upstairs apartment in particular. Thank you!!

This home was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. The amenities were top-notch, and every little detail was thoughtfully provided. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the location was great—just a short drive to attractions. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Elena’s place was wonderful—just as described and very centrally located in San Juan. It was clean, safe, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were responsive and extremely accommodating. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Having never been to Puerto Rico, we were guessing as to what area to spend the week with kids and us parents. Beach was fabulous and very private. Pool area was super comfortable and the condo complex was well managed and perfect for any of us wanting a peaceful and relaxing experience. Car rental a must, but once figuring out the highway system, (187 is a great drive along the coast to San Juan) with many cool stops and restaurants along the way, or go into the city of Rio Grande for modern supermarkets, fast food, drug stores, etc. It is pretty easy drives to almost anywhere! Love the local farm about a mile down the road, for homemade and local cigars, fire brick pizza, and assortment of Puerto Rican rums, but only open Friday-Sunday! Rain forest is an easy drive into the mountains, but a bit congested at times. Traffic jams on the main roads do happen. Do check times for any restaurants, as the hours are weird. Some closed on certain dates and times, that was unexpected!
