The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

This was the perfect family vacation. We had a wonderful stay, beautiful condo with wonderful ocean views.

We enjoyed our stay. I appreciated the quality touches. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The space was fully updated and beautiful. Gigi was very responsive and also proactive when there was an issue with the air conditioner, which was resolved in under a day. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Catalina the place was fabulous great location and it was spotless upon arrival, I defenitely won’t hesitate to book again the hosts were awesome.

We LOVED this place SO MUCH. Best value for tons of room, the best location and it stocked with amenities. From boogie boards to sun block, beach chairs and more. Great secure parking, 2 sets of keys/fobs, Clean, great pool. I highly recommend this fantastic place to everyone!

This home was perfect for my family of 5 with small children. The property was exactly as described and Francisco was a responsive host. I would certainly stay here again.

Great House! Breathtaking views and privacy. The courthouse and pool area were amazing. We loved the covered table area. Safe. Great Host! Mildred took care of everything. She gave us detailed instructions to make getting to the house and inside easy. Location: Highly recommend Buenos Ayres and Mar Caribe restaurants. Both are a 5-8 min walk from the house. There’s a large grocery store just a 5 min drive away with all you would ever need. Finally, easy access to main highway that takes you to Old San Juan, Condado, or back to airport in 10-15 mins. Traffic might spike that to 15-20 but you’re near everything in this amazing house. I have business in PR in the coming months and I might just rent this place again. It was that nice. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful airbnb for my 30th birthday and the host was super thoughtful and nice!! definitely would book again. Very close to a lot of places too.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We received clear, detailed, and accurate instructions for entering the property. We love the setup, with the upstairs and downstairs each having their own kitchen, bathroom, tv/sitting areas. The pool and outdoor area are very nice also. When we had questions, the host was very responsive and friendly. If we have the opportunity, we’d definitely want to stay here again. There was nothing negative to note about this stay, the property, or the host.

Great place! In a convenient location and off a beautiful beach that feels private and local. Walking distance to grocery stores/convenience stores and several restaurants. The condo was very private but fit a large group of us comfortably.

Beautiful home, it’s pretty in the pictures, but you really appreciate it more when you enter. The hosts welcoming touches really made us feel special entering a strangers home, like you are really welcome and they truly want you to enjoy your time there. And the water, lagoon?, out back is larger than I thought, we enjoyed watching birds, turtles, and even a small crocodile! We were visiting the south west coast of Puerto Rico and decided to stay a couple nights in Carolina to see Old San Juan and be close to the airport. The location and home were perfect!

Only 5 minutes from the airport. Gated community. 4bed2bath 6beds. Co host angel was amazing! He lives close by and is always attentive and very helpful. He even brought us hot bread from a local bakery in the morning. Definitely recommend this air bnb.

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days recently. John’s apartment could not be closer to the beach. We spent most of our time there and being so close to pop up and make lunch or grab things was extremely convenient. There is a separate entrance from the street that leads to an outdoor shower to rinse off and bathrooms which was great because there are not public rinse stations or public bathrooms at this beach. The street between the beach and apartment is pretty grimy so wear shoes :) The apartment is small but was perfect for us with the pull out sofa and separate bedroom. This place has everything you need including beach supplies like chairs and toys. John is an excellent host and communicator. He met us there before we got to the room! We had an issue with the door handle and he fixed it immediately and even got our kids a souvenir for the trouble (which there really was no trouble at all!) I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the ocean in San Juan.

The hosts were very responsive to every question we had. The instructions to get in were perfect. My daughter took their recommendation of using a cab from the airport vs an Uber, which is helpful given the time you arrive. Once you are there, the condo has everything you need and is within walking distance to everything else. There is a grocery store Supermercados Pueblo, about a block or 2 away, and plenty of restaurants. The guidebook had one listed Metropol that was very close and the food was great. Also, there is Panadería Las Canarias that has a great breakfast and the lunch looked good but we never got the chance. The view from the balcony is beautiful. While we were there, we wanted to get family photos done and the host even recommended a photographer who was the nicest guy, Alberto.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

Excellent location. Steps from the beach, quick uber to Old San Juan and we were even able to make it out to El Yunque. The airport can be very noisy but nothing the host can do about that. Apart from the noise it was great to watch the planes from one side of the balcony with a beautiful beach view one the other. Linda was flexible with a last minute early check in request which I am so thankful for.

We loved this condo! The view is so worth it! It’s small but had plenty of space for our family of four. The beach is also so close and a great spot to swim. Allison had tons of great information in her welcome letter that was really helpful. I also appreciated all of the amenities, like a small cooler and beach chairs for the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed! If we come back to PR I would easily rent this place again! Also Uber is so easy to use, that’s how we got around. If you go check out Old San Juan (you should!) I would recommend taking an Uber instead of your rental car. Traffic is pretty busy down there and the Uber ride was so easy!

We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!
