Had a great stay - Kings Dominion is practically in the backyard! Great outdoor and indoor spaces for a group. Host was very responsive!

This fabulous riverside cottage was the perfect spot for two families to enjoy a destination Thanksgiving. Having as many bathrooms as bedrooms is amazing, and we also loved having two different hangout spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed (even double ovens!), and we just can’t imagine a more peaceful getaway.

This place was a private oasis within easy distance to Ashland and Randolph-Mason College. The house has wonderful early 19th century architecture and charm with updated amenities such as internet and modern plumbing. The house is tucked away on a dirt road back behind a corn field. There are plenty of places for you and your 4-legged companions to roam. There is a quaint garden out back, a grill, and a fire pit for those who love the outdoors. Indoors boasts a library, living room, kitchen and dining room all furnished with pieces in keeping with the history of the home. Up the narrow, winding staircases (there are 2) are 4 bedrooms and a second bath with a claw foot tub. Some of the electrical outlets have yet to be updated but the owners have provided power strips equipped with adapters. While I have to admit this may not be an option for city dwellers, people with very small children, or those with handicaps, I loved it and felt right at home.

Manny was super responsive to our needs and communicated well throughout our stay. Our stay here was definitely well worth it and was exactly what we were looking for.

Krishna’s home was lovely. Honestly, the pictures didn’t do it justice. We were there to celebrate our grandsons 1st birthday and needed a space large enough to accommodate us and our kids and grandkids, and the house was perfect. 5 large bedrooms with TV’s in every room. The space was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The neighborhood was very pretty and close to everything. Highly recommend! Thank you Krisna for being such a wonderful host!

This house is immaculate! All of the rooms are absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable and smelled great! We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Note: three bedrooms are upstairs, one bedroom is in the basement.

One of the best stays I've had in a long time. Beautiful area and a fantastic room. Very scenic. Judea makes the stay! Very attentive and went out of her way to help me with my crazy schedule. Very clean and everything you need for a great stay. Will always choose her properties when I'm in the area.

I arrived right after a big storm, where multiple trees blocked the roads on my way in. Carolyn and Randy were helpful and proactive and did everything they could to help me! Once I arrived they were hospitable and accommodating. The bed is so comfortable and the shower feels amazing- that is pretty much all I need for a great stay. It felt great coming home to such a peaceful place each evening. The pups are great too if you get to meet them. 10/10 recommendation! I hope to walk around the property to enjoy all the nature next time I visit.

Cool, comfortable, and well appointed space. This place has a nice easy going and peaceful style about it. Comfortable beds, giant bathroom, and great kitchen. It’s all quite well thought out and relaxing. It’s on a property with a fulll family living there so there is activity, but they stay out of your way and let you do to our thing. They have various chickens and maybe ducks wandering around as well as dogs but it’s yr dog was good with all that so as long as you’re cool, it’s all good.

I wish I was staying longer!! The place was immaculate and the surroundings outside were so serene! Unfortunately I only had time to sleep and was out the door early. I would’ve loved to have had time to enjoy the outside. Woods as far as I could see with places to sit and enjoy the quiet. The perfect place for one person. The bed!!!! Extremely comfortable!! Did not want to get up

Awesome quiet room basement apartment. Very well kept. Clean and neat. Very good location for me nice neighborhood. Parking was easy. Private space. W back yard area.

Second time staying here, lovely unit with nice upgrades. Judae is very responsive and helpful.

Robert was so kind, and his place was just such a nice get away. Loved that there was no TV, my family and I really connected and it was nice reading books on God during our stay for my sons bedtime. His family is very admirable wish we got to hang out with them you can tell they have so much knowledge on a variety of things. Thank you for hosting us!
