A truly wonderful barn loft on a beautiful property! Close enough to the city of Richmond for all your in-town needs, but removed enough to feel truly country. Will definitely stay in the barn again!

Manny was super responsive to our needs and communicated well throughout our stay. Our stay here was definitely well worth it and was exactly what we were looking for.

The place was bust absolutely beautiful. My 8yr old daughter and I stayed for a weekend getaway and there was so much to do! There’s a lot of wild life; from finding turtles, catching frogs, and checking out all the birds around the pond. My daughter and I spent hours in the canoes and had a fire each night! There were also plenty amenities at the house and within 10min from all the local food spots. The host was more than accommodating and very friendly as well! Will absolutely be coming back in the future!

I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in that area!! Very comfortable space and the host was very accessible and accommodating!! 5 stars for sure!!!

We had a great stay at Isaac's place! There was plenty of space for our group, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds, open floor plan, sectional sofa, and large TV. The location was convenient to Fredericksburg and the house is very clean, well-equipped, and nearly new. We would stay here again the next time that we're in the area!

The location is very private and peaceful, located in the middle of a substantial piece of land, surrounded by forest. Lot's of room for my kids and dogs to run around, unsupervised. the pond adds a lovely element to the space (and made for some nice photos). It was beautiful in the winter and is probably even more so in the summer. My only advice is that if you need to bring work with you, the internet is a little too inconsistent to maintain a virtual meeting, but perfectly adequate for email. Overall, it was a perfect getaway from the city!

The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. I loved the options for add ons. We got breakfast and had a fire pit with smores. The coffee maker was easy. The rocking chairs were perfect for bird watching and reading. The snafu of a spring dance gone raucous at the event site was remedied through quick and generous communication (with an equitable refund). It was quite lovely and I’d love to go back and try a different cabin just because I’d love to see the other unique touches.

Using the word accommodating doesn’t give this Airbnb justice and doesn’t explain just how prepared accommodating and overall the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had for anywhere I’ve ever stayed for that matter for make up wipes to shampoo and soap, all the way to clothes detergent, aluminum foil, and the greatest coffee and hot chocolate bar I’ve seen in an Airbnb. They make sure that you stay is perfect without any stress whatsoever. I am impressed and will recommend this Airbnb host to everyone.

We booked Stephanie’s place for a wrestling tournament. We had some team members and 2 coaches. It was the perfect size for everyone to have a their own bed and we were able to have a nice home cooked meal before wrestling. We would book again if we come down for another tournament
