Had a great July weekend! Jay’s Airbnb was exactly as described and was a perfect place to meet with old college friends to hang on Cayuga for a summer weekend. It is exactly as described and would love to come back again. Also, King Ferry Golf Club (1 min drive up the road from the house) is a terrific place to play a $22 twilight round with a group of friends, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun 9 hole course.

My friends and I rented the space and we had a great time! The home was spacious and well-suited for our group, and we especially appreciated the multiple full bathrooms. The large lawn was a great bonus. The location was also ideal. It was close to Greek Peak for skiing and snowboarding, as well as nearby hiking trails. It felt private yet conveniently close to stores for anything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, a great stay!

Our stay at William’s Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, William was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Anytime we had a question about the house, he provided clear and prompt answers, ensuring our comfort and convenience. The house itself is absolutely stunning. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed every corner of it. One of the highlights was the on-site grills, perfect for anyone who enjoys grilling. The WiFi was impressively fast, which was a great bonus. The master bedrooms are spacious and luxurious, providing a perfect retreat for those seeking privacy and comfort. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of open green spaces perfect for fun activities. As a family that owns electric vehicles, we were delighted to learn that there is a charger just 5 minutes away, making it very convenient for us. We were a group of 16, and the house comfortably accommodated everyone. William’s dog-friendly policy was also a big plus for us. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Owasco Lake is beautiful - crystal clear - and staying in Adam’s place almost felt like staying on a house boat since it’s RIGHT on/over the water. We loved hearing the waves lapping up against the shore and seeing the sun rise over the lake in the morning. The use of the 3 kayaks was great, and we also brought some inflatable SUPs for our kids - they had a blast on the lake. The house is also close to a Wegmans, a beautiful waterfall (Carpenter Falls), and a great brewery (Aurora Brewing Co). We all had a great time! The neighbors were SUPER friendly and Adam was very responsive to questions. The outdoor fire ‘pit’ on the patio was lovely, and there were plenty of life jackets and towels for the lake. My only complaint is that the house was a bit run down, and the middle bedroom was a bit warm because there was no AC in there. Overall though, a wonderful trip!

We were 7 of us, mostly siblings, so with 6 bedrooms it was perfect. The rooms were simple yet clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. While the house is not right on the water is is a very short stroll down to the docks and we had a beautiful view of Keuka Lake from the front porch and windows. There is much to do in the area-hiking, fishing, wine tasting. Also we enjoyed kayaking on the lake which is very beautiful and clean. All the stores you may need for supplies are about a 5 minute drive away in Penn Yan. We did a lot of cooking at the house and found the kitchen to be well stocked. There is a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs and we enjoyed campfires 2 of the nights we were there. Brian lives 2 doors down, but we never saw him, so there is no worry of the landlord being intrusive. All in all we would definitely stay again!

This place is perfect if you're skiing at Greek. it's 3 minutes down the road. Worked perfect for our family of four plus dog. The place is actually very large. I did not realize when I booked that it was an apartment under a single family home, but it wasnt an issue. It was very quiet, and it has a private entrance and driveway.

The place was great. It was exactly what we were looking for while visiting family in the area. Joe was responsive and even helpful with some items inadvertently left behind
