What a gem! If you want a cute, conveniently located, comfortable place in Santa Barbara, look no further. Everything from the back patio to the rooftop garden was terrific, and we felt right at home. Short walks to the Funk Zone, the beach, State Street, and the harbor made this a 10/10 experience. We will return!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan’s place, we’re a couple with a young child. A great location and a lovely space, incredibly comfortable with high-end appliances and fittings. Lots of attention to detail, literally everything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

This was our third stay at Hilary's lovely house on the Mesa. It suited us beautifully -- the size of the house, the "sun trap" patio, the lovely location for walking, especially to nearby Shore Line Park, the pleasant and quiet neighborhood, the large master bathroom, and more. Hilary was always quick to respond to any issues we had. We would be happy to return.

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

The house has a pleasant interior in a quiet neighborhood, and the two bedrooms perfect for our needs.. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the place and enjoyed the longish walk down to the harbor. Downtown is even easier to reach on foot. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.
