Location location location. Great place to stay. We could walk to everything yet the residence was private. The upstairs patio was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

We stayed here for two nights with our toddler and it was really comfortable and well located. The street was quiet and the street parking was ample. It was one block from the beach and easily walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Very centrally located. I appreciated that it had two bedrooms and a nice size kitchen and bathroom. Just one thing to note: the bedrooms have skylights that let a lot of light into the bedrooms so if that is a concern for you just take note. Otherwise it was a wonderful place and we would definitely stay again!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

The unit was comfy and clean. The location was so convenient being that it was so close to the funk zone where all the restaurants and coffee shops and bars are. We will stay again :)

Great stay, Brendon was always responsive and proactive with solving any questions I asked. Very clean and looks exactly like the pictures, and walkable to downtown and West Beach. Check in and check out process was easy and fast. I would definitely book Brendon’s place again for another stay at Santa Barbara!

This was the perfect spot for me to meet up with my daughter who lives in Claremont. Walking distance to the beach and so many restaurants was a bonus! It is a sweet historic apartment and I would definitely return for another visit.

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

We stayed for 3 weeks at Hilary's place. It was spotless and looked just like the phots. Hilary was available and helpful at all times. The location is a few block from the ocean and a beautiful walk along the park that parallels the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Would return .

The home was convenient and very well maintained. Appreciated its proximity to grocery stores and the airport. The neighborhood was very nice.

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a serene and relaxing retreat. The hosts were fantastic—welcoming, responsive, and easily accessible throughout my entire stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. We loved this place--it's in a great, walkable neighborhood with a nearby view of the ocean and public parks, it's close to stores but peaceful and beautiful. The house was super clean and well equipped, but also furnished in a lovely, zen style that was relaxing and comfortable.

Great stay in SB. Easy drive to UCSB and Downtown. 3 mile run to the beach.

Karen’s home was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed that the home was walking distance to beaches. It was nice that a beach cart and beach toys also provided with stay. I would definitely stay here again! Only feedback is that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates provided do not fit length of stairs so recommend bringing your own gate if traveling with little ones.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Great Place to stay very roomy cozy comfortable easy to get too. Great location place was immaculate and had everything from cooking and all dishes had coffee machine and coffee. Michael is a great host! Will definitely stay here again!
