Best Airbnb stay we have had ! Catherine/Kevin were great at communicating all about the check in and they were super flexible. When we arrived they had a care package for us with cookies and wine and a frozen pizza and a bundle of turf The hot tub was as a great addition. 3 minute walk to the local pub with trad music and great food ! This place is a true gem - we are definitely going to come back !

The cottage was an absolute delight. Just what we were looking for. And Patrick was a brilliant host, very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We’ll be back, and looking forward to trying his other cottage!

Limekiln Cottage is so unusual, it's hard to capture. An old cottage uniquely situated on a river, the river practically runs under the house. Oodles of room. We went for Christmas and the cottage was decorated with a beautiful tree and lights.Highly recommended. Also Andersons Boathouse restaurant in Killybegs also worth a visit.

Our stay at Patrick's cottage in Donegal was absolutely amazing! The cottage itself is charming, cozy, and set in the most beautiful rural location—perfect for a peaceful getaway. Patrick was an exceptional host, always available whenever we needed anything. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—relaxing under the stars in total tranquillity was an unforgettable experience! We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true Donegal retreat!

This place is just perfect and beautiful if you looking for a romantic weekend. So quiet and privet and the hot tub is a great bonus. Peter and Keith are a great host. The house is so clean and set up with everything what you need. We Looking forward to go back and recommended 100%.

This is a beautiful home nestled in the Donegal hills. Superb location. Walking distance from the nearest little village, yet it feels like it's totally in the countryside. Mairead was totally invisible but instantly contactable if needed. Super host and beautiful home - will return at the first available opportunity.

Alfie’s place was absolutely if you looking to kick back and relaxing the hot tub was just an amazing highlight ! , very private would definitely return

The place was perfect, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. One little criticism would be a little welcome pack of yea coffee sugar and milk would be a nice touch as we arrived late and the local store was closed already

Dorothy’s place was in a great location for us visiting family for a reunion in Enniskillin. Dorothy was flexible with our arrival and communication was friendly and clear. She welcomed us and provided a few details and to tell us she was next door if we needed anything. We never needed a thing and didn’t see her again until checkout but I left comfortable knowing she was close by. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (parents and 3 kids ages 23, 20 and 18) to have space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful with all the flowers and 2 picnic tables and chairs. We were lucky to get some beautiful weather during our stay to enjoy the lovely views from the house. Dorothy provided many pamphlets of local activities — we hiked the Stairway to Heaven (beautiful but it lives up to its name with a lot of stairs) and some played a round of golf at the Faldo course at Lough Erne. Overall a beautiful few days.

We loved our stay in this unique wee cottage, very comfortable, cosy and gorgeous area. Convenient to the village and yet peaceful and quiet location. Will definitely stay here again when in the area! Thank you Daragh for being so accommodating and welcoming.

This is a 5 star cottage. Brian met us at the cottage and was extremely welcoming and showed us around and made us feel at home. He also left a lovely welcome pack of things to make our stay more enjoyable. He also was there to see us off and checked in a few times during our stay to ensure everything was OK. This a a highly recommended cottage. Mountain views, clean, tidy, warm, well presented, everything we needed was provided. The EV charger was a great additional facility as there is only one public charging station in this part of Donegal, and a slow one which makes it only usable if you are about Falcarragh for a long time. Being able to top up the car every evening at the cottage was great. It’s also cheaper than the ESB charger in Falcarragh. It is rare occasion that we feel the need to give full 5 stars to an Airbnb, but this one deserves it. If you are looking for a cosy cottage to relax in and use as a base to explore north west Donegal then book in at Mountain View.

The location is beautiful, a short drive out of Bun Beag but close enough that you could walk in on a nice morning. Lovely, well presented home. The house is warm and cosy with very comfy beds. There is a beautiful, modern bathroom and there is everything you need to make a meal in the kitchen. A pleasure to stay and would return again in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay and explore the Gaeltacht. Rose Marie is a very helpful and friendly host who was always quick to respond.

Absolutely loved this stay. A scenic location and the accommodation is very homely and well equipped. Fantastic views of Benbulben, a short walk to Streedagh beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Rosie's cottage is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We had a really great stay here in the most beautiful part of Ireland. Perfectly secure for our two dogs and beside the most stunning beaches. You could happily chill out in the cottage all day after lighting the fires. The shower has great power in it. The kitchen is gorgeous. Didn't want to leave!

Beautiful home, with everything you could ever need and more. Paula really goes above and beyond for her guests. It made our stay an absolute delight. Clean, warm and comfortable. Within easy walking distance to the town and all it has to offer. Also agreat base for travelling the surrounding area sight seeing.

Mary Carpenters Cottage was a magical place to stay. Warm, clean, peaceful countryside location, excellent local pubs & groceries. The host met us in person to explain how everything worked in this unique property & even provided plenty of snacks to welcome us. Even though the cottage was 200+ years old it had all the necessities for a homely stay including watching Netflix in the evening. Highly recommended!

The stay in Veronica's accommodation was very cosy. We immediately felt at home. Veronica was easy to contact and even brought us another pillow. Thank you for the good time!

If your looking for the Irish experience Cecil’s cottage is the perfect setting, remote but all you need within a 5 min drive…. Unfortunately we weren’t blessed with the weather but we soon forgot about that when we arrived to a roaring peat stove and a view that you could never tire off… Communication with the family was very prompt and helpful…. If we plan to be in Buncrana in the future, Cecil’s cottage is where we will be….. Thanks to all the family….👏🏻👏🏻

I recently stayed at le petit cottage and it was a great stay. everything exceeded our expectations. the communication and information was a smooth process Tony provided all the information needed before we got there. the check in was a smooth process and hassle free, with clear instructions ahead of time. the home itself was super clean and cozy, looked like the pics and better, the beds were extremely comfortable and the house was nice and warm. the location was great was really close to the main street in killybegs. lovely view from the back garden. Tony was a great host, communication and friendly. I would recommend this stay, it's a great spot, comfortable, clean and well located. I would come back again

Eddie is a fantastic host! We had a fantastic time staying here. The cottage is just beautiful and set in the mountains with unbelievable views! Eddie provided great communication with a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat. Our first time in Donegal and it did not disappoint! We will be back next year please God!. Also we left our child's monitor behind and Eddie has been so good to get it posted to us!! Now that's customer service! Thank you so so much! We look forward to next time! ♥️ Highly recommend!! 😁
