Very pleased with our stay. Plenty of room. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs to play while we sat out back. Convenient as only 15 minutes into town. The house was clean and very well stocked with towels, linens, plates, cups, etc. Would happily stay there again. Being snowed in there would be a cozy dream.

We had a great time preparing for our daughter's wedding. Our large family was very comfortable in the home and Debbie is a very gracious host. She communicates very well. We would definitely stay there again if we have a big family reunion in Eureka Springs.

My family and I had a great three-night stay. The yellow flag made the property easy to find and getting in was very simple. There was a nice note, four bottles of water, and some chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. We found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable, and David and Kyla were responsive and helpful. There is some road noise, as others have mentioned, but it didn’t really affect our ability to sleep. There is a locked door next to the supply closet and what appears to be an open door underneath the wraparound porch. On our last day, we requested a late check-out and were given until 3 pm—this allowed us to enjoy some more sightseeing before heading home. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back if we visit the area.

Great stay - loved being up high, and while the bedrooms are small, they are comfortable and you can really feel cozy.

Loved staying at this airbnb! Perfect for our relaxing girls weekend. Lots of fun colors and a clean space. The host had music playing when we walked in that set the tone for the weekend!!

This house is amazing and outstanding. We didn’t think the photos did it justice. Very modern accommodations in the wilderness, with decor to make it feel like a cabin and western. It’s a little removed from Eureka Springs and you add a little travel time navigating the backroads (all paved), but it is worth it. 100% would stay again.

This could be just a house to many. However, it is part of the history of Eureka Springs. The local tour daily even explains the historic meaning of this house. I will say the views are the best in town of the town. The inside is absolutely beautiful. With two sets of partners and three toddlers I will say the views for the kids was perfect. Our host replied to all questions fast. We will be going back. Last I will say the community is built off hospitality.

Such a cozy Airbnb right off of downtown Eureka Springs! We loved the gas fireplace and all of the artwork. Very cute rental and would definitely rent again next time we’re in town.

Very responsive(I had to call because I was lost at 8 pm😭), accommodating for late check in was a plus. Loved how pet friendly this place is! Clear and easy check out

The location is amazing. We were able to walk to everything downtown, which removed the frustration of finding parking. Loved that! Close to the activity, but oh so quiet. The views from the back porch and living areas are amazing. We will be back.

My friends and I went up to Eureka for the OZMOMU festival which we attend every year! This year we decided to book an Airbnb instead of a hotel and we’re so happy we did! The Nightowl was spacious, clean, and in a perfect spot for walkability! Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed in Eureka and perfect for an extended stay! The host was incredibly responsive and very clear on any instructions you may need for check in and check out processes! I will absolutely be booking here again in the future! 💖🦉

We had a great stay! We wanted a unique place off the beaten path with peace and quiet and it was just as described! The decor was one of a kind and there were lots of special touches like snacks and drinks that Fiona encouraged us to have. She was quick to provide us info about the activities in the area too. Apartment was clean and comfy and perfect for my husband and I on a quick stop through town.

Colleen was super helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. The place was amazing, just like the photos and super clean.

My daughters and I had a quick girls’ trip over spring break, and Aspen’s place was perfect! It was so close to downtown, and we were able to go everywhere we wanted on foot. The place was clean and comfy, and Aspen was super responsive. I would absolutely stay again.

There were right of us and it was perfect! So much fun for a weekend trip. We had a little trouble getting in but Sean responded quickly and found a solution. Overall it was so much fun!

Great little spot in Holiday Island! I stayed for two weeks and this apartment suited my needs perfectly. Nothing fancy...small but equipped kitchen, good water pressure, large deck with a couple of chairs. Lots of little details that made the stay comfortable. 12 minutes to downtown Eureka Springs. There's a short stretch of road in Holiday Island that's been under construction for years - they're replacing a very small bridge - so there's alternating one-way traffic. Otherwise getting to Eureka would be even a couple minutes faster! Bring your own bed pillow if you're staying a while. TV only has Netflix (you'll have to sign in to your own account), Tubi, and a couple of social media channels, plus there are a handful of DVDs. The apartment is in a small complex that GPS will take you straight to, but the unit is extremely difficult to find the first time at night - no unit #s are visible. Ask Fatima to put the outside light on if you're arriving after dark.

Was way better than expected! Pictures really don’t do it justice.. not far from main streets in Eureka Springs. Very close to the lake. Very friendly neighbors all around. Brand new large back deck. That was a great additional outdoor space. Would definitely rebook this space in the future

Great location. Close to all the shops, restaurants, and sights Eureka Springs has to offer. The neighborhood is charming and quiet for a good night’s rest. Having a dedicated parking spot was so helpful during the busy weekend that we stayed. Will definitely be back.
