This unit served purposes perfectly. The decor is a lil dated, but it's a very spacious place with everything we needed. Very clean and the host was friendly.

Great location right in the middle of downtown, close to all the restaurants in this extremely walkable town. Very responsive host and the apartment was lovely, clean and spacious.

It was great! There are two stories, both separate air bnbs. I wish we had known this while reserving the spot, though, as we were assigned the top floor, and my mother struggled with the stone steps. they were also extremely slick from the weather, but clean place overall!

Our trip was off to a rough start due to a bad snow storm a few days prior. We got in a minor car accident on our way, and had to move locations a few times due to icy road access and frozen pipes! That being said, Fatima and misty were so great at communicating with us quickly and accommodating us right away! We also had issues with our heater one morning and they had someone come in less than an hour to fix it. Everyone was so helpful and kind to us, would definitely recommend staying at any of Fatima’s properties!

I appreciated the fans, heaters, humidifier, white noise machines! My only complaint is they need to vacuum. It’s a lovely place and we had a great time.

What an amazing stay! We stayed at just the right time to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, sitting on the deck. We even had a couple of deer come close to the deck! The apartment is beautifully finished and extremely clean! Great amenities available. The views are beautiful. The host was super! They reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and very clear instructions on getting in and amenities available.

We love this awesome apartment, which is perfectly located and beautifully captures Eureka's creative vibe. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, and made our move home to Eureka in the aftermath of a historic winter storm less stressful than it might have been. Thanks to our short stay in this sweet and cozy place, we were refreshed and ready when the movers came sliding in, and we already felt like we were back home.

Beautiful home that was extremely clean and clear of clutter. The setting peaceful, but not totally isolated so you feel very safe. We had everything we needed. The host communicated details and checked in frequently to ensure all was well. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets if needed. Extra towels were available. All the things! Perfect for our mother daughters’ little getaway. We will definitely be back!

We spent 4 nights at The Anchor with 4 adults and 2 children on the floor level. All of the rooms were very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to cook and grill with. The balcony views were beautiful and we enjoyed our time here.

Very pleased with our stay. Plenty of room. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs to play while we sat out back. Convenient as only 15 minutes into town. The house was clean and very well stocked with towels, linens, plates, cups, etc. Would happily stay there again. Being snowed in there would be a cozy dream.

Barbara’s place was perfect for my family, we felt right at home. It was clean, the beds comfortable and she provided all the necessities. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and look forward to staying here again.

We were able to check in early and Kurt made last minute changes to bring my dog with a reasonable pet deposit. The view was stunning and water was low but we still had a fun river day with fishing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location just outside the city limits and still close to everything. We hope it is avaliable The next time we need to stay in the Berryville area.

I was impressed by how spotless everything was. The bathroom was absolutely majestic—beautifully designed and so relaxing. The hosts were sweet, accommodating, and kept everything simple, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-maintained cabin, this is the perfect spot! My daughters and I had a quick girls’ trip over spring break, and Aspen’s place was perfect! It was so close to downtown, and we were able to go everywhere we wanted on foot. The place was clean and comfy, and Aspen was super responsive. I would absolutely stay again.

There were right of us and it was perfect! So much fun for a weekend trip. We had a little trouble getting in but Sean responded quickly and found a solution. Overall it was so much fun!

The area was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable coming from a picky bed person. I would say stop at the grocery store before arrival because there is distance between the cabin and grocery store.

Was way better than expected! Pictures really don’t do it justice.. not far from main streets in Eureka Springs. Very close to the lake. Very friendly neighbors all around. Brand new large back deck. That was a great additional outdoor space. Would definitely rebook this space in the future

Great location. Close to all the shops, restaurants, and sights Eureka Springs has to offer. The neighborhood is charming and quiet for a good night’s rest. Having a dedicated parking spot was so helpful during the busy weekend that we stayed. Will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this place! It is clean, beautiful, and unique. The location cannot be beat! The private parking spot is very helpful. The balconies and courtyard are amazing. The pet amenities were appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!
