Rented this Cozy house to surprise my mom for her 60th Bday with an old friend and her brother from LA. Everyone felt right at home and the property was beautiful. Spent Saturday night by the fire pit and reminisced the night away. Thanks !!!

Camille’s house was very homey and clean. It was a great place to stay for the weekend for a dance competition, it was only a few minutes away from the venue.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. loved the jacuzzi and the sauna it was a nice touch. the layout and design of the property was very interesting and different. we loved the space and how private it is. We plan on staying again in the near future.

I had an amazing stay at this house! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and spacious everything was. The house is exactly as described in the listing. The living areas were comfortable, and the kitchen has everything to cook meals during a stay. The location is also fantastic – quiet and peaceful, yet close to local shops and restaurants Our host was incredibly communicative and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s wedding in Tallapoosa! Kelly’s home was the perfect distance from Sweet Meadow Farm and perfectly accommodated our family. The kitchen and dining area have lots of room for fellowship and dining. We made the flowers for the wedding and had a ton of them! The counters and island were the perfect set up to spread them out and complete the task. We had the flowers shipped and they were delivered before our arrival. Kelly watched for their delivery and placed them in the fridge for us. We hit the ground running as soon as we arrived. We felt perfectly at home and highly recommend!

Brand new accommodations, exactly as described. The kitchen and living room are on the smaller side but we are a family of 5 with older kids. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closet space were more than ample. Angelica was super responsive and flexible with our check-in and out. My family that lives in the area came over and will be recommending this location for visiting guests. We will be back on our next trip to Carrollton.

Mark's place was very cozy and quiet. He was a very responsive host and even offered to make a fire in the firepit outside for us!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family. The property is better than the pictures. Keurig with some pods provided. Fully equipped kitchen, great linens, and a peaceful setting, far back from the road. The unit is clean and bright. The decor is calming and not cluttered. Good price for a holiday stay, and Kerri was amazing! She was very responsive and helpful. She also has a book with relevant information and local places that deliver. Having said that, DoorDash did not have a hard time finding us. Just a hint here and not at all a complaint. Apple Maps does not bring you directly to the address. Use Google maps instead. It brought us right to the driveway with no problem. Apple Maps had us driving back roads that didn’t lead to the address. Kerri warned us that this sometimes happened, so another kudos for that! Would 100% stay again. I probably will, actually. My family lives close by.

Don’t hesitate on booking this property! Descriptions and pics do not do it justice not to mention, Leigh and Ryan have been first class! Beautiful, Peaceful and Very spacious is an understatement. An absolute home away from home with all the amenities. McIntosh Reserve Park is literally next door. This bonus has been a relaxing treat for evening bike rides while enjoying history, nature and wildlife along the river.
