We stayed at this property the weekend of our wedding and it was perfect! The house and surrounding area were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was clean and stocked well with supplies. All the amenities listed were present and functioned well. Jeanne was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and made us feel right at home! We couldn't recommend this Airbnb more and can’t wait to visit again!

Jeff was an amazing host, very responsive to any questions we had during our trip. House was in beautiful condition, and was conveniently located to anything in Gettysburg. We will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to the area!!

We have stayed at over 50 Airbnb locations and are currently Airbnb hosts in Utah. Erin's place easily ranks in our top 3! This cozy little farm cottage is in a beautiful setting with outdoor spaces that make it feel triple the size. We often planned our day to watch the sunset in this pastoral setting. We loved the tasteful decorations, and the easy trips into town. We commented many times on the welcoming feel and the relaxing vibe. Though the main reason for our visit was time with grandkids, I had to do multiple virtual meetings while at this home. High-speed internet was critical to my success as I streamed many people each time. The Wi-Fi was perfect, and the secluded office allowed me to work while my husband enjoyed his time off. On a sunny day, we invited the littles to our "house" and spent much of the afternoon playing outside and enjoying a little dance party on the large patio. This will be the first property we look for whenever we visit Leesburg. Thanks Erin!

My friends and I had a pleasant one-night stay at this home. The layout is great, and the space is well-equipped with everything you need to cook and feel comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the overall setup made for an easy and relaxing stay. One thing to note is that the house is clearly lived in, with family photographs and personal items throughout. It’s a bit unusual for a vacation rental, but it seems the host is very trusting of guests, which adds a unique, homey touch. Overall, if you’re looking for a cozy and well-stocked place to stay, this is a solid option!

My wife and I booked this airbnb to take some time to get away, and it was well worth the trip. Close to Gettysburg, and plenty to do at the property itself. We would gladly stay at this beautiful home again!

House was perfect for a large group and very clean when we arrived. There were all the necessary pans, pots, silverware, etc. for cooking for meals in the house. The host (Amber) was quick to communicate and adjust to audibles/questions from our end. Great stay for a large group. Would highly recommend.

I had a very nice stay here for about 10 days while visiting Baltimore for work. It’s an easy-to-locate basement apartment below their home, in a residential neighborhood that felt overall safe, especially for some of the surrounding areas, and it has a designated parking spot on a cul de sac. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured, very comfortable with a nice bed with fresh linens, good pillows, and a very nice updated bathroom and shower. Tamra was very responsive and took care of a small detail that was missing immediately. Overall it was an convenient, cozy and comfortable stay!

Me and my group of 12 had an amazing time at Eric’s bnb. He truly made us all feel welcome and at home. He was very responsive and easy to get in contact with. Any issues or concerns we had he was extremely helpful with. My group loved the house, the master bedroom was honestly so much bigger and better than I was expecting the pictures don’t do it justice. Very spacious home for everyone to relax and feel comfortable in. Overall great experience and great host, would 100% recommend it to someone else as well as return again.

I was staying here for an event at the turf valley resort. it was an all day thing so while I stayed two nights I was rarely there. nice, clean, good area, real close to turf valley if you have something but it's sold out. the sofa bed was super comfy, and they are purring in a mattress soon. I would stay again, in fact maybe for next year's event.

We would return in a heartbeat to enjoy the peaceful setting and spend even more time in the kayaks on the river.

Teresa's place was a cute retreat, in a quiet area, within walking distance of the main street and local businesses. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was no need to ask where anything was or to ask for anything extra. Teresa took the time to consider and offer as many amenities in her place as she could to accommodate all kinds of travelers. Teresa welcomed us with friendly, helpful communication prior to our arrival as well as throughout our stay as needed. Responses were prompt and helpful. Would certainly stay here again when visiting the area.

Jenna's place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is simple and small however the bed was very comfortable. We needed to get extra linens from Jenna, but she had everything available. Thanks for a great stay 😊

So many wonderful things about our stay: amazing location, place was as pictured, responsive host, easy check in, no problems with parking, even some thoughtful snacks! I loved the neighborhood. Sound definitely travels from the unit above. It sounds like happy baby feet so it’s not a huge problem but might matter depending on your preferences/sensitivity.

This place was perfect for myself, my Husband, & our dog Lola. Clear directions to get to the apartment & entry. We loved being able to have access to the fenced in yard. Our dog loved it. Restaurant recommendations were great too. Deja Brew Bakery, & Half Pint Ice Cream were great. We ventured to Gettysburg as well. Great few days trip. Thanks Jeff.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. We had a wonderful time watching the snow and wildlife through the windows while staying cozy by the fire. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely go for a restful retreat again.

This cabin was the perfect place for 3 lifelong Army friends to rendezvous! The cabin had everything needed to enjoy nature by hiking, fishing and front porch conversations. Mark rapidly communicated and made our visit perfect.

We were looking for a place close to home for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway. We enjoyed relaxing at the house. Took a walk to a local coffee shop. Visited some local wineries and a local potter who I used to work with. Enjoyed the quick getaway! Thanks for making everything so seamless.
