We loved having a place so close to the college to visit with our daughter, and not having to drive back and forth to a hotel. We loved the bethany decor and reading the book about the history. We'll definitely stay again!

Check in was easy and seamless. The unit was spotless upon arrival. The hot tub was what sold us on this unit and it did not disappoint, even in the winter. We were also pleasantly surprised by how luxurious the rainfall shower was. There were even just about all of the cooking supplies we needed for cooking a meal together one of the nights during our stay. Overall, it is absolutely the perfect place to get away for the weekend and relax in privacy.

I use Airbnb because I like a unique experience, and here that is exactly what we got. It is a huge location with more room than you could ever expect. It is fairly close to the city and a short drive fro any amenities you might need. My GPS had a hard time finding the correct location (it sends you two buildings away), but a quick call to Tim and he had us going the right direction. It was very convenient that the brewery is directly next door. We arrived close to 10 p.m. and they were happy to put a couple of pizzas in the oven for us. The whole experience was very enjoyable for my kids and I and it was the type of stay that they will remember much more than had we just stayed in a hotel.

We rented the house for a month, the house is very nice, clean, the utensils are basically complete, near Christmas the landlady also specially brought a door ornament to decorate the house. 👍We will stay here again next time come to dover, and I will recommend this house to my friends.

We had a wonderful stay in Toronto! The apartment was spacious, the rooms were private, and it was overall very comfortable. It was also a huge plus that we had extra paper towels and toilet paper for when we ran out. The host was always responsive and extremely helpful. This was overall an extremely positive experience.

We enjoyed the stay. I didn’t realize there would be people upstairs prior to reserving. This wasn’t a problem…we travel with a sound machine, but I feel it should be part of the details in the listing prior to reserving.

Awesome property! Unfortunately we were in town for work, because the area would have been a great getaway location. Definitely will check availability next time I am in the area.

Stay was prefect for families with kids. Loved the fireplace, game room, and backyard. Everything felt clean and organized. Host very helpful!

Our stay overall was wonderful! The house was absolutely beautiful, very well decorated and cozy. 10/10 for the bed, super comfortable, best sleep we've gotten in ages. The hot tub was the absolute perfect addition to a much needed weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Such a great location being close to all of the go to "must dos" in the area. The host Heidi was fantastic, sweet as can be and responsive. The little welcome chocolates were a sweet touch. A major highlight; for a big kid at heart like me, were the mini horses and goat I got to feed and pet throughout the stay. If I had to say something critical it would be that there is more traffic than I would have thought for the area as the house sits quite close to the road and the lights from the property and neighbors made late night star gazing in the hot tub less than ideal. Truly a remarkable time at a darling place.

Easy check in, easy to find, felt host was attentive. Pluses were the 3 complete private bedrooms and large dining table, hot showers and extra blankets. Very steep climb to get in for people with mobility issues.

My group was in town for a local wrestling tournament and this was a great place to stay close to the venue that allowed our young athletes to get a good nights rest before a long day of competition. The place was well cleaned, had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. It was easy to find, simple check-in, and sufficient parking for the group. Thanks for great stay!

Centrally located home, close to area attractions. Bedrooms and bathrooms offer flexibility for range of group sizes. In warmer weather the pool is a plus (we were guests in February). Host is responsive and communicative. We would stay here again when in the area.

It was a beautiful home, one that I would gladly stay in again. Besides a few minor issues with light switches in the rooms, everything else was smooth and comfortable. Plenty of space, way more than I expected to be honest. The host was so friendly and quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. Overall, a really great stay.

Beds are comfortable and extra blankets are available. Stayed over Christmas for a week to visit family.

This place was excellent. Barb was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The home was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of instructions around the home to make sure we could find everything we need. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would come back again!
