This place is absolutely charming with a beautiful view! It had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stop on our road trip with our golden retriever. Cozy, convenient (especially to local restaurants!), and pet-friendly—couldn’t ask for more.

The home was a wonderful meetup getaway for my family and our pups. We absolutely loved the fire pit. Unfortunately it was cloudy for our two sunsets, but maybe next time! It was the perfect place for much needed family time. Thank you for sharing your home

In lieu of a hotel room, we stayed here while traveling home from vacation. It was a perfect spot for our family of 4 and our dog. The fenced in back yard was huge bonus. The kitchen was stocked with all we could possibly need, and the place was spotless.

This old farm house was so beautifully furnished! The host were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was in a great location near the New River and trail access. The area was very peaceful and quite with plenty of privacy. It was cold outside and we used the wood stove which warmed the house beautifully. The kitchen was one of my favorite places as it has a appliances that match the age of this farm house. The host did an amazing job decorating and making it feel homie. We will definitely come back and stay at this lovely place in the future. Thank you Jonathan and Rebecca for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!!!

10/10! A beautiful, spacious country cottage surrounded by plenty of nature. Loved the set up of the house. Clean with clear signs of fine craftmanship and intention, making a cozy home feel. Spent lots of time exploring the area with my pup, hiking and visiting local shops. Would definitely recommend for those looking to get some quiet time and solitude amidst the Blue Ridge Mountains. Very quaint setting. Worked out great for us as we had friends who live just a short distance away. Not sure if I just didn’t figure it out or if it wasn’t available but TV options were very limited. Other than that, it suited our needs very well.

The Foggy Frog was exactly what I needed—a quiet, peaceful spot to unwind and recharge. I brought my two dogs along, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and there was plenty of space for us to stretch out and just enjoy the calm. It’s not always easy to find places that are both dog-friendly and genuinely restful, but The Foggy Frog nailed it. We’ll definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Vincent's cabin. It was quiet, peaceful and private. There is a nice bit of grass for the dogs and enough space for your vehicle. The cabin has a great A/C unit, nice bathroom, comfy bed and above all, for me atleast, it has Directv! Thank you for that. Many Airbnb's have no cable whatsoever. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend for anyone who is passing through. Also, there is a truck stop/gas station and a dollar general nearby. And the price is comparable to any half way decent hotel but way more private and secluded and peaceful. No housekeeping waking you up at 7 am!Thank you Vincent!

Great stay everyone was very friendly. Great parking towed our motorcycles with trailers and had plenty of room for trucks and trailers also place to park bikes. Was right off blue ridge parkway. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great little apt with everything you need, and very clean. Truly got the 'living in the mountains' feel with the location. Watched some deer from the porch area. Clear check-in instructions. Would definitely stay again. Thx so much, Grey and Cindy!

This place has it all! Location, views, and even personal hiking trails in the backyard. The house was beautifully updated and had plenty of supplies to use the kitchen entirely. Plenty of seasons, oils, coffee, teas, and other amenities exist. Thankfully, the house had plenty of games as we got fogged in on the second day. In addition to the fog, a storm a few weeks ago downed a significant number of trees in the area. Combined with the fog, that made the local area next to impossible to explore. Had we known more about the area, we may have felt more comfortable driving. We left the house refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to get away to some peace and quiet! Thank you to the highly response staff who helped with all the recommendations and anything we needed along the way. We will be back.

We loved our brief stay at this little cottage with the river view and rocking chair front porch with a view of the river. no complaints and would definitely stay again!

Patty’s place is a beautiful, peaceful cabin right on the New River Trail. We booked this cabin because it was on the trail and had a large fenced in yard for our two dogs. The cabin was very clean and had everything you need in the kitchen! Nice dishes and pots and pans. The huge outside porch was perfect for eating lunch and dinner while the dogs played in the yard. It is a peaceful paradise! Patty always answered my questions so quickly!! Thank you Patty for sharing your cabin with us, we hope to be back this summer! Boo & Bella said thank you too! Woof woof!

Peaceful and private location. They accommodated us on super short notice which we were very appreciative of. I was really stoked on the proximity to the river, just a quick hike to the new river trail. The balcony and the porch swing were high points as well.

Aaron was kind and accessible. The RV was very comfortable and clean. Im coming back soon!

A wonderful quiet off the grid slice of paradise. Sat on the bench and listen to quiet, birds. So peaceful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene place to stay.
